My wife and I upgraded our fifth wheel in May and made a cross country trip in July. Some where in Iowa the window in our bedroom slide out designated. We had a piece of plywood installed and after we got home located the parts. Jeremy did the installation. He was thorough and you can't tell it ever happened. Jeremy saved our trip to Moab. I had picked up my trailer and our water heater had exploded due to the freezing temps. We were scheduled to head out Monday morning and found out Saturday evening. Jeremey was able to pick up a new water heater on Monday morning and installed same day. Very professional and responsive in our time of need. Any future repairs I will call Jeremy and suggest anyone needing repairs to call him as well.

We had a late afternoon emergency with a slide that would not retract and when Jeremy arrived he went straight to work to figure out the issue. He worked incredibly hard to manually retract the slide even working well after dark. Very knowledgeable and focused.

It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. We came in from out of town with our RV, and found Jeremy online. He came out same day and helped us out with winterizing our RV, and also helping us with a bathroom that wasn t working. He ll be my first call When we move here to Colorado.

It's on a Sunday and I called this guy because I needed parts for my camper and he lives in Johnstown colorado and took Time to go to his parts house and get the part for my water heater that I was unable to locate in Loveland, and brought it to me no less so I could repair my water heater.... And then when he had left I probably called him 3 different times with questions and he was happy to assist me over the phone. What a great guy....I would definitely recommend him to everyone who has a camper...Very professional experience.Thanks again for your service.....

Jeremy at Big Guy Mobile RV Repair did a fantastic job repairing our full wall slide out. From the initial phone call it was clear that he was an experienced RV technician with several years experience. He showed up promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. Our RV was experiancing the full wall slide out jamming both going out and coming in to the point where it would not operate correctly. Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem to be the slide out was out of manufactured specs causing one of the motors to become damaged. He shimmed up the slide out to spec, replaced the motor and performed several function tests. The slide out has never worked so well and we truly appreciate his diligence and promptness getting our unit repaired. Our unit is still under warranty and when the work was completed a follow-up email was sent to us from Jeremy detailing the issues and repairs completed so we could submit to the manufacturer for reimbursement. As a business owner in the service industry I appreciate quality service and will be using Big Guy Mobile RV repair again for our future service needs.
