This business takes care of the customer. I was very impressed with how Cory took the time to explain what he did to my vehicle. The cost of my repair was reasonable and made me willing to come back again for maintenance and repairs.

This auto repair shop helped my friends and I in a very bad situation. The hospitality and kindness shown by Cory and his father will not be forgotten. Thank you both for everything.

I've done business with Fettig in the past and I have always liked them because they are honest and honorable people. They are the same as you and me. They do a great job and they have always charged me a very fair price.

I was passing through Kremmling on my way to Denver. My jeep was in a dangerous situation and had a gas leak from from a poor repair in steamboat that already failed. I pulled in front of the building and the two gentlemen working there took a look and pulled my jeep into the garage right away. They didn t have to do that as they had other vehicles in the garage and I had no appointment. They fixed me up in 30 mins and I was on my way!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this disreputable absolute scam of a "repair shop". My car was towed to this monkey circus business over three weeks ago. I placed over 20 phone calls to the shop that went unanswered. The few times I actually to the owner he made up every excuse in the book why my car wasn't fixed even asserting parts had been replaced and summarily removed and sent back. I checked with Honda regarding the mystery parts the owner Tim had blathered on about only to find out such parts didn't exist. The repair shop could not produce any records of these parts they bought and then shipped back. Upon completion of one of the few calls (I live 2 hours away from Kremling) we had the owner stated my car was in the shop and up on the rack undergoing further repair. I had a family member nearby drive by to see if my vehicle was even at the garage and it was. In the parking lot under 8 inches of snow. I drove up to the shop the following Sunday (from Steamboat) and had to tape a huge sign to their front door telling them to call me because I'd had it. Yet another lie in the convoluted nonsense scam the garage was running. Ultimately the local police department had to become involved after the inept mechanic presented me a bill for the work he never actually did. Desperate to get my car on the tow truck (again almost 3 weeks later) and to another shop I argued with the owner as he threw parts and pieces into my vehicle. He refused to take my credit card as payment and insisted I pay cash. The police officer whom assisted me was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation after the owner threw my keys out in the muddy gravel drive locking the shop door behind him. At present I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that is publicly available to view and am I am filling a small claims lawsuit for reimbursement of towing expensive (twice) a refund on the work not done that I was forced to pay and other expenses this misadventures has cost me as a direct result of this incompetent car repair shop. You have other option for automobile repair in this little town. Please save yourself a massive headache and take your vehicle anywhere but Fettig Auto.

BEWARE!!!On August 16, 2017 our truck broke down 10 miles from Kremmling, CO. We called the closest tow which was Fettig Auto Repair. They towed our F150 to their shop and we paid via credit card for the tow which was $75. We tried unsuccessfully to find a method to haul the truck back home to Minnesota. Tim and Corey Fettig then took a brief look at the truck and determined that it was most likely the transfer case but there was a small chance it could be the transmission. We decided to leave the truck and rent a care to get back home. Corey assured us that he would know for sure what the problem was and give us a call in a couple of days, most likely before we made it back to MN. We continuously made calls to Fettig's to inquire as to if it was the transfer case or transmission. We were constantly told they were too busy or didn't have time. After approximately three weeks Corey Fettig finally told us he was 99% sure it was the transfer case and he ordered a rebuilt one for $1250. He also stated the repairs would take six hours to remove the bad transfer case and six hours to replace it when our certified mechanic said according to the book it should take three hours to remove and three hours to replace. We asked him to hold off because we wanted to check with a local certified mechanic to see if we could find one cheaper. We did and had it shipped to their garage. The shipment was apparently lost. We then ordered another transfer case, paid in full with guarantee of proof of shipment. The shipment was received and signed for at 12:23pm on Friday September 22. Tim Fettig claimed the shipment did not get there until late Friday afternoon and therefore they did not work on the vehicle. We contacted Fettig's again on Sept. 26 to be sure the repairs would be finished and the truck ready for pickup on Friday Sept. 29 as we have a flight booked so we can retrieve our vehicle. Tim told us he didn't want to talk about it. Today, Sept. 27 we contacted the Kremmling police and an officer went over to check the status of the repair. He told Tim Fettig that he would like the repair finished by Friday. Immediately afterwards, Tim Fettig called and began yelling profanities and saying he was done and we can just come get the truck...unfinished. We contacted another repair shop in town and they will not go tow the truck from Fettigs as they have had similar situations in the past and Fettig's were hostile. They also stated they've had to repair about seventeen vehicles that Fettig's Auto Repair had worked on. Fettig's are demanding $300 to release our truck even though they have defaulted on our verbal contract many times over. We have had to borrow vehicles from family, rent vehicles, purchase airline tickets, and will most likely have to have the truck transported back to MN to be repaired. This is the worst customer service situation we have EVER encountered. I highly recommend finding someone else that has knowledge and good customer service!!

I was warned not to use this shop because they would hold onto my car for weeks and then tell me to go somewhere else. It was the first place that said they had availability, so I took a chance... aaand they held onto my car for weeks and then told me to go somewhere else.

MADE AN APPT A WEEK IN ADVANCE FOR A WASHER PUMP AND BLOCK HEATER ON A POWERSTROKE DIESEL............ONLY TO BE TOLD WHEN I SHOWED UP THAT THEY WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO DO WASHER PUMP DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS........ I WENT TO CARWASH AND THEN CHANGED PARTS IN 30 MINUTES IN MY DRIVEWAY..... I APPRECIATE THEM SHOWING THEIR CAPABILITIES. I SAVED HUNDRED OF DOLLARS AND DID NOT HAVE TO CHANGE MY INSURANCE. ASK TO SEE CURRENT ASE CERTIFICATION IF ANY

The Fettigs know automobiles. They have extensive experience knowledge about every automobile! Most mechanics know something about old cars or new cars ! The Fettigs know about everything about both!; They are very very great mechanics! And honest! And reasonably priced! Great place to take your car or truck!

I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning to get a hitch looked at and the value of the car. Timothy said it would only take a few hours.
