Very happy with my experience! I had some issues with the computer I used and Jason from Kerma worked on it with me for an hour and a half to get it all figured it out, also the tune completely changed the car and cant wait to get some miles on it! Cant recommend enough!

Ordered the KERMATDI tune for my 2012 Sportswagon manual. Super fast shipping over the Thanksgiving weekend. Received it Monday pm and sent the tune file in the AM Tuesday and received it back in less than 2 hours before noon same day. Used the tuner to upload into my tdi with no glitches -Results: Runs excellent with lots more mid range and smooth idle. So excited I had to keep driving it as it feels like a sports car. Super pleased with the upgrade.

Awesome company. Currently have a 2001 TDI. Have bought multiple things over the years was always great experience. But the latest was even better. Being up in Canada over the border makes it tough. I had a special shipping request and they didnt even question. Parts came fast and exactly as exptected. Top notch quality. Would highly recommend and will continue to be a customer.

I ordered a turbo through them and had next day shipping, due to my turbo going out. I paid 315 dollars for the shipping and I didn't receive the product till 4 days later. I was told that I would receive a refund on the shipping or at least half my shipping cost back, but I haven't heard back about it.The turbo I received was fine, but the customer service blows.

Remotely installed my Stage 2 tune last night. Great experience all the way around. I haven't put many miles on the car yet, but I can definitely feel the difference. Abel did tune and the other staff have been great through the purchase to install process. Highly recommended.

Kerma TDI had some great performance products for my 2013 VW Passat SEL Premium TDI. I ordered received my ECU engine and DSG transmission tunes quickly and was emailed very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to install them. Whenever I had a question, Jason at Kerma quickly responded to my questions either by email or phone. I would definitely recommend them if your looking at installing some great performance products on your VW TDI.

These guys have done a phenomenal job of great product (their exhaust system and suspension system are all I ve got on so far..) and above and beyond customer service. If you want the easiest purchasing experience from some of the most knowledgeable guys around be sure and call Mike at Kerma. These guys make getting your TDI nice and proper a breeze.Update: got a tune using the qpro+ and to say that is an amazing difference is an understatement. These guys go above and beyond and truly, truly, know their stuff. If you don t have a Kerma tune in your VW, Audi, or BMW diesel you are seriously making poor life choice. You love you car, love driving it too. Let these guys tune it up. Restricting horsepower is animal abuse, don t do that.

Not a customer yet, just considering since we do a lot of tunes. Normally we go with Tunezilla/Malone tunes for the diesels.I have called twice. Once before COVID and recently. I note that Chris is still there doing sales. For others who don't know, yes Chris is real and that's his real name. He is in sales, and I suppose he may live in a completely different place than the actual shop providing parts and tunes? Not sure. How Chris keeps is job? Another valid question. Is he a genius who actually wrote and owns the tune? No idea.So, my review is about Chris. I still have no idea about the tune... here goes.Hi Chris,I can see you are a very knowledgeable guy, but it stands to reason that at least half of the people who call and want to discuss a tune with you know something more than how to put gas and oil in a car. For me, I work with very smart but arrogant guys all the time, so I can handle you fine. But, you may want to consider slowing things down and speaking in a respectful manner to customers.I think that if someone is trying to decided between a Kerma tune, Tunezilla tune, some other tune, or no tune at all, I am guess greater than 50% go away once they talk to you.I will probably still try out one of Kerma's tunes, but it will not be because I spoke with Chris. haha.Thanks for reading.

The Kerma TDI team is very informative and gladly walk you through anything that you would want or possibly need for your car. They will guide you through the steps to take into getting the most out of your car, very knowledgeable crew and glad to have ordered from them! Would recommend for all diesel needs. Although their phones are busy at times, stay patient or email, they will reach you back asap and they definitely make up for your missed call. Thanks again Kerma team!

Great group of guys to work with. Quick response times, they were waiting on me to respond rather than me waiting on them. Customer service was well above average with Jason even calling to confirm what it was I wanted to get out of tuning. Shipped the product quick and received it early as well. Any VW TDI work I would recommend them above all else.

Terrible service, ordered timing belt kit, called shipping to see when it would ship out, he said oh it looks like your in Colorado, I m 3 hours from there business. They shipped the part out Monday, the guy told me it would be there 1 day for sure. Checked tracking and It showed it arrived in Colorado Springs. 20 minutes from me. Now my package is in Tennessee, called back spoke to Jason, dude gave me the run around and didn t want to make it right. Now I have a customer here waiting an extra day to get his car back. Will never order from these guys again. Jason was no help and had no sympathy what so ever. If you want quality parts shop idparts.com or cascade German

I didn t want to have to leave a bad review but I m left with no choice at this point I have to warn other customers.I purchased the 100,000 mile timing belt kit for my 02 ALH Golf, everything in the kit was legit, really high end sourced out parts.I finally got the chance to dig into my timing belt and that was when I found out they had sent the wrong timing belt tensioner pulley, it really sucked because that invested into the job I had no choice but to put the old tensioner pulley back in to make it driveable.I ve sent an email explaining the issue with pictures to prove to kermatdi that I was sent the wrong pulley to hopefully rectify the situation, it s been almost a month and I haven t heard anything back.So if you buy the kit for your ALH just make sure the pulley is right before you dig into it.

