I called three other auto brokers at the same time I contacted Bernard. He was the only one that could find anything we'd be interested in. He was very patient with my wife and I as we vetoed the first several cars he presented to us. It was his way of zeroing in on what we really needed. Bringing the car to our home to test drive, as well as driving us to the dealership to take delivery goes to show his level of participation and great customer service. What a smooth process.
