This shop is the best. Everyone that works here is the best. They are honest and trustworthy. They have moral standards! This is very refreshing as we see so much negativity in today s world.My vehicle has been serviced here many times. The mechanical work they have done is excellent. The cost is always fair and I have never had to question anything they tell me my car needs. As a woman going in to an auto repair shop, I don t have to worry about being taken advantage of. And that gives me peace of mind. Christian Brothers, has my back. Thank you so much everyone.

I cannot recommend Christian Brothers more highly! They are honest, kind, efficient, and as generous as they can be while still running a business. They have a heart for helping people in trying situations. I had a lot of work done on my car, and I am so glad I chose them to do the work. Whenever possible, I will always have them do my loved ones future vehicle needs. You won t be disappointed in trusting these superb humans with your car!

They do good work and can turn the car around quickly but will charge an extreme premium and give you a laundry list of repair items after diagnostics. If you don t care about up-charged labor they are fine, but I d recommend finding a privately owned shop. It will save you thousands.

1st time going to Christian Brothers Automotive. I went on line to check them out. I was able to make an appointment right there. They called me soon after to discuss my issues. Brakes were my main concern. Dropped it off in the afternoon. Check in was easy. The staff was very courteous. Valet is provided if you need it. My car was ready the next morning. That will be my shop going forward if my car needs any attention. The price was fair for the work needed. I was very pleased.

I want to love this place. Super nice people and great reviews. I had them do an oil change and they diagnosed over 3k worth of work. Showed me videos and pictures. I had a second opinion via dealership and 0 of the work Christian Brothers said I need actually needs to be done. Dealership said they threw oil all over to mimic a common oil issue with my model. Disappointed, I am a single woman and feel very taken advantage of from this establishment.

Scheduling was easy, competitive pricing, honored coupons and very courteous. Did not try to add anything I didn t need or want. The only thing that would been helpful, would have been to keep me updated during the day so that I would know when to plan on picking up the car.

Honest They gave me a ride to and back to retrieve my car. Although I thought I had a major issue with my vehicle, their diagnostic work showed no major issues. M happy I found my new mechanic for future repairs and vehicle maintenance.

This deserves a positive review. I brought my vehicle in for a standard 60K mile service and got the list of approved service items and set them to work. When my car was ready they let me know that they had actually found records that they had already done a couple of those service items during a previous visit and they weren t needed. Saved me a few hundred dollars and I never would have known if they had just done the services anyway. Truly an honest team and I always have a good experience bringing my cars here.

Just had my power steering pump done by this shop and they did a great job. I worked with will and he was great to work with. I knew I had several things wrong with my car and had his guys look over and give me a list of repairs and he did exactly that and explained in detail what the repairs were needed and how much they would cost. I decided only to replace the steering pump for now and he did not pressure or make me feel bad for not wanting to go through on the other repairs like other shops have in the past. If your looking for a shop for your car look no further. This is a ethical,non pushing, great work for a great price shop! Will be brining mine and the family's car from here on out!

Great experience again. Will at the front desk was outstanding, which has to mean the guys in the shop also were. We had a car in an accident. Car started making noises 24 hours later. Christian Brothers diagnosed the issue, but more importantly found the part and explained to me why using a new differential axel was so important and explained to me why I should not let insurance push me to a used part. Will then worked with insurance and within a day or two they decided to total the car. With body shops backed up for months, this turned out to be good since we could buy another used similar car and not have to wait months for repairs. Great service.

We took our Lexus in for lights indicating a problem and an oil change. By the end of the day they had figured out the problem and fixed it. The wife and I feel very confident that the work Christian Brothers does is the required work to keep our vehicles running tip top and on the road.

I've been taking my vehicles to CB for over 5 years and I'm always pleased with the service. They don't try to push you into work you don't need, but they will give you a thorough evaluation and recommend future services that may be on the verge of necessary.Their shuttle service has come in handy on many occasion when someone else couldn't drop me off or pick me up, their drivers are all very courteous and safe.I Highly Recommend them to friends and other family members

This was my first time visiting Christian Brothers. I was looking for a new shop and visited for electrical issues. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Highlands Ranch location is close to work and very convenient. I love that they offer a shuttle. Definitely beats having to wait for 45 minutes for a Lyft at my old shop and be late for work. I will definitely be back!

oil change service was good, also got drop off and pick up service from Christian Brothers. Their level of service is very good. only downside i felt was that they are very busy and hard to get car service done within 2- 3 hours.

