Expertly installed a new Soft top for my '97 Jeep wrangler! Very personable and friendly staff they kept me updated with every step along the way! Would DEFINITELY bring my jeep back for more work!

I needed an alignment for my 4 runner. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and really accommodated my schedule. They did a great job and got me.in and out super quick. I can't thank you guys enough for being so willing to work with me and get me in so quickly. I'll be back .

Rock Solid has been my go-to shop for my Jeep for several years now, and they always do an excellent job for a fair price. I apparently wheel harder than most people they see, so they've done lots of custom fab work to reinforce all the steering components I keep breaking on the trail. John always has great recommendations for ways to improve it, but never tries to sell me on anything I don't really need. I highly recommend this shop for serious four wheelers who need regular work done on a 4x4.

Shop installed a new front bumper, fog lights and light bar to my 2017 GMC Sierra. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the new look of the truck when it was done. The mechanics and owner were helpful with any questions I had and straight forward with any issues that came up. I will definitely be going back to them when I look into upgrading my suspension.

Sydney has been the best help! It took me alot of back and forth to realize the best option for the lift/suspension on my Tacoma and Sydney was beyond helpful the whole way. Went to a couple of different shops and this was by far the best experience.

The team at this shop are top notch and I couldn't be happier with the work they performed on my 2500HD including new shocks, Westin nerf bars and the recessed lights on the rear bumper! Highly recommend this shop for your lift or accessories! Great communication with John during the whole process! I'll definitely be a return customer!

I wanted to replace my stock bumper on my Jeep, have a winch installed, and get on onboard compressor. I had some really specific needs and wasn't sure I'd be able to get what I needed. (I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me on my first visit), but I was so impressed. He spent probably 40 minutes going over everything. We liked through various websites to find exactly what I wanted. I was unable to get the compressor, but that's not RS's fault. Blame Covid . Besides that I also asked him some questions about the diesel engine because I've never had one before. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. When I brought my Jeep in for service, I dropped it off with no wait. I think it was finished around 4pm the same day. John and I talked through some additional work I'd like have done. I'll definitely be back.

Gotta say they did a fantastic job on the 4Runner. Rides great all things considered. John was informative, understanding, and up-front. I will be coming back for future work without a doubt. They offer a free check up to garuntee the quality after 500ish miles. That shows they care about the work done to your vehicle.One thing I will say, make sure the exact parts you want are available. The wheels Rock Solid received from the warehouse did not fit at all. NOT ROCK SOLIDS FAULT, but if I drop a $3000 dollar deposit prior to any work, the parts should be in the garage and checked before I drop my vehicle off.John did say that if the parts came in incorrectly, I would have to wait a little while longer, but my truck was lifted before they realized the wheels wouldn't fit. Again, not their fault at all and I would be happy to continue business with them.

Definitely recommend. Aligned my lifted truck exactly to the specs requested. They explained in great detail every step. John, the owner, said they would stand behind their work and would tweak anything if needed.

John and Travis are fantastic when if comes to knowledge, workmanship, and customer service. My 37s fit great, my 30" light bar is installed very well, and my alignment is spot on. I highly recommend these guys and this shop.

Rock solid 4x4 did a awesome job helping me get my truck fixed up after in was stolen and damaged. Was very upfront and fair with everything and understood it was a bad time to put out a lot of money as I m the only one working because the virus. Will definitely be going back in the future. No one else will touch my truck. Thanks to John and the crew. Definitely recommend this shop for anything truck related.

Transparent with options, pricing, and availability. Quality is equally as important to him and his team as it was to me. I personally had friendly interactions with John himself, and his technician working on my truck. Great experience. Great place of business. No one was able to compete with pricing! (Leveling kit)

My truck really turned out great, John s advise was solid and he really had an eye for what would make the truck work well. The ride is better and the tuner really made the truck come alive.Great team and a solid experience. John really stands behind his team and the work they do. Had an issue with the tuner and John and Travis worked directly with the vendor to resolve the issue. How a company handles a challenge is more telling than just a good experience with no issues.Beyond that, this place is not elitist as so many 4x4 places can be where you have to already know everything about 4x4ing or your truck. They were generous with their knowledge and never once made me feel dumb for asking a question.I will be back!

A shop in Parker said vehicle was unsafe unless $3,500 worth of work was performed repairing excessive play in both front wheels. Rock Solid determined play was not excessive and at most needed bearings replaced. Scheduled repair during which all that was needed was front bearing service and seals replacement. Total cost less than $400 thereby saving me more than $3,100. They are friendly, honest and efficient. What more can you hope for?

I had Rock Solid 4x4 do a 3 1/2 inch lift on my 2014 Wrangler. Great job guys! All work was done on time, and within their bid. They even schedule a "check up" after a few hundred miles just to make sure all is OK. In my case my steering was a little off after some 4wd low off roading. Evert thing was fixed after the checkup. Great job! Support your local small business!

John and his guys are great. I've been to the shop a couple times now and most recently for a level kit, wheels and tires. John took the time to explain how these potential changes will affect the truck, ride quality etc. He was very detailed, answered all of my questions and made some suggestions. I decided to move forward they executed it flawlessly. Im maticulous about details and these guys exceeded my expectations. Customer for life.

Love these guys. I took my Jeep in for a regear and I couldn't be happier. John, Brady, and Travis were super responsive, alert, and had a wealth of good information. They kept me updated on the status of my regear. They were also happy to have me bring it back in after I got a little concerned about a whistling sound (which ended up not being the gears). Highly recommend this place, especially for off-road vehicles since that takes a more specialized skillset. Only "feedback" I have is maybe make your waiting room more welcoming to customers. :D There's only one couch in there. Some more furniture would be nice.

Fantastic. John and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain my options for a transfer case rebuild to me in depth while providing his recommendations. Couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to them in the future.

I do 95% of the work on my jeeps and have trust issues with shops. Not with Rock Solid 4x4. I have been here twice now. The first for a 4x4 alignment (after I installed new Savvy control arms and a Currie trackbar). The second for a mount and balance on a new set of wheels and tires and to have them weld in a Currie upper control arm Johnny Joint on the Dana 44. They did a great job with both jobs. Their pricing is fair, they are knowledgeable, and friendly. Its nice to know I have a reputable good shop to go to for future work I cannot do myself.

John went above an beyond with customer service for my Jeep. He answered all my questions thoroughly and walked me through everything he planned to do to address the problems I was having. I can't recommend him and his staff enough - 10/10!

Finally a 4x4 shop that is competent. Great service, very nice people. 2 chain tire stores could not align my 2000 Ford. Took it to Rock Solid and 1/2 hr later i'm a happy customer. Rock Solid, please send your business model to industry.

Got a 2" lift on my Tacoma and John was very transparent of the entire process and bent over backwards getting parts during the pandemic to make everything work. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle.
