No wonder this is an award winning Motorcycle Dealership!!From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly smiling faces, knowledgeable staff, and spectacular customer service.I bought a 2024 KTM DUKE 390 from Dan. This guy is the absolute best, hands down! He went above and beyond to provide a perfect experience from his positive upbeat attitude, availability to communicate, and willingness and effort to get you on the bike of your dreams.Don't waste your time at other dealerships in the Denver area, -these guys are the one to go to!Would give ten stars if I could.Thank you for everything Fay Myers, you folks set the bar when it comes to doing business with compassion, honor, and integrity.

This place is literally the best! I walked in with 0% knowledge on bikes and thanks to Dan and Kyle Thompson, I gathered all the information I needed.Dan was very informative on the different Ninjas that they had in stock. I was anxious on buying a bike but Dan was not "pushy" in any kind of way and actually took the time to listen to my questions and concerns which led me to purchasing my first bike! A 2024 Ninja 650.I had many questions on the appropriate clothing for riding a bike, and Dan presented me to Kyle!Kyle made sure I was not spending too much but enough for what I wanted.I also thank Danielle for making the financial side easy and understandable!Not only did I get help with choosing a bike, getting gear and purchasing one, I also got to schedule a class which was out for another month but Jim, called and let me know where was a cancellation so he was able to squeeze me in!Thank you guys for everything! I really appreciate it! I recommend this place to all beginners!

The whole experience at Fay Myers is just wonderful, experienced staff makes the whole process much easier.It was amazing to work with Tony King. We ve had numerous conversations about motorcycle and he found time to follow up, engage in conversations to make sure the whole process of finding the right one went smoothly. I've purchased a handful of bikes from Fay Myers, the most recent being a 1290 Super Duke. Scot made the experience super easy and helped me make the right decision. I'm super happy with my purchase and time spent at the dealership. Andrew (financing) was able to get us in and through that process quick and painless! They have a huge inventory and don't pressure you to buy right away.

Got new tires there. They installed them for only $30 pr tire if you buy the tires there which I thought was an amazing deal. Reasonably priced tires as well.They also helped me out with some part numbers and parts for my bike.Karyssa got my bike checked in and kept me updated while I waited, very pleasant and professional lady.

Just had new tires installed today. Bill in service was absolutely amazing!! I didn t feel like a customer, I felt like family. Bought a new 2023 gsx S1000 and got a screw in my back tire and Bill went above and beyond during the entire process! Fay and the team are hands down the diamond in the rough. Awesome experience buying a new bike and the service experience has been a 10/10. Proud to call Fat Myers my moto shop. Will definitely be back for my next bike and future services. Thank you all for your honesty and passion for our sport!

For a first time buyer Fay Myers made the whole process a breeze to go through. Scot Hunsperger was a fantastic and very knowledgeable salesman, and worked with me to make sure I was taking the motorcycle back home sooner than later. Will definitely be back to buy another from him in the future. Andrew was a big help as-well, and made the paperwork simple and efficient to get through. Overall a great team that I strongly recommend for any purchase!

I just bought a used Seadoo GTX 170 from Fay Myers. Brandon Frye was a super sales person getting me all the information I needed. Very knowledgeable about the product in fact I would recommend him over YouTube . Every step of the transaction was seamless and he made me feel like I was important and never rushed anything.It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have purchased many motorcycles as well as atv's from Fay Meyer's Motorcycle World. These guys go the extra mile for their customer's. Scot, "Scotty", Hunsperger has been my salesman now for many years. Scot has always made the buying experience awesome. He does not sway you one way or the other but listens to you, then shows you your best options to choose from.Once your choice is made, he goes to work for you. He's the best salesman, and has become a good friend. Look scot Hunsperger up, you won't regret it.

