I have bought more vehicles than I care to say over my almost 50+ years of driving driving! This was far and above the best carb buying experience I ve ever had. Rafael and Jeff were both incredibly professional and friendly - no pressure at all! Even though we came in right before they closed, they stayed late to help us through to the end.I have already highly recommended Transwest to all my friends and family ! I will continue to buy my vehicles here from now on!!!

Kyle Berry helped me get my AT4X, and he made my first experience amazing from start to end. He was super polite and helpful, and he kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the outcome or the experience. He even still reaches out to make sure I'm still satisfied. I would definitely recommend Transwest GMC to anyone looking for a nice vehicle, and I highly recommend Kyle Berry in sales and Jeff Morgan in finance for a great buying experience. I ve never had a better experience buying a truck than I did with Michelle Cline at Transwest. She s an expert with 30+ years working with GMC. She helped me picked the options I needed and educate me on everything. There were no extra fees like the 5 other dealers I looked into. I will only buy vehicles from Michelle at Transwest from now on. Hoping to get my wife a Yukon in the next year or two. Also we ordered it Oct. 10th and it arrived Dec 17th. So it was about a 2 month turnaround.

The experience was great. Gabe was awesome. Was able to get my dream truck sooner than I was expecting. The financing was easy. Everything thing was ready to go and the process was quick and easy. Rafael was very nice and personable. Very professional. He made everything go smooth. We did everything on line. I found the car on line and worked out the details by phone. I picked up the car the following day. There were no hangups. Just sign and go. Just ask for Rafael. He doesn't pressure you.

Bought a truck here a few weeks ago. Honestly, the staff we worked with were pleasant and reasonable. But that s about where it ended. We had a list of fixes we needed done for us to feel comfortable about buying the truck. Almost none of them were done to any normal standard. Door was squeaking and bending on the hinge. Their fix was to spray globs on grease into the door jam and not clean anything behind it. The read seatbelt didn t click, their fix was what looks like a screwdriver shoved into it and a glob a grease to make it function again. We were told the truck would be detailed and a paint touch up guy would be walking the truck to correct any small scratched or dings. The truck wasn t even washed when we showed up. How can you touch up paint and buff scratches if it s not even rinsed off? Was told the truck went through an entire safety and mechanical inspection. Brakes and all fluids were inspected right? Brakes are squeaking and down to less than 1/8 of pad left. Oil life gauge was reset to 100% the truck was low 4 QUARTS of oil and it was black as night. Also the perform service light was on when we got there as well. Should have left the truck and found something else but fell in love with it and brushed these things off. The truck is now making all kinds of noises and the transmission is shifting incorrectly. I highly recommend getting a REAL inspection of any truck here and not trust what they have to say. Will definitely not be working with them in the future. The truck will probably be for sale or traded in soon, and I m extremely disappointed about it.

Sales department was friendly enough sure, but not good at following through or being honset with customers. Kyle Berry was too busy to worry about little old me. Please don't make up stories as to why you didn't take my deposit on a vehicle because financing wasn't completed yet, it makes no sense. I'm thankful for another dealership that worked to earn my business on a vehicle that was almost identical to what I was going to buy from Transwest. This other dealership called me and worked to earn my business and didn't give up, and cared about getting my business. They didn't sell a vehicle out from under me just like Transwest and Kyle did due to poor follow through. Nope this other dealership definitely got my business because I bought the vehicle from them when Transwest just didn't care. Is it sour grapes? Kind of yes, because I tried to get Kyle to take a deposit from me so the vehicle wouldn't sell out from under me, and he just never followed through, then tried to make excuses. I hesitated at first on Friday then told Kyle to take my deposit because I was going to buy the vehicle either way, and he never took one. Then when I called him about it Saturday. We discussed back and forth, then he got busy following a customer home. By the time he got back he told me it sold and made some excuses about how it was my fault. I have the texts and emails to prove it as well. Thanks to the other dealership that actually cared, I purchased an almost identical vehicle the same day.

With our recent purchase of the 5th GMC from your dealership, we have solidified our commitment to Transwest. The superb customer service we have received underscores the understanding that service excellence extends beyond the transaction, permeating the entire staff. Regrettably, we made the frustrating mistake of exploring other options for the sake of convenience. Rest assured, we have learned from that experience and will not repeat the mistake of shopping elsewhere.

