I just want to give a shout out real quick to Integrity Motors for rescuing me in my time of need the other day. I was traveling from Colorado springs to Bennett Colorado and realized that my tire was going flat even though my the tires had just been checked in Colorado springs. I was so worried that I was going to be stuck on the side of the road at night with nowhere to get help but I called Integrity Motors just as they were closing and they waited for me to get there and got me back on the road safely. These guys are awesome! Thanks again.... !

Integrity Auto Repair performed a complete timing belt service on our 2011 Honda Pilot. We had a scheduled appointment for the service, they got our vehicle in and complete the same day. They used high quality factory OE parts and the total cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work and will be using them again in the future.

Not reviewing the work that was completed, because I needed to run to an appointment after paying for my recent oil change which is usually about $50.After reviewing the receipt last night, I see you all decided to also do an unrequested Air Filter change ($25.87) had you asked me, I would have told you it wasn t necessary as I just changed it 6-8 weeks ago.There was also a 3,000 Mile Maintenance charge of $15????Please just stick to the work I request and not randomly finding other items to charge me for.

Kelly Harris and Integrity Auto recently rebuilt my engine. I m extremely pleased with the results. In today s auto repair world it s difficult to find people you can truly trust. I trust Integrity. That s why I continue to return.

I had my truck into another shop three times - they couldn't figure out the electrical issue. Integrity solved the problem, plus a few I didn't know about, on the first visit. I'll never go anywhere else - even if I have to go a little further to get there. Great people!

My starter died, leaving me stranded almost two hours from home. Integrity Auto Repair took care of me as soon as they could. I had a ladder on the roof of vehicle and they generously stored it for me while the vehicle was being worked on so it wouldn't get stolen.

As usual, Kelly and the staff took good care of us. These people have integrity. If you need an honest mechanic that isn t going to jerk you around, you ve found it. Don t forget- they do tires too! I needed them on VERY short notice to inspect an issue on a used car I purchased for my son that had a problem not disclosed by the dealership. They worked us in despite being extremely busy. We are SO grateful! Their staff is extremely friendly, the work was done quickly, their prices are more than fair. I m a frequent traveler and had some major car issue and was stranded on the side of a busy highway , everything was closed down for the weekend unfortunately for me but Kelly really was a miracle for me , he towed my vehicle and got me set up in a safe location while AAA wasn t even able to help me due to weather ! Kelly thank you so much and I ll recommend Integrity Auto Repair to any of my friends or family that pass through as well .

If you're looking to find a trustworthy repair shop, look no further. Gwen and Kelly who own the shop are straight shooters and won't upsell you on anything. If they say it needs to be done you can trust it.

I have taken my diesel pickup here numerous times. It is 20 years old, so things come up on it. I have done repairs on it myself, because it is hard to trust people. However, Kelly and crew at Integrity are not only trustworthy, they exceed my expectations every time. I was quoted more than my billed ended up being. It was a pleasant surprise when I picked my truck up. I can not recommend Integrity enough. If you are looking for a mechanic that is going to be honest with you, communicate with you and do great work this is your place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

GREAT outfit. They were easy to work with and they worked with my extended warranty company. They were upfront and honest about all of the costs and what was covered by the warranty and what I had to pay out of pocket. They should be called lack of integrity auto! Don t expect them to actually diagnose your truck, but expect they will take your money for the diagnosis .Called to get advice on what could be causing an issue with my truck. Scheduled an appt for a diagnosis to get to the bottom of what s causing my truck to go haywire. We bring it in, told it s the bcm that needs replaced. I gave the okay to order. They said they couldn t order one as ford is under a strike and not selling the bcm. Wife ordered one from ford. Told integrity auto and they couldn t figure out how she ordered one. I was told they couldn t program the bcm if purchased somewhere else. Then they said they could. Called them once it arrived. Said they will have their programming guy call to schedule a day for him to program the new bcm to the truck. Never got a call! Called them a few times to get the same answer. Went to another shop and right away they were able to program my truck to the new bcm with a new key fob because I only had one and the programming needed two. They still got it done within a day.New shop did their job. They installed the bcm and programmed it correctly. It was misdiagnosed and now I m dealing the same issues and $1200 in the whole. Thanks!If you have an emergency or if you need someone to trust, it s not these folks! They will waste your time, your money and your patience. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! Go a little further to Elizabeth Auto Repair, they are professional and quick to help.

I d taken my truck in for an alignment and full inspection. They did a thorough job of detailing issues and categorizing them. Several were tied to my front end, so I had them do the needed repairs before the alignment. I had the team at Integrity perform a timing belt replacement on my '03 4Runner and had them also replace the tensioner, idler and water pump. The staff at Integrity Auto is Amazing!!! They serviced my 3 horse trailer about 3months ago and this weekend as I was headed to the neighbors I lost a tire. I dropped off my truck and trailer, unannounced, and dropped the keys in the overnight with a short note that finished with "I will just call in the AM".. Needless to say not only did they graciously look at my trailer today, they had it repaired and ready for pick up today as well!!Thank You Integrity Auto!!!
