Bought front and rear Fox elite series shocks from kale. The shocks turned out to be a factory defect. I ve reached out to kale several times for all the info on the shocks receipts/ paper work. That way I can go through with my warranty with fox. He has never sent me any of the info requested after saying multiply times he will send it. My warranty is almost up and without the info fox will not do warranty claims. After spending $3,500 to this company pretty low they won t send me the stuff I need. 0 stars if I could. Highly don t recommend

Great results having these guys install a VanCompass 4.3 suspension upgrade on a Storyteller Overland Classic. They have done 50+ suspension upgrades and are knowledgeable and experienced. They keep a lot of components in stock, and offer many van upgrades besides suspension. Their pricing was also great, I drove 2+ hours to use their shop as they gave the best service and pricing when I was calling around.