Make sure to double check all of your service work before you leave this dealership!I'm worried that other customers have had a poor level of service and may not know. I feel that the best thing to do is to warn these potential customers, or any existing customers of the risks that come with Transwest's service department and to be vigilant before, and after, any work has been completed on their vehicle.I brought my 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 in for an oil change, tire rotation, 4wd service, and a heater block cord safety recall1. Shortly after the service I found that one of my valve stem caps was missing. I don't think that's a big deal, but it's great foreshadowing to the lack of attention to detail that comes next2. Within a month or so of the service I lifted the hood and found that my Banks aftermarket air filter wasn't attached to the intake tube. The engine had been sucking in unfiltered air and debris for who knows how long3. Next I found that there was fluid that had been leaking under the truck after seeing oil spots on my rear bumper. During the 4wd service the service tech had not properly tightened the check/fill plug on the rear differential. It was loose, not even finger tight, and was allowing fluid to leak while driving. I want to stress how badly this could have turned out if I'd not caught it and added an entire quart of gear oil that had leaked out after the service4. Next, and most recently, I'd been getting a "coolant level low" warning on my display. I glanced at the reservoir and it looked full and dismissed the warnings thinking it was a bad coolant level sensor in the reservoir. When the warning continued to appear each time I started the truck, I found that it had been overfilled and neither of the overflow points were allowing pressure to escape. The coolant system was under pressure due to overfilling - on a cold engineI e-mailed the service department management and they let me know that they were new, and had made some changes to staffing to try and address these known issues (Hence one extra star). They also mentioned twice that they wished I'd addressed this sooner. Here's why I didn't: I didn't think I needed to perform a post service inspection of my own, reviewing all of the work that their shop had done It was a waste of my time and fuel to return to their shop so that they could do something twice, hopefully correctly It would also be a poor decision to return in general, risking that I'd likely find other mistakes stemming from their work, and the cost after failure will be much higher than the $700 I spent to get them

I had a great experience purchasing a truck from Transwest. I worked with Gabe Molina and he respected my time, answered my questions quickly, and addressed concerns I had before taking delivery. I felt the entire experience from test drive to arriving at a price and completing the sale was smooth and fair. I would definitely consider Transwest again.

A simple oil change should not take 1 1/2 hours to complete. Also adding a $13.50 shop charge on top of $89.99 for the oil change is ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Salesman, B Lovelady was a true professional. We spoke on the phone, I told him I would come and lease if Transwest would honor the deal I read about that had already expired. He said let me call you back and he did in 10 minutes. They honored the deal. I was at Transwest in about an hour, spent about an hour doing paperwork and the deal was done. Never in my life has getting a new truck been so easy and stress free. They also delivered the truck personally. This is GREAT service! Next truck I get will be from Transwest.

We just bought a new Yukon XL Denali from Transwest and hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Kyle and Dan helped us through every step and made absolutely sure we were completely 100% satisfied with our purchase before we drove off the lot. Never did we feel pushed or swayed like you do when buying at other dealers. I am thrilled both with our new car and the experience we had and would highly recommend Transwest to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Your service department was unfortunately horrible to work with. When I took ownership of my brand new GMC AT4 the tailgate was damaged. I was working with Kyle Berry to get the tailgate situation resolved, but it took over a year. I received a call that the parts arrived and I attempted to make an appointment, only to be told the parts actually never arrived.I was at your location for my first vehicle service and I had to find Kyle Berry to inquire about the tailgate fix. He told me that he was going to order the parts himself and then I should wait to receive notice when they arrive to make an appointment. I was finally notified that the tailgate parts had arrived and also that the chip retrofit for my heated seats and parking sensors were ready for install. I made an appointment, dropped my truck off, waited the entire day for an update, but I didn't receive a call. I called service and was informed that my vehicle would be ready for pickup by 5:00 p.m. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was informed that my tailgate was fixed, but they we're unable to do the chip retrofit because there was no screws for the install. So now I have to come back again.To be honest, I don't want to ever deal with your service department again. I could never speak to the same service representative during my entire experience. It's like I was never assigned to one specific service Rep. It was always someone else when I called to get an update on my vehicle and they always seemed so confused. Also you don't have loaners...I live in Lafayette and have to arrange for a ride home upon drop off and again for pickup.Unfortunately, my overall experience with TransWest has been poor. If my friends or family asked me about purchasing or having a vehicle serviced with you, I would recommend they go somewhere else. I apologize I can't provide a more positive review.

Service is horrible, called to get a qet a quote sent to my email after already getting a verbal quote prior and they just wanted to fight me tooth and nail saying they needed to do diagnostics prior to giving me a quote to replace a part. The "manager" started screaming at me after I told him I had already got the verbal quote and I just needed it in my email. Absolutely horrible service. I would never allow an employee to talk to a customer like that without being fired on the spot.

I made my first year appointment for my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 for oil change and tire rotation. I then asked as I had forgotten earlier if they had the chip in for my heated seated seats. Once he called back and said they had the parts that it would take the better part of the day. No problem. A couple hours later they called back and said they needed a part that should have been installed at the factory and asked if they could keep it overnight and have back to me by noon the next day.They did exactly what they said and it did not cost me a thing. As always Transwest kept me up to date and kept their word on the additions needed.Wow the heated seats are wonderful. Thanks you did a great job.Mike Jones

I had a great buying experience I knew exactly what I wanted and got all of my info over to them during the day. My wife and I drove up after work. We were in and out of there extremely fast. Kyle was a great sales guy, very easy to work with. Finance didn't pressure me for any additional add ons. The only issue was that they would not honor an employee pricing form. I bought a 2023 AT4 Sierra 1500 3.0 diesel. Because of high demand, the manager felt that he shouldn't have to honor that. Probably not great for employee moral, but I'm happy with my purchase.
