Very poor attitude and abusive demeanor fromservice manager William Corral who's runs theplace like a prison that he's used too. He believeshe's walking on water and is untouchable. Notfriendly at all and the worst person you couldpossibly work for including the owner Of thecompany Mark who will lie straight to your face.Nothing here is safe or near OSHA STANDERDS.Service Manager William Corral also walks aroundthe shop in Nikes or Jordan's and refuses to workor touch anything that comes close to getting himor his shoes dirty. Watch out for this place.Employees are scared to stand up for what's rightbecause of William corrals actions ALL THE TIME.

Our first stop for Great Dane trailer sales and service. Nick has sold us a number of trailers and we ve never been disappointed. Warranty and non-warranty work is always completed in a timely manner.

Needed some parts for our fleet and was told by everyone it was on National back order however these guys found me a matching part in stock and delivered within an hour. Will forever be using them for brake and suspension parts.

Service department was quick and efficient, as always : GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. There is a list of prices they go by depending on the matter of your situation. I was fortunate to have the "Shop Manager" explain the charges and I left satisfied with the results. Very clean shop. Good work and skillful mechanics and technicians.

Crossroads trailer new location in Hudson was amazing ! I had a air line leak on an older Stoughton trailer and I called in and they got me right into the shop, they had the airline replaced and me back on the road within one hour. Everybody was super nice, the building and site is easy to get to . Great value and speed. I am so happy to have such a quality repair option !Service: Brakes

I am the owner of a family owned mechanic shop and we used Crossroad Trailers for a clients trailer. Randy was very helpful over the phone and got back to us with the parts we needed very quickly! Dustin delivered our parts the very next morning. He is very knowledgeable about the products they sell! We are definitely going to be using them from here on out! We drop and hook here. PRO: very secure facility. CON: if you are coming from a place like Ft Collins, there is no easy way to get there. Two lane country/frontage road that is very rough.

Thanks to Nick Mattson at Crossroads, we had easily one of the best trailer buying experiences in all our years of business. Being a buyer from Canada is not the easiest however Nick made the process as simple and painless as possible. Nick presented us with a plethora of options to to configure our used trailer EXACTLY the way we wanted and allowed us to choose from low hour units in great condition. Upon delivery Nick added various accessories to our trailer for us including E-track, load light and many other things that would make it hard to imagine the trailer we were buying is a 2017. When our trailer was back in our home province there were some things that needed attention to pass inspection and Nick also took care of that. These folks take care of you before and after your purchase which is very rare to find. Crossroads Trailer should be at the top of your list if you are looking for a new or used trailer.

Easiest way into this place; I-76 exit 25 (168th Ave) (NB turn left, SB turn right) go thru the traffic circle to (Frontage Rd) turn right, heading north on (Frontage rd) (*this road goes both directions).

Worst experience ever. Would never do business with them again. My experience from there so called sales to the service department who can t fix anything was absolutely the worst. Lie and cheat should be there Moto. Sad and pathetic.
