Phenomenal work & customer service to fully restore my car. The entire process was made seamless from drop off to pick up with clear communication, proper timeline and expectations set, and true craftsmanship with professionalism throughout the repair. I m very thankful for the time and effort given to bring my car back to 100%. Caliber even worked directly with my insurance company to resolve the claim and keep me updated. I would highly recommend!

This place is AWFUL! Dane has been unreliable and when I first had to bring my truck in, I was told his name was one thingAnd over the course of several months his name changed three times. So that was impressive. Then! My truck's driver side doors needed repair. Well low and behold my driver doors don't close properly. Especially in the cold. Found out, they used a new door for the driver door and a used door for the back door on my driver side. So now I have to wait for them to order a new door. And then I have asked two times for them to clean up some writing on my back window. It's still there. I called Dane 3 weeks ago, lady at the front desk said he'd call me back. It's been three weeks with no call. I have had an awful awful awful experience here. Nothing has gone right. And Caliber has made me regret getting my truck fixed. Almost wish I still had a giant freaking dent and scratch in my car so I wouldn't have to have this almost year long battle with Dane and Caliber.

First time I've ever filed an accident claim and can't imagine the experience being any better! Customer service and tech staff all were compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Communication was superb from start to finish AND my car was ready several days ahead of schedule. The minor paint job is seamless and my vehicle was clean--REALLY CLEAN--both inside and out upon return. After a scheduling issue, caused by the company call center, came to light, the manager (Josh) personally called my wife and I to make sure that they could get our car in before the weekend. This is the great customer service that should be strived for at any business. Extremely responsive, and pleasurable to talk to. Thank you!

Caliber Collision Work1. Dropped truck off on 9-6. Was told would be a couple weeks.2. Truck was not ready until 10-18, 6+ weeks.3. Caliber told me the truck would be inspected and cleaned when I got there. I arrived at the time Caliber told me to arrive at. Numerous issues were found when I started to inspect my truck.a. Bumper trim was not replaced even though it wasn t on the report.b. Back handrail cap was in cup holder, had been broken off. Which needed to be replaced.c. Garbage was in cup holders, obviously they didn t clean the truck or even look that hard.d. Back floor mat was rolled up and not in proper place.e. Not sure how you can miss the above items it the truck was inspected.f. Waited an hour for them to address what they missed. Didn t have a handrail cap so ordered a new one.4. Got truck homea. Opened up the box cover and the bed was full of leaves, pine needles and garbage from the work they were doing. It is always closed and I keep it clean. Had to clean the box.b. Put the truck in reverse and the backup mirror wasn t working.5. Return visit 10-25 to address issuesa. Tried to fix the backup mirror. Couldn t get it working so ordered a new camera.b. Handrail cap didn t fit.c. Waited an hour for Caliber to get nothing done.6. Return visit 11-1 to address issuesa. New camera didn t fix issue. They broke a wire when removing bed so fixed the wire.b. Handrail cap didn t fit, again.c. Sending me by mail a new handrail cap would call to let me know in mail.d. Waited an hour for Caliber to camera fixed.7. Called 11-8 about handrail cap. They placed it in the mail, but didn t give me a call.a. Handrail cap showed up 11-10 and I put it on.It took 65 days before the truck was finally done. If I would have known it would take 65 days, there s no way I would have taken my truck to Caliber.With all the issues, return visits and inability to get the job done properly I would give Caliber a zero rating. Actively tell people my experience and tell them to NOT use Caliber Collision no matter what.

Linda and Caliber you are amazing. After getting rear ended in my 22 Toyota Tacoma and getting the run around from the other guy's insurance company for six months and being told my truck is a total loss I never thought I'd be getting my truck fixed. I finally had enough and opened a claim through my insurance company and found Caliber collision on Colorado and County line road. Linda my service advisor kept me informed the entire time of the repairs which for a entire frame replacement and getting a new rear bumper only took one week. When I picked the truck up the paper work was easy and Linda took me out to the truck and went over everything with me. The repairs were great and the truck looks and drives like new. Thank you Linda and Caliber for taking care of me and my truck I am very satisfied.

The advisor (Jesse) who looked at my car was great. He went over the damage done to my car and what they would do to fix it. He suggested several options escalated by what would be found out once the body was removed. Very polite and professional. The insurance company also arranged for a rental which was on time, clean, and very comfortable (Enterprise). The actual repair was done 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule, and done well, and itemized for my inspection. I was updated by texts regularly so I could plan around the repair work. The location is great also. It's not that crowded to get too. All around a good experience. Jesse did more than expected; he did a thorough search of the rental I returned for my housekeys when I called before Enterprise came by to pick it up (keys were at home actually). Nice to find a company that exudes good service and professionalism.

