I ve been in here probably about 6 times or so over the last few years, Kevin has helped me the last few times and I cannot say enough about how helpful and nice and quick they have been. I would highly recommend this location, Kevin s attention to customer service and going above and beyond is always appreciated!

I've been using them for a couple years. Every time I leave after my service, I always think about how friendly, helpful, and professional the staff is. In most cases, they are done within an hour or two. They always have the parts/tires in-house for both my cars. Excellent business, highly recommended

We woke up to one of the tires almost flat. We decided to run our errands in the other truck. When we finally arrived home, we usually go to a competitor since they are closer. Due to the traffic fiasco, we went to Highlands Ranch. Joseph greeted us with a smile, and we explained the problem. He gave us a time frame of about an hour. We were hoping that he could just patch the tire.Within 30 minutes, he was sending us a text message - the tire was able to be patched. And on top of it, they did not charge us anything for the great service.

I've bought tires here for multiple vehicles, multiple times over the year. I needed to help out a friend with a tire replacement, which they could not swap out as it was a brand they did not carry. They offered a possibly compatible tire for 200 bucks... to which I called a competitor and they had the tire and at a reasonable price. It was a discount brand tire.Likewise last time I got tires they would not honor the mileage warranty on the tires, which is rare that has never been an issue before. Discount Tire is famous for their no to few questions asked policies. That is what made them great. Now, not so much. I take my business to Costco now.

Excellent location. The staff makes it the best Discount tire I have been to over the years. Super attentive to your needs, and they are willing to work through what is needed for your vehicle.

These guys are great, I had a flat tire outside near the gas station. My insurance was ready to pick the car the next day from where it was, so I walked into Discount Tire and they helped me quickly by fixing my tire for free. They were a great help especially since they did it so quick. Otherwise I would ve had to wait until the next day. Thank you Discount Tire for your help.

A great location, and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable professionals. Every experience here has been top-notch, and I make sure to recommend them to others even if they're a slightly further drive. The one caveat is that, despite being a location slightly off the beaten path, they drum up a lot of business, so I highly recommend an appointment.

Kevin the manager of this store is fantastic!! He has a great team and goes out of his way to get every customer the best service of any Discount Tire out there!! Even on a super busy day Kevin and his team get the job done, even when they are short staffed. I highly recommend this store over all other Discount Tire locations as long as Kevin is the manager.

I was in a huge bind and Thomas helped me immensely. He was fast, super nice, and incredibly accommodating. The praise is not tied to "getting what I wanted;" Thomas went above and beyond to help a guy out, and I can't imagine using a different store.

Very helpful with all tire needs. Just note they dont turn on the heat in their waiting room. So if you go in the winter and are waiting for your car you will freeze. Bring your ski gear!

Stopped in this discount tire originally to have them mount 4 tires for my Jeep Cherokee that I had bought off marketplace to save a couple bucks. Cody right away told me that two of the tires were unevenly worn in places I hadn't seen, and that they would need to be replaced soon anyways. Big mistake on my part. Cody then really helped me out by pricing out some new tires for me at a very reasonable price, and installing them within an hour. Learn from my mistake; buy once, cry once. Go see Cody and the rest of this crew. Well worth it.

Normally a fine uneventful experience, but today I was third in line for a rotation and they checked my car in saying it would be about an hour. I checked in after an hour and my car hard not started yet and that it would be next one or two cars in. So I waited another 36 minutes and saw several cars finish in that time. Mine was still waiting to start. So I bowed out and got my keys back. The guys are polite and easy to work with, but in this case it seems they just could not figure out that they were hours behind or were unwilling to tell me.

I wanted to share the stellar customer service I received at this location from the store manager Randy Williams and his team. During a routine tire rotation they discovered that I had 2 broken wheel studs on the wheel spacers of my lifted and modified Jeep Wrangler. Keeping me safe was a priority for Randy and advising me that I should not drive any further with the broken studs. Unfortunately the wheels spacers is something that Discount Tire doesn't even sell (keep in mind this is an aftermarket part for a modified Jeep). I told Randy that I actually have a new spare wheel spacer in my garage and that I live 2 miles away and would have to get Uber or Lyft service to go get it. Randy went way above and beyond of what his job calls for and offered to drive me to my home to retrieve the wheel spacer...so that's exactly what we did! Upon returning back to the Discount Tire shop, Randy's team installed the new wheel spacer free of charge and finished rotating the tires and got me back on the road safely. I hope someone at the corporate offices of Discount Tire see this review and realize what an amazing asset Randy Williams is to their operation. I will certainly be back with my other vehicles to do future business.Denny Stuchlik

Came in today to fix a flat tire. The young man Cole working had amazing customer service, and communication skills, especially for his young age. They ended up, convincing me to replace all the tires due to the wear on the other ones, it was a good decision, even though I hated to do it. They gave me a fair price and got me out the door in about 40 minutes.

I had such wonderful service this morning. I was in a bit of a time crunch & needed a nail in a tire removed & patched. Not only was that done, but two others discovered in two other tires which were also patched & my tires rotated so quickly that I was amazed. I am beyond grateful for such kind service.

I always get treated very well here. I've been buying tires and getting them serviced here for 16 years. I always buy the extra warranty certificates for my tires. They have come in handy 3 times over the years. We spend time in the Phoenix area every year. There are Discount Tire stores near us down there as well that I use. I'm very happy with the stores at both locations.

Very friendly and efficient service! I love that I can bring back the car when I get a flat, or any issue with the tire, and have them fix it. It s hard to find genuinely good service these days, but this place hits all the marks!

Shop completely trashed all 4 of my rims. I've never seen this much damage done by simply changing tires. Either someone didn't know what they were doing or they didn't care. You would think that as soon as you scraped off the perimeter chrome on one rim you would stop.

May 26th update. Just got the studded snow swapped out with summer Tires in 35 minutes flat, pun intended. Poppy the tech gets five stars. Kevin runs a tight ship nice job guys !Nov 2922 Got the studded snows installed thanks to Alex, this place rocks I'll be back five stars !

Incompetent. Nearly every encounter with this particular location has led to problems. From cross-threading lug nuts (which later resulted in a lug completely snapping off when they tried to remove the nut), to mounting new tires incorrectly causing a tire to rapidly deflate while driving down I-25. Discount Tire in general has been my go-to for 30 years, but avoid this shop like the plague.

My grandfather purchased me 2 all season tires for my birthday. We came to this location because he has had service done with discount tires for many years. We had some confusion during the tire analysis process but the attendant was very patient and informed (I forgot his name, apologies sir), he eventually guided us to a good middle ground. We got the tires changed and I went on with my birthday. However, by the end of the night when I got back to my hotel, I realized I had a flat tire (noticed it a couple miles up the road.) Refilled the tire the next day, came back to the same location and explained the issue. Without hesitation, they checked the tire and repaired it without charge, I was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Great service, I will definitely be a returning customer. (My cars tires are in great shape now, thanks guys!)

i went to get my air checked today because i ve been struggling with my tires for weeks and the light has been on and i haven t known what to do, which is so upsetting!! that s why i went to discount tire and was kindly greeted by a bald teenager named reese. he explained what was going on with my car and what he was doing to fix the persistent issue with my tires. it was such a pleasant experience, and he was really fast too. I was able to make it to my best friend s baby shower just in time, which i was worried about!! Thank you, Reese, for this experience.

I would recommend this Discount tire store to everyone. I needed to have some work done so I could drive the car my daughter had been using back to California. They went above and beyond to help me out! I know my daughter who lives in Colorado will use them for all her tire needs.
