Nicholas at Gunnison Towing was so incredibly friendly and very focused on taking good care of our older model Benz wagon, the green pickle and getting it to its repair destination in Montrose. Very professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. Especially friendly to my 12 inquisitive 12 year old daughter, which matters most. The folks at G-T s hq / office were also extremely friendly and communicative. If ya need assistance in the gunnison / delta / grand junction area these amazing peeps should definitely be your first call. Six stars!!

Cody for the win! When leaving for the airport, my husband & I had a surprise flat tire on a rented jeep that didn t have the tool needed to unlock the spare on the back (boo, Budget). Cody raced over, picked up the necessary tool on the way, unlocked & changed the tire & got us on the road in about 10 minutes. We made our flight! Thanks again, Cody! You re wonderful!

I got pretty stuck in a ditch and needed to be winched out since my buddies truck couldn t do it. It was pretty late in the evening when I rang up triple cross and they still got someone out there right away. It was a difficult winch but got my car out without any damage. Definitely a great service, and a much better price than most of the other companies around. The whole crew is reasonable and does their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. Highly recommend!

Got locked out of my car in a commercial parking lot. Two guys with Gunnison towing were very responsive to my claim through my insurance for roadside assistance. They were super super communicative, came right away and unlocked my car in under two minutes. Amazing service!

Went off the road between Mt. Crested Butte and Crested Butte, at night, in the snow, in freezing temps and needed an extraction (way more than a simple tow). Josh was so responsive, helpful, professional and super fast in getting the car back on the road! Josh even helped with tips for booking alternate transportation. 100% recommend for tow/extraction services.

I was running some errands and happened to park right in front of Josh s shop as he was pulling in. He noticed I had a rusted tow hitch that I had been meaning to replace for ages and offered to replace it FOR REE!! I got to help and was out before noon with a new tow hitch. His generosity did not go unnoticed, I can t thank him enough!

I am ETERNALLY grateful to Gunnison Towing. My family and I were traveling from Montrose to Colorado Springs for my "April fools birthday" and on the way back to Montrose and we stopped in Gunnison at McDonald's to let the kiddos go to the bathroom and my 7 month old boxer pup locked us out of the car (what a great birthday joke). I have three kids ages seven, four, and two. We were stranded in a small town where we knew no one and every single lock smith I called was either closed or their number was disconnected. I called the police dispatch and they told me they could break a window and that was not happening so I googled tow truck companies and the first one that came up was tried-and-true. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes and showed up earlier than stated. He was quick and efficient. My poor babies were in summerish clothing and our jackets were in the car. McDonald's was going to close soon so we would have been completely stranded as my phone was about to die as well. I was extremely appreciative of the promptness and friendliness. We have to keep local and small businesses alike, alive. What a more deserving company to support than one that answers the calls any hour and helps us in our time of need. Them helping our family is us helping their family in turn. I wish more people could remember that. It is nice to know that even though I live in Montrose I have someone I can count on in a time of need. Not many people can say that anymore. Thank you for making sure my babies and my beast of a dog were able to get home safely and I am able to get to work in the morning to provide for my family. I APPRECIATE YOU and your long nights and your devotion to 24 hours a day. From my family to yours God bless and thank you for reminding me that there are still genuine, honest, and all around good people in this world. We made it home safe and sound.

This is an amazing business and I am so grateful to them. I was stranded in Lake City with no car key(marmots got it) my car parked 10 miles up a rough rode, my spare key 6 hours away in Denver. Tabitha responded to my desperate phone call right away. Cody was prompt as promised the next morning, and he took me all the way to my car at the trailhead. He even had to gerryrig my shift into neutral, because I had no key, and it needed to be in neutral for the tow. This young man was very smart, made pleasant conversation, and towed me and my car all the way to my home. This business totally saved the day for me, and I appreciate them so much!

