Friendly and knowledgeable guys here. Had the parts and tools I've needed to get emergency repairs accomplished several times now. Even though they don't like repairs being done in the lot they have allowed me to do so in the past since I couldn't risk driving my vehicle any further without repairs and I am from out of town. This gracious understanding saved a weekend family camping trip for us. Super thankful for that. Will always be my go to guys when in Gunny.

I needed 2 sets of tire chains because we had a truck stuck up in the mountains. They had one set on hand and hot the other set the next morning! Thank you

Ah, well. Not sure if this joint has an issue with keeping staff but every day is brand new there. For service on your Chainsaw, I certainly do not recommend. May be possibly for purchasing a new Stihl chainsaw, yes, but certainly not with help for a problem on your personal machine.

The folks here are awesome! Some of the best customer service I've seen at an auto part store in a while. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. They helped me pick out a new battery for our camper and were very knowledgeable about the different options and the pros and cons of each. Definitely would recommend them for your auto part needs.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! They were out of stock of what I needed, but they called other auto part shops to see if they had it in stock. Ended up ordering to pick up the next day.

My car battery died shortly before I had to make a 4 hour drive for an important fixed medical appointment that Friday. Jumping it failed to work so I had to get my battery replaced. All the repair centers said they could not do it in under two weeks but one last call here and they offered to help me replace AND install my battery. I managed to find a towing company who brought my car to their parking lot. It was about fifteen minutes till they closed and I let them know I didn t expect anything to be done till the next day but wanted to let them know that my car was there. One employee offered to stay a little late as needed, and replaced my battery while I payed up front (managed to do so before they closed too). They refused to accept my tip despite the huge crisis they saved me from. I m incredibly grateful for the above and beyond service.

Staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable, but if you're doing an oil change (which is 90% of my business with parts stores) forget it. They won't take your oil and by the time your done paying you you might as well just take it to the shop

I came in on my way back home to Denver and was greeted by a very nice young women who helped me find the right wiper fluid that kept my windshield and back window nice and clean. As I drove through blizzard conditions. So thanks for the quick service and I would recommend visiting this location for all your auto part needs.

Purchased a Stihl MS-362 C-M chainsaw from NAPA last year. Expert advice led to a perfect fit for my needs. Customer service was so good I made another chainsaw purchase of the same model for a gift. This is a store that stands behind their products and has earned lifetime customer loyalty from me. Highly recommended.

Went there two times both times the lady with the black hair was so rude and condescending to me and my man. We walked out twice. Just go to Oreileys and ask for Steve he knows his stuff. Don't waste your time here.

Well they found the part I needed that I couldn't find in a couple of other auto parts stores. But they sure were expensive for a couple of little plastic pieces. I would definitely look elsewhere next time I needed something like that. like I said the price was absolutely ridiculous. But the lady was nice to help me.

I needed propane lines for my brand new trailer that obviously inspected at the dealer. The younger gentlemen was very helpful and courteous. Makes me want to move back to a small town. Would definitely recommend this napa.

I bought a faulty Stihl 362c a few years ago and it's been a process to getting it repaired. It's been in the shop multiple times and same problems everytime.Come to find out all the carbs were faulty for those years and after already buying the saw BRAND NEW they wanted me to pay another $120 for the correct carb.I was already there to pick up my saw with the new correct carb when they told me I had to pay $120 for the part that should have already been on my $850 saw.The counter guy even told me he "couldn't allow" me to leave with the saw without at least paying a portion of the price. Portion this buddy.I took my saw off the counter and walked out with it and they'll never see $120 from me.I never asked for anything for free. I just wanted what I paid for in the first place and now I have it.There was no way I was paying for these repairs and there was no was I was leaving without my repaired saw. Sorry fellas but that's what happens when you do that to people. Take that as a lesson in customer service. Thank you for the saw that finally runs right.

Some of the nicest folks you can work with. Came out to my car three times to make sure the data was right. Bought wiper blades and they installed for nothing.

The one star review is primarily due to the Covid situation, and that no staff members were wearing masks with little effort to socially distance. If a pandemic weren't occurring, and Gunnison County hadn't implemented a mask requirement, the experience in the store would have been fine. However, given the county mandate and the pandemic situation, it was concerning to see no staff members wearing masks.

Was passing through and needed two obscure relays for a Ford Excursion. The helpful parts counter guy remembered a similar problem, and found two in stock! Got my trailer lights working again! Thanks!