Unfortunately, they no longer work for the general population. They are now working for the insurance companies. They couldn't even get us in for an estimate for 6 months because we were paying cash. We used them before, and they were so kind, accommodating, and really took care of us. So, whenever anyone asked where to go, we recommended Caliber. We were really disappointed in the treatment we received this time. They made it very clear that they no longer need us. So, we will happily take them off our recommended places. Stay tuned for where we ended up going next. Parts are already on order.

My brand new subaru had the entire front end crushed by a tire tread that a truck spit out on the freeway. I called caliber Monday morning, dropped it off Tuesday, and picked it up the following Tuesday! I was very anxious because I thought the car wouldn't look like it came off the car lot but it does! Gregg pulled off a fast turnaround, with updates on Wednesday / Friday and Monday. I'm so happy to see my car this pretty again!Also thanks Gregg for putting up with my anxiety regarding my repairs!

Josh made what was initially a stressful experience a seamless process for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure all my concerns were addressed. He exceeded my expectations and I m sure he goes out of his way to provide this experience for everyone! Update: Got my car back and its like it was never in an accident. Chad took great care restoring my car! They also detailed it which was an extra touch. It shows that they really care about their work. I highly recommend taking your car here. Great experience here! Got in an accident back in January and all repair shops were telling me 3-4 months wait to get in for body work. I chose this Caliber simply because they could get me in the soonest (still around 2 months), but I was very pleased with the work and communication during the process. Came out looking brand new and better than ever! The car interior and exterior were detailed and cleaned and that was a nice extra touch I wasn't expecting. Chad kept me informed twice/week with text updates so I knew exactly where the vehicle was, and they returned it a full week before the original expected date.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used this shop three times for three major repairs (I think it changed to Caliber in there somewhere). They have always been great. Repair looks great and in a reasonable time. Easy coordination with insurance. I plan to use them again (hopefully not too soon).

Terrible service. You call and they take forever to answer. They seem very unorganized. You ask for a call back or they say they ll call back then never do. Seems as they don t care that you need your car. Took about 4 months to get my truck back as well.

UPDATE: After further review of the work done my truck is not fixed. I understand body work isn t perfect but after I voiced my concerns caliber brought my truck back in and agreed with the concerns. They attempted to fix it again and made it slightly better. The original quote was to replace the bedside but instead the tried to fix it. Body lines still aren t right. I voiced my concern again this time to the GM and he said they will have to put a bed side on it. He said he would talk to insurance and get the bed side ordered and call me the falling week. This was in February/March. I followed up many times and they never got back to me. I m very frustrated. They also still owe me a ceramic coat for the panels they fixed they charged me (insurance) on the bill and said to call and schedule a time to bring in but they still won t return my calls. I obviously need the bedside fixed first before the ceramic coat. The paint is already chipping on the door as well. I m tired of calling and getting blown off with oh he will call you next week . I even sent a email in on their website stating what happens a few weeks ago and got no response from that either. This use to be a 5 star review but now I have to change it so I can warn others about my experience.I m very upset with my experience and expected better from them.Service: Body & Trim

A shoddy repair made by another caliber location in a different state came back to haunt me 3 years later and the cost to repair would have effectively totaled my car if I hadn t been able to reopen my claim. Josh worked with my insurance and the old location to link the damage back to the original claim.The repairs were labor and time intensive but Josh went out of his way to assign a mechanic to the repairs who had a background with similar body damage to expedite the process. Apart from taking care of the mechanical issue that my car was originally brought in for the mechanic also properly reattached my front bumper (another less serious issue that was related to the repairs from 3 years ago). Apart from that the turn around time was relatively quick for the amount of labor that had to be done.My car literally looks better than it has in years and I wouldn t have been able to dodge a devastating financial blow of having to replace my car if I had only worked with my insurance.

TERRIBLE SLOW PLACE! you had my car (just needed work on the bumper bc it was rear ended)for a couple weeks and did nothing to it (failing to inform me you didn't have the piece needed) so i had to call and figure out u couldn't do the service you said you would for a while. I ended up getting my car and waiting for u to have the piece needed to fix it, u called a few days ago saying you had the piece just for me to find out you will keep my car for an extra 3 weeks. AT THAT POINT YOU WILL HAVE MY CAR OVER A MONTH JUST TO FIX A BUMPER! I don t understand how the company can find this okayService: Body & Trim

They give you updates Mondays, Wednesdays, AND Fridays. Their whole staff, from Alisha as Administrative Booking and Reception, to Allan the Manager, and Robert the Director, all of them show amazing customer care and auto expertise! I won't go anywhere else! So excited to get my car back this week, I'll be sure to post their wonderful work here! :-)

Dude shout to Chad and Josh. Ran into some issues while my car was here, but holy cow did these two jump on it to make it right and produce crazy good service. Chad was on top of it between communication, and different options on repairs. Josh took my compliant serious, and handled it super quickly and professionally. Recent hail storms in spring of 2023 turned my 2013 BRZ into a golf ball. Caliber was able to bring it back to near showroom finish with PDR and a replacement hood.