These guys are awesome! Definitely the first place I turn to when I need something for my Jetta. I don t have a reputable Volkswagen mechanic that does anything other than basic maintenance within 250 miles of me. They have saved me hundreds by sending me the information I need to do it myself. I have recently ordered the 165+ horsepower package along with several other products. Their customer service is unmatched! At times it is obvious they are very busy but Mike and Jason have ALWAYS answered the phone and taken the time to help me with what I need. These guys own Jetta s and use the parts they sell They know their stuff!

Called sales to speak with a representative who was knowledgeable about the tune process. As I was explaining my situation, he began to cut in and lecture me as to how my turbo needed upgrading or Map downgraded because of the fact that i could blow my turbo(something i was already aware of) which was exactly why i was hoping to speak to one in the custom tuning process. I then asked if he does tuning himself and was told no...Then I asked if I could be redirected to that department and was told that "it's not possible" because "if that department took calls they would never have anytime to get the tune process done."My question is this. If it's a custom tune, how is that possible without direct input from the individual?Back to the story. I asked him to be directed to someone else. He told me "No". I finally asked him his name to which he very hesitantly replied "Chris"....kinda doubt that was his name bc he seemed pretty upset by that point and said that the company doesn't want my business... Really. I don't care to do business with a person who lectures me on expertise outside of their understanding.

I have not been to the shop but I have dealt with them through their website and email. I tuned my 2010 Jetta TDI with their Qpro tuner. Have had it about 6 months and the whole process from acquiring the tune to installing it and then driving was super easy. The car is night and day different, power is great and it is accessible throughout the entire RPM range and no issues. These guys will be handling all my TDI needs from now on.

Ordered new rear stub axles for my mk4 jetta, and selected the option to have new bolts included. I didn't receive the bolts, no big deal I thought, so I called and tried to talk to someone about getting the bolts at 10 AM Mountain Daylight Time. The person who answered the phone said they were not open yet and to find the email address on their website. The parts I did receive seem to be quality parts, but the customer service was awful.

I dealt with Henry @ kerma for all of my Customer service needs and it has been of the highest quality when it comes to service both times I needed something he had all the answersand called me back both times and made sure everything was good ..Will continue to spend my money at kermatdiThanks guys-N8

I offer this review freely, I am receiving nothing for this review, this is simply an honest opinion. I had a great experience with KermaTDIThe techs were helpful, took time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, did not try to sell me anything I didn't ask for, and followed up with me on every email, every call and every question.I have read some negative reviews for this company, and have seen many more of their happy customers speaking up on forums.I'm glad I chose to listen to the satisfied people out there, since they seem more plentiful by far than those who had a rotten experience.My VW diesel runs better in every way thanks to the experience & expertise these guys shared through the process and put into the products I purchased. I highly recommend KermaTDI based on the satisfying experience they helped create.

Placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday, with a free T-shirt for being a veteran!! I didn't have a PC to use for tuning so one of the techs that happened to be somewhat I'm my area came to my house and tuned my car!!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Highly recommend.

These guys are crazy knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with everything you could possibly need to ask them. Cris chat with me on the phone for almost 40 minutes walking me through things a new owner should know about me specific engine and what I could do to nip those problems in the bud. I will not likely be going through any other company for future purchases for my Jetta.

Ordered on a Friday received on Monday sent in stock tune had new tune via email Tuesday morning was burning rubber and at least 4 miles a gallon improvement by Tuesday afternoon. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FULLY RECCOMEND!!!! a must have for TDI Thank you!!!!!

I have ordered over $5000usd in parts for my 02 jetta. So far no issues. The guys at kerma are very knowledgeable, polite, and always answer my questions. Ive contacted them multiple times through email and there live chat and they always have time to deal with me. From experience i would highly recommend dealing here for anything TDI

I have not made it into there store/shop yet but would love to go. I gave called in and ordered parts over the phone recently and wish I would have earlier. I bought a 2001 Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI in October of 2016 without knowing anything about diesel engines or vw diesel engines and went to the local auto parts store when I needed some antifreeze and they sold me some universal antifreeze that messed my cooling system up and that one mistake combined with my lack of knowledge of VW TDI's led to a chain of events that has cost me thousands of dollars so far. I have been buying parts from Ebay until I made my first call to Mike a Kerma TDI. Mike was so helpful I called to ask a question about head bolts and ended up buying $414.00 and got all the parts I needed plus the knowledge to get them out on the car right he even suggested parts that would keep it running longer with less maintenance he hooked me up with a package type deal a veterans discount and even threw in some stickers and t shirts the most important thing was the knowledge he hooked me up with he answered every question I had and he explained everything so I would understand it. I have had other questions that were totally unrelated to my order anytime I have called even though the answer might lead me to use parts that I might get used elsewhere just to make sure that I get the most enjoyable driving experience i possibly can. The customer service he gave me for my order was the best I have had in years. I placed my order and got off the phone and a few minutes later I get a call from a number I dont recognize and decline the call it calls back a couple of more times and I answer it was Mike from kerma yo tell me there was a problem with my card that it popped up a fraud alert message on his machine so I called the bank and they couldn't figure out why so I called Mike with my banker on the line and he worked with my bank and got it figured out. Most places wouldn't have called me the first time and if they did would have gave up when they got no answer. Mike kept working to make sure I got the parts I needed and that really impressed me so I will buy a my parts from kerma now as long as they continue to give service like they do

Poor customer contact when compared to other diesel parts supply, didn't update their website, wasted my time ordering parts they didn't actually have. Didn't tell me this in the email they sent, think they tried to save the sale.They seem polite, just Spacey.