I had a problem with my car starting. The crew took good care of me. A new battery got me rolling but they didn't tie that to a problem with the wifi key. They turned things around fast and were very courteous.

All I can say is Will Barrios cares. He cares about service, his customers, and what he does. The technician did an amazing job! This is a place I can trust. I will never take my truck to any other establishment. Thank you!

I have experience working at a dealership fixing cars and this is the worst technician and service I've seen in a long time. My grandmother went there to get her alternator checked out, later that week they claimed her engine was shaking and then days after that they called and said that she needed a new engine, I checked the whole car before going in and her engine worked, the technicians broke her engine and then asked her to pay 5k for a new engine. Any technician would know if you break something while fixing a car and it ends up in a worst condition the company has to pay for a replacement. Would never suggest this place to anyone. They steal and rip people off.

These guys were superb! Even though I received a donated car during hard times they treated me with dignity and real care. They went out of their way to give me a ride home all the way to Castle Rock when I dropped off my car. I am so grateful. These guys are aces. Thank you Christian Brothers!

All the employees had a great attitude. My service adjuster was very knowledgeable and the mechanic was great! They also work with my extended service plan. Thankfully I didn't need it on this visit. They have a customer for life.

My Jeep was backed into by a semi filled with concrete. GEICO sent my Jeep to Young s Auto Body . They did the inspection and said it was only body damage and fixed that. Well kinda beside the doors hinges that were bent and headlights. Got it home and smelled burning oil. Told them and found out oil cooler was cracked. GEICO and Young s both said it was not from the 40 ton semi that him me. Fought with them for a few weeks. Then I took my Jeep to Carl at Christian Brothers and the found cracked oil cooler, cracked timing chain cover, and cracked radiator. Which all led to a failed head gasket. Carl fixed everything in about a week for a fair price and with a 3 year warranty. Jeep runs just like it did before the accident now. I am super satisfied with the work that was done. Will and Chance in the office were great as well. Couldn t be happier with all the service I received. Highly recommend this location Carl is the best. I don t trust my vehicle with anyone else. On Feb. 26th I had my 2013 Nissan Altima serviced by Christian Brothers Auto in Highlands Ranch, CO. They changed the oil and replaced windshield wipers. As part of the service they conducted a full inspection of my car. One of the recommendations was to replace the battery. The battery was less than a year old. It had been replaced on March 10, 2023 by Christian Brothers Auto in Parker, Co. It was AC Delco Gold - 35PS. ($323.29) The technician at CBA Highlands Ranch said it failed a CCA test. There was no real explanation as to why this could happen. The car has been garaged kept since purchase and there has been no indication that the battery was failing. What is also frustrating is that each CBA is its own separate business which means they can't access your records from other CBA locations. I also had front and rear brakes done in the last six months by CBA. On the 2/26/24 appointment I asked them to check the brakes as I told them they squeak as I pull out of my drive way and when I stop. They said they tested it and didn't hear anything.

No. My mother asked me to post this poor review based on poor service. You called her to ask for this review to be removed and offered her multiple free oil changes.She told me she isnt going to use them because she doesn't trust you, and to leave my review up. I will continue to leave reviews as your awful time management and terrible customer service greatly affected me the multiple days you messed up.Please dont lie.

Excellent service. I have had multiple repairs here and will go back in the future. Will Barrios is a great service advisor goes the extra mile of explaining all the options available. Our Ford escape needed the engine mounts replaced. A dealership identified the parts but the cost to replace was quite high. We worked with Will at Christian Brothers who ordered the parts for us and quoted a much better price. He kept us posted on when the parts would be in and then on how the repair was progressing. They have a great warranty period which also includes towing if future problems arise. Will was awesome to work with. Definitely will be going back here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys at CB are awesome! I worked with TJ and he was super patient with all my (I m sure very annoying) questions and was always super fast to respond and help out. I had a problem with my 2020 GMC canyon. I started getting mist out my AC vents that smelled like antifreeze. The dealership I took the truck to said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to Christian Brothers in Highlands Ranch. Their service writer, Joe, said it sounded like a heater core leak. They replaced the heater core and that solved the problem. I would have given a 5 Star rating but the job was quite expensive. I don t know how that compares to other shops. However the service and timeliness was great. Highly recommend.

Will, in the front desk, treated us with the utmost respect. He was very transparent with us about our maintenance needs and kept contact with us throughout the day to give us updates. I will certainly return to CBA.
