Got a flat late on a Thursday en route to Steamboat and took it right in to see Jan and Josh. They were quick to get a new tire for us and also have a great "watch dog" that we got to sit with while they fixed our tire. Prices were great and customer service was unmatched.

After calling around and around, I could not get anyone to answer the phone for tires. Do not waist your time with renegade. Instead come see Jan at this tire shop!I called and explained to him my situation and what tires I was needing, and he said he didn t have them on hand but could have them there by next morning. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way. We setup a time for 3p and at 230 he called saying he could get me in now. So I showed up and I needed my 2 rears replaced and the tires rotated. They had this done within 15 mins. These guys are so professional. I almost want to pop a tire on purpose just to get their business again!Come see them!Best tire place in town, around the county, and amongst the entire state!The prices were also unbeatable!Thanks again for getting me back safely on the road

Google took us through Trough Rd and we ended up with a flat tire. West End generously helped us patch the tire without notice at a reasonable cost. We are so grateful for their honest service.

Thank you so much for all you did for us. Traveling from Montana to Illinois and had a bad tire. We were literally stranded. When a half dozen shops wouldn t even give us the time of day, you guys helped and I really can t thank you enough. We appreciate you. 10 stars for being a decent human

Outstanding, friendly, reasonable service. I am in town for an elk hunt, and punctured a tire beyond repair. Jahn and crew had a slightly used tire, same as I had, and took care of me quickly, courteously for a very reasonable price. Can t recommend these folks enough thank you!!

Even though we just bought a new Jeep in October, the tires it came with were not that great for winter driving. I prefer buying local as long as the penalty is not too great and i have dealt with Jan at West End before with my rental need. So i thought i would give them a try, and i am glad i did.I got my tires (Falken AT) for less than just the tires alone from Tire Rack! Haven't driven them much but Thanks Jan & West End for the great service and prices!

This place is wonderful. They helped us out in a pinch twice. These people complaining about pricing are nuts. They're very affordable. West End can't take a loss on every customer simply to appease people who are unaware of things like inflation. Jan was kind and helpful in every way. We plan to take all our tire business here in the future. Thanks again!

Have been wonderful in the past, last years price for 4 tires installed and disposed of was $80. This year it was $120, totally unacceptable and they will not get my money again. I had recommended a number of people to go there great service at a reasonable price. This is no longer the case. Give you money to another business.

Can't speak highly enough of these gentlemen. I've used them multiple seasons in a row and for good reason. Today we took our truck in for mounting. We had a bum tire in the set. They found a set that fit in the used stuff, gave us an amazing deal, and got it all done in the exact time they gave. 10/10 would recommend

We called and bought our truck in. Instantly they got us fixed up with our flat tire. Fastest service ever!!! We appreciate it very much, Good To Go Portables is back on the road and delivering for the fires

We had a trailer tire blow out on Highway 9 and needed to replace both tires. They had the tires in stock and had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Very helpful, very friendly - we highly recommend Jan and his staff.

Opening day of first rifle season and naturally, tire problems. The guys here got the tire fixed and we were back on the road in no time at all. Of course they checked the other tires too. Thanks guys!!