This towing company is EXCEPTIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had a dead battery and tried going through my insurance which ended up being a hassle. This company came out in fifteen minutes or less and jump started my car for a super cheap price in comparison to everyone else in town. He even directed me to a good place in town who can install the new battery. I ll definitely be utilizing this company in the future for any issues I have.Services: Battery service, Battery

Got stuck up in Washington gulch on a muddy day and put a phone call out to gunnison towing. They answered right away and the owner came out late on a Friday night. I was stuck in a sketchy situation but he handled everything very professional and in a timely manner. When it came to price he was extremely reasonable compared to other companies I have reached out to. If I was to get stuck again they would certainly be my first call! The owner and his team also helped change out a broken valve steam late on a Friday. You can certainly tell they take pride in helping out people in a tough time.Services: Special vehicle towing, Tire change

Josh and Danny rescued us off of North Pass after being stuck there for 7.5 hours trying to get help. They towed the truck and 5th Wheel back to Gunnison late in the evening. It was too late to get into any RV park. They set our trailer in their lot and provided power so we could run a few things overnight. The next day they towed our 5th wheel to a RV park and helped us setup. Our truck had to be towed to Montrose which they delivered the following day. Quality individuals who went the extra mile. If you need great service and down to earth guys, call Gunnison Towing!

Josh quite literally pulled me out of a ditch and I couldn t be more thankful for his business. He was professional, efficient and compassionate to my situation. I slid out on some ice early in the morning and was feeling quite scared, Josh came to the rescue and safely got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Gunnison Towing, you made my day! Great service. Motorcycle chain broke late on a Sunday afternoon. They came a long way to get me and then took me into Montrose to drop the bike at the nearest dealership. I was back on the road the next morning. Great conversation during the ride, just an all around good experience after a frustrating break down.

My SUV, with less than 13k miles, broke down in Crested Butte. Road side assistance connected me with Josh, on a Saturday, and I was lucky they did. His team towed my car all the way back to the dealership, in Denver, and allowed me to hitch a ride. Really appreciate the top notch customer service from Josh, and the driver Jeff!!! Would highly recommend these guys if you need a tow or any other roadside assistance.Service: Long distance hauling

I used the services of Triple Cross Towing and I was very impressed with the service I received. Very professional and honest, was able to get my disabled recreational vehicle out of a deep ugly canyon in short notice. Anyone needing tow service of any kind in the Gunnison area should give them a call!! I flew into Gunnison from California to pick up a vehicle and drive it back for work. Upon arrival the car was dead and i was pretty much stranded 4 states over, gave Gunnison Towing a call and within 5-10 minutes he was over with a jumper to try and jumpit. Sadly battery was frozen so he took me over to a oriellys, bought a new battery and have it another shot. Was out there in the cold for about 3 hours on a sunday trying his best to help me get my car started. Once we realized that it was something bigger he dropped me off at a hotel down the road so I could stay before my next flight back to California on monday. Super nice guy and had a great attitude the entire interaction, would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Great communication, went above and beyond to not only help get our truck and trailer safely off the roadway but repaired the truck the same day. Saved us a ton of money, time, and the exhausting search of finding a garage capable of repairs.Also ordered some pizza to feed my hungry drivers definitely a five !!

Triple Cross Towing has recently changed hands and is now called CB Towing. With that said, our experience with CzB Towing was absolutely amazing. Anthony and Josh worked quickly, efficiently and with bravetity to bring a positive outcome to our situation! There were so many 'what ifs, and am still reeling from the incredible rescue of our animals and trailer!

These guys are great. Family folks doing a great job trying to earn a living. I came here for an oil change. I tried a couple of the well known oil change services in Gunnison, but was not able to get the service I needed. These guys got it done without waiting and for half the price. I would have gladly paid double for a service this good. They also do emergency repairs, towing, lockouts, etc. Highly recommended.

While camping I had a mouse eat through my Serpentine belt. In less than an hour they had my car back on the road. Respectful, honest, kind and hard working people here. I don t know what I would do without there help.

I highly recommend having Gifford on your team when it comes to vehicle maintenance and towing. He s incredibly kind, reliable, and has always gone above and beyond for my needs. I can rest easy knowing that I ve got someone like Gifford to call when I m in a bind, have a vehicle question, or just need regular maintenance.

I was stuck in the snow in the middle of December, off an old forest service road that is not maintained or traveled during the winter months. I called all of the tow companies in the Gunnison & Salida area. None of the companies would even attempt to come pull me out, EXCEPT Triple Cross. I cannot speak highly enough of this company, especially Gifford, the owner. He came and got me out himself. He is very sincere & explained all the steps along the way. After he finished & it was time to pay, I watched him calculate the total amount and he didn't inflate the time or the price. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would without a doubt. Do yourself a favor if you need roadside service & call Triple Cross! Thank you again Gifford!!
