I recently had the pleasure of visiting JR Alignment shop for service on my van, and I cannot praise them enough for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The owner, Jonathan, took the time to listen to my concerns about my van's steering and alignment issues. He assured me that they would take care of it, and that's exactly what they did! What truly amazed me was the efficiency of their service. I had expected to leave my van for a couple of days, but I received a call the very same day, informing me that the issue had been diagnosed as worn-out tie rods and an alignment problem. They had already ordered the necessary parts and begun the repairs. This level of promptness was above and beyond my expectations. When I returned to pick up my van, I was left in awe. Not only had they expertly fixed the alignment and tie rod issues, but they added a strawberry-flavored air freshener to the inside. I was pleasantly surprised! Even more astonishing was the fairness of their pricing. The bill for the work done was more than reasonable, given the extent of care and attention they had provided. I was deeply moved by their dedication to ensuring my van's safety and making it feel like new again. Jonathan and his team truly embody their motto: "Treating every customer's vehicle as if it were our own." I have been looking for a good mechanic in the Valley for a year now and decided to give this place a try. Brought both of my cars in to have them worked on. Great people. Great work. Honest. I couldn t be happier!

Similar to another experience/review: They scheduled me for 10 AM and gave me the impression they would start working on my vehicle first thing that morning. I showed up at 10 am and no one was around. I left the truck for 10 hours and the work was never completed.I completely understand that things don t always go as planned, and when they don t, you need to communicate with your clients. I tried to be understanding and wanted to give them another chance. I even attempted to reschedule on several occasions, but their unprofessional ways and lack of communication prevailed. I should ve recognized the warning signs when they didn t answer the phone and failed to returned messages.Unfortunately I was a victim of their poor business practices, and I highly recommend that you avoid this shop. Tried to schedule an alignment, they answers sure I can do it today or tomorrow. I ask to do it the next day and they reply we can do it at 10 in the morning. I show up at 10 am, no ones at the shop see that they only open at 12. Then try going in at 12 no ones still not there and they decided to ghost me after 2 phone calls.Owner doesn't take himself or his business seriously at all if your just going to play around with people like that. I drove with a messed up alignment from replacing tie rods seeking help from this place. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, tire tread, I could've already scheduled with another place already.

He's done 3 alignment jobs for me over the years. Fair price, friendly. Always shows me the correction print out .

Went there twice, from 40 miles away to get an alignment, both times had an appointment, both times no one there. Could be the best shop in the world, good luck finding out
