My car has now been fixed twice in the past two weeks but the same issue persists. After picking up my Jeep yesterday and being told that the problem was resolved, the same issue resumed this morning. Great, friendly staff, but they are not fixing my car after my $2000+ expenditure.

We were very satisfied with our great service. Scott and Dale, I believe are the workers names that helped us, were very professional. Definitely experienced and highly knowledgeable staff. We would highly recommend Firestone and will come back for our future car services.

Great experience at this Firestone location, as I ve always had. I had a flat on a Sunday, and most places were closed. Others locations wouldn t help me on the spot, but these guys did. They were friendly, honest, helpful and fixed my tire within the hour. Very happy with them!

Really enjoyed working with Dale. This was my first visit, but the overall shop vibe felt honest, reliable, efficient, and thorough. Didn't try to oversell unneeded services.

Terrible terrible customer service. I ve been to many shops in the area and never have I received such rude and unprofessional customer service as here. I made an appointment 2 days in advance for a car inspection. I go in for the appointment and i m told quite rudely that they have called me 4 times and I haven t responded and that they are not inspecting my car. I said I didn t receive any calls besides spam calls, the guy at the counter who I assume was the manger claimed he left me multiple messages saying he can t get me in, after digging through my voicemails the only voice message that was left was a 30 second long message with silence and then a brief hello and then a beep sound. How am I supposed to know who s calling me without properly addressing anything? I thought it s common knowledge to include more information in a voice message, I guess not. Then they claimed they will only let their master technician inspect my car and that would take another week. Didn t even bother to reschedule. Not worth your business. I recommend elsewhere.

OMG, the staff is amazing and so helpful! Dale, Scott and James went above and beyond to fix my 2 flat tires in a pinch. I am sooo grateful, definitely a customer for life!

These guys are great. I called for a wheel alignment, and they were slammed busy, but made time to get me in same day. Manager John is a great guy, used to work at tires plus and was great there too. Friendly, professional, quality work. Highly recommend.

Some of the worst and laziest customer service scheduled an appointment for an oil change came in the next day was told it would take over 2 hours and being charged closed to 200$ left immediately awful service save your money and go somewhere else

I highly recommend this Firestone location. Dale, the store manager, is very customer service oriented, he doesn t try to sell you unnecessary repairs and I greatly appreciate that.

Quality service you can count on! I've been a customer of this Firestone for years now. They do great work, are straight and honest with you, and communicate. The service manager, Dale, and co-manager Jon are excellent. It is with the highest regard that I recommend this location for tires or service.

Avoid this place.Totally unprofessional stuff work here. When I came there and said that I have a nail in my tire they said that I can continue driving my car I just need to continue adding air into it. And the funny part is that they even did not look at the car.

I had just purchased a used vehicle and I wanted a vehicle inspection. I went online to schedule an appointment, thinking that it would be easier. I had an appointment for the next day scheduled, and when I went in they said I was here for an oil change. I corrected the guy, telling him I made an appointment online. He then goes off on how never to use the website and always call, then tells me he doesn't have time for an inspection, so I offer to come back another day. We reschedule for Sunday. When I come in a new guy who was at the desk couldn't care less about being there, let alone doing his job right. He tells me I'm there for an oil change and inspection, I tell him just the inspection again, and no oil change. He asks me if theres anything wrong he should know about. I tell him it has a high idle in park, but I could be imagining things. He says that he's not trained in that area and he's the only tech there today, so that won't be looked at. I say okay I guess I need to start somewhere. I wait several hours for them to complete a basic inspection. When it's done they just hand me the diagnostic sheet and tell me nothing about my car. The tech didn't even say hello or anything, just the girl at the counter, who also couldn't care less about her job. Needless to say I will never be coming back here or to any other firestone, and I will recommend to everyone I know to go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Vehicle in for a snow tire swap and alignment, now over 24 hours overdue. No good reasoning for the delay.Tried to reason with desk attendant for compensantion but he was completely useless.

I normally am thrilled with Firestone's customer service and quality of work but not at this location. I dropped my company truck off for an oil change and alignment. They had my truck for 2 whole days and tons of excuses as to why its taking so long. Finally, I had enough and went in to get my truck and take it somewhere else. My truck, after 36 hrs. was still on the lift sitting with no oil in it. I couldn't even take it, so I waited around for them to fill it. The staff are young, rude, obnoxious and one was very hostile. I asked for a GM and they played the " I don't know who the GM is" card. This shop definitely needs an audit from management because they are not living up to the Firestone brand.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I've been here and had my snow tires swapped out and had oil changes before but this time I left my car for 3 days, called the 2nd day to see if I could pick up my car and was told no problem for 3rd day pickup. Got there on day 3 at 5pm and they hadn't started on the oil change or swapping out my tires. I don't think they realized they forgot about my car until I arrived. No apology, no excuse. My new Firestone, since the one I used to go to has gone downhill. This was such a great experience. They had me in and out in the time that they said that they would, they were super friendly and professional, and even though I live 40 minutes away I will be coming to this Firestone from now on. Make sure to call and make an appointment. These guys will take great care of you.

Do not use this Firestone location. They don't stand behind their work and since COVID has been down hill. New manager doesn't care what his team tells people and won't even try and work with you when legit issues arise. Again stay away from the shotty work of this location. I scheduled an appointment at 2pm today. Dropped off my vehicle for a tire rotation and oil change, was quoted 1.5 to 2 hours. I left and came back at 4:15pm. I hadn t received a phone call, and the woman at the counter said the car had not been started yet, and would be at least another hour. Absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable when an appointment is made.

Rolled in from out of town on a Saturday at 4:30--our Buick not responding well to the accelerator--and just about to be stranded. I thought, "These guys are going to want to get home and probably will just tell us good luck and good riddance!" I was thinking this because that is pretty much what the Brakes Plus down the street told us. (I will mention, however, that my local Brakes Plus is CoSprings on Nevada is full of good, friendly service.) Firestone surprised us with absolutely the opposite treatment. Frank Kriz offered to take a look to see what he could do/figure out at this late weekend time with happy hours already underway. Long story short . . . he found a dirty fuel sensor, undercharged us for the time, and fixed us up all with a friendly "the customer comes first" manner. We were so fortunate to stumble upon this store!

I had the same experience others with this outfit. I filled out a service/appointment online received an appointment confirmation with the service I was requesting. Decided to drop off my truck the night before. I gave my contact information as well as the service in needed to the person who checked me in . My scheduled appointment was for 1 pm, around 4 pm that day I called to see if everything was done and was told that they didn t have my information so they didn t do anything. I decided to pick up my rig and go somewhere else. When I picked it up they just said sorry about that .

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour, my car still hadn t moved from the parking lot. I asked for my keys back and left and will not come back. The person running the front counter is incredibly rude.
