It was my first visit to the service dept. and Harper put me at ease. He was polite, helpful and informative, explaining the whole process and showing me to the waiting area. The waiting area is awesome, coffee and snacks, comfy seating. It made the 1.5 hour wait go quickly. I love that they send you a detailed report of your car via text, then text you when the car is ready. The whole experience went smoothly. Thank you!

Had an appointment for Service to put on my Front Spoilers for my 2022 Civic Hatchback, as well as put black lug nuts. They kept me informed every step, with texts and what I enjoyed the most was the video from the tech! He explained/ recommended a check for alignment since I m almost at 12k. Everyone was very nice and understanding! I ll be coming back to have my HR-V get serviced and get new brakes. Thank you!

Very happy with the services.Oil change and inspection.Fixed sunroof with just a reset. Wiper Blade replacement cheap enough to let them do. Few more items done. Free wash. I will definitely go back

Greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car. Usually I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. The service writer talked to me very soon after. She was very pleasant and took time to listen to me about the issue I was having and let me demonstrate the problem. She kept me informed about the repair. This was the best experience I have had for service in a long time. By chance the technician who work on my vehicle was at the service writers desk. He was also very pleasant and explained what he had to do to repair the vehicle. I enjoyed talking with him.

The Schomp Honda Service Center is excellent to work with! They provide consistent and timely updates during the service and I loved the vehicle walk through with the technician. What was a pretty bad day going in was made a little bit better because of the friendly and helpful Service Team.

I had my car serviced at Schomp Honda Jarod, the service advisor explained to me how I would be receiving videos of the work being done on my car, as well as updating me on the time It would be finished. The tech and Jarod mademy visit a very short and pleasant experience. Will return there as needed.

We've been trusting our vehicle maintenance to Schomp Honda for many years. While we've always received good service, our most recent experience was truly exceptional. Our service advisor Cassie was friendly, professional and attentive to every concern. She's a true professional with a genuine desire to provide the best customer experience possible. Cassie delivered a five star experience second to none. Our only disappointment was that the car wash wasn't operational. I'd subtract one star for that but don't want that to dilute the efforts of Cassie and the rest of the team in delivering the best customer experience possible. They earned this five star review and our repeat business!

Everyone from the first phone contact with Addie to schedule my service to Garrett my service advisor, my experience was really great. Good communication and prompt service. The mechanic did a good job with the video recount of my service and what he was doing. I appreciate that feature a lot. Need to bring my car back for recall service and I will definitely come back to Schomp.

I live in downtown Denver (5-points to be exact) and I will always make the drive to Schomp Honda. My long-term technician, Rick, has been wonderful to work with; I truly appreciate his phenomenal customer service, expertise, and genuine kindness. The few times I ve interacted with other technicians in the service area have been wonderful as well. 10/10 experience every time. Thank you, Schomp!!

The service manager was courteous and the mechanic did an excellent job. They showed me photos, and a video of exactly what was wrong, and explained how they affect the performance of my vehicle. It was one of the best experiences that I ve had servicing any vehicle past and present.

I have taken my Honda, Pilot in for service for 5 years. This has been my best experience; not that the previous experiences have been bad, but by comparison, I was listened to, I was given necessary information, he was courteous and very pleasant and tying it all together, he was very professional.

First time visit taking my new Ridgeline Trailsport in to have accessories installed. The drop-off and pick-up process was easy to understand. My Service Advisor and Technician communicated what was going to be worked on, as well as status of work completed on my truck. Communication was two-way and good.

From scheduling to completion, the service was impeccable. Cassie assisted in getting the job done and was able to answer my questions. Cost wasn't like the high cost at other dealerships. I will definitely be going back for service in the future

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Had to have the car towed in, because of a front end, vibration and noise. They started right on it the next morning and found a huge chunk of ice around the driveshaft. No major damage. Did have servicing done that was required at the time. And done that day.

I took my 2023 CRV to Schomp Honda for level A maintenance (basically an oil and filter change). Service Rep Donovan was very pleasant and professional and explained everything clearly. I waited while the service was done, and it took only about 1/2 hour.

Really appreciated the entire experience as this was the first service for my new car that I purchased last November.Just an oil and rotate tires. I got my appointment with no problem and it was an "express" service. So I got in immediately, and I was told they would text me when ready. They said it might take two hours but I was sent a really cool video in an hour. Not only was it done but I got a chance to look at the video and see exactly what was done. The met my technician and I signed my paperwork and he gave me my keys and they had even washed my 'happy Honda ". What a terrific experience. Thanks Ralph Schomp Honda - you're the BEST!!

I purchased a car from Honda and some items needed to be installed in the service department. Service department kept me informed when the items arrived and a date to install. I was given a loaner car for the day, since my vehicle would be returned the next day. Everything was done as agreed to originally and to my satisfaction. The young lady I dealt with in the service center was helpful and very professional great service.

In October 2023, I purchased a Honda CRV from Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch. I had a great experience with purchasing the vehicle and knew I wanted to have my new Honda serviced through Schomp. I recently had my first of two complimentary oil changes and multi-inspection check. Once again, Schomp did not disappoint. I used the Express Service and found it convenient and very timely. I was impressed with the documentation and video of the service inspection provided to me. This is an excellent dealership!

Schomp Honda service center is the best! Service representative Cassandra is very professional, efficient, empathetic and kind. She walked me through the whole process, which helped so much. The service technician who diagnosed the car issue took care of the problem right away. The customer service at the Honda service center is outstanding!

Everyone I have dealt with, from service writers to mechanics have been exceptionally competent, polite and helpful. I have never even considered going to another facility.
