I have never been more upset with a company. After paying $400 for brake repair and a flat tire repair. That was flattened by their test driver. The cheap brakes only lasted four thousand miles before squeaking. Then, when I went to replace them again, I couldn't even pull the wheels off my own truck. Because they overtorked the bolts. I then found out that they overtorked all the bolts holding my calipers on. Literally bending ratchets trying to undue their mess. I'll never go back!! And I will tell everyone I know how i got ripped off. Worst service shop ever!!

Yeah right $200+ to install new tires onto my vehicle no thanks. Lost our business permanently.

Super helpful crew, congrats to the new owner. I go here for all my basic needs and they are fantastic and fair, when I go on big cross country trips I bring my car in to be looked over and they are very thorough and give me peace of mind before I head out on the road.

If you think $358.57 is a great deal for a radiator flush and an oil change, then this is the place for you! Or, if you want to feel intense buyer's remorse...look no further. I'm giving them 2 stars because the staff are extremely nice, they let me barrow their car to pick up my kid from school and they have good coffee.

You can have a good experience or bad . Sometimes the staff is mocking you instead of explaining to you. I came with some errors about ignition coils and they told me they couldn t fixed it. I came home and checked the code again and I got more errors. I opened the hood to see and they forgot to reconnect a pipe. They are good at tires but nothing else. Maybe there is a reason why they are called kwiki tire.

Very fast service, very kind people and the most important part is they know what they are doing. If I need anything done again when Im in the area I will definitely be coming to Kwiki.Thank you Miles so much for all your help when we were in need of work done on our vehicle. We appreciate you so much. You did an excellent job and was very compassionate about our situation.

We travel through Hotchkiss yearly. We have stopped in here for brakes and tires. Each time they were able to work is into their schedule. They helped us out when our camping trailer broke a shackle. They were able to repair it and even worked with our insurance company to help us get payment. Great company!

June 2021Traveling through Colorado, 1300 miles from home, we pulled into Crawford State Park and began to setup our camper when I noticed an issue with one of the tires. I jacked up the trailer and mounted the spare. A park ranger recommended Kwiki Tire II, but commented that they close at 5:30. We arrived at 5:33 and found the door still open. The manager was still inside closing up for the day, but happily took a look at my tire. He offered to mount a new tire the next morning and I could pick it up any time after lunch. When I arrived to pick up my tire, the office receptionist was very happy to finalize my payment and print out my work order and receipt. I would highly recommend Kwiki Tire II to anyone traveling in or living near the Hotchkiss CO area. They go above and beyond. Five stars from me.

These are wonderful folks! We are out of towners and they helped us not once but twice in one day when we had some major car issues. They worked us in and fixed our problems the same day. We're thankful for them! Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible establishment. Do not take your vehicle here for any reason. Got a battery replaced incorrectly due to the mechanics error my car could have shut down at any time. Have had two extremely negative experiences here. Don t risk it and go somewhere else.

Great place to go for your tires and light service work. The staff is very friendly and is very helpful. They have the ability to do everything from fixing or changing your tires to tire sales and then they do oil changes to alignments. they also do light repair jobs to keep your vehicle running down the road. I would highly recommend this shop and there staff to help you. AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++++

These guys are awesome. The only tire place I will go to. Quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating...the price is always right...what more could you ask for?? Give em a try, you won't be disappointed.

These men are honest, fair, dependable, and reliable. They don't over charge and stand by their products. Since new owners not as good as the last one. Not sure I will go back.

If you have a spare tire, put it on and move on to The Delta Kwiki tire. We got tires there, mind you, brand new, and have fought them ever since keeping air in them. Secondly, when you ask for a tube in lawnmower tire and you get your tire back and it leaks worse? Come on Kwiki2, you are NOT, what the North Fork is about!!

Got halfway to Crawford from Hotchkiss and a lugnut came flying off. They didn't properly tighten them/check them after rotating tires. I'm pregnant and have a five year old so not too happy

Great guys.. filled up a slow leak yesterday, flat again today... We're on holiday, and they took tire off, patched it up and had us back on the road in 30 mins.

They are not even close to that they were a couple of years ago. You can make an appointment and they still won't have what is needed... Or you can get an alignment there times and it still isn't right.