I just wanted to share an update with my experiences at Fay Myers.I came in 4 times interested in a Ducati Mulstistrada V4. The first time I expressed interest in a test ride. That seemed to trigger the sales guy. I couldn't get any kind of commitment from him on a test ride. Too shady to say no, so left me in a maybe (not) situation. I came in 3 other times ready to buy but was completely ignored. Except for a Service guy that walked by and said how you doin before rolling a mc off the floor. After an hour of trying to get helped I just left. If you don't have time for me I don't have time for you.Comparatively at my new dealership I was treated like royalty. The sales guy met me at the door and escorted me in. Offered me a drink. We walked around the showroom talking about my needs and wants. He offered me a test ride, I didn't have to ask. A few days later at my next availability he had a bike waiting and ready for me and I got to try it out. Put my money down right there. Can't wait for my new bike!I don't need to be treated like royalty. I just want my time respected. I really appreciate being up front and direct. The non-committal responses I got from Fay Myers were frustrating to deal with. I didn't appreciate the sales guy paying more attention to his phone and being 'busy' while he was supposedly assisting me.These Ducati dealerships need to check their attitude because Fay Myers wasn't the only one I visited and had a negative experience.So thanks Fay Myers for such a poor experience. You saved me money by not buying a Ducati. If I'm completely honest the Ducati was a compromise and didn't check all my boxes, but I was gonna buy it anyway for the engine and sound.

Overwhelmingly great experience with Fay Myers in the past few years. Today I went in for an annual service and both the advisor, Justin and my main point of contact Jered were extremely thorough with the service. At the end of the day it s an oil change and some other misc items but having people who do this on the daily look things over on the whole bike is a great feeling just from a safety perspective. Wouldn t take the Ducati anywhere else.

Went in on Tuesday the 6th of Feb, 2024 to take a look at the current stock and check the new Suzuki GSX-8R. They only had the yellow version on the floor at the time but Tony King caught my attention and let me know there was a silver one with red wheels in the back. We talked for a while. After about half an hour or so we went over numbers and ultimately walked out with the keys to the bike. Tony made the process very easy and simple. Definitely highly recommend speaking to Tony if you are in the market for a new machine.Thank you!!

Brought in a bike I just purchased from another dealer to have it gone through before the upcoming riding season. Justin Burn in the service department went over all the possible items that were due and listened to my other concerns before deciding on a plan for the service appointment. Was able to bring the bike in early and the service was started promptly by Rob Mutnan. Work was completed ahead of what I thought was possible! Having the bike back a few days now and had a chance to ride it a bit I m very happy with the service. Justin was attentive and accommodating and the work performed by Rob was excellent. I ve dealt with Fay Myers in the past not only in service but in sales and I m never disappointed. True professionals!!

Having a Goldwing, and taking longer rides, has been a bucket list thing for me. I'm really happy with the buying experience at Fay Myers. Joe was great to work with on the bike. He kept me in the loop on availability. He didn't put on any hard selling tactics. It was ready to pick up on the day we scheduled. There were no surprises with pricing. Danielle made the "paperwork" part a pleasure too. No surprises there either. She laid out the numbers along with a few options for warranty and service. The whole process was slick and easy. I had enough time left in the day to ride half the break-in mileage. I would definitely buy again from Fay Myers.

Incredibly quality experience. Fay Myers has assisted me with separating myself from my money several times through my first bike, various bits of equipment, and maintenance. This is my second time purchasing a motorcycle here.Tony King's assistance was patient and thorough, basically took my thoughts about what I wanted and showed me various models that'd fit my needs. Justin over in the maintenance area answered my newbie questions about how to take care of a bike. There's one dude in the equipment area, I wish I like heck I could remember his name, but he walked me through helmets, cracked open some goggles for me to try on. Anastasia upstairs in finance is super chill (the actual process of giving Fay Myers money is low pressure, there's no hidden garbage or ambush tactics like car dealerships can do).Great place. These folks genuinely give a damn about getting folks onto a bike that fits their needs and enjoy. Highly recommended.

I m a new rider and was searching for my first motorcycle. I went and looked at various dealerships and Tony at Fay Myers was by far the best sales person I dealt with.Tony took the time to get me on a bike that was right for me. He made sure it was something I d like and something I could handle being a new rider. Tony is someone who won t sell you the most expensive motorcycle but only the motorcycle that s best for you.I ended up getting a Yamaha Mt-07 and am glad I had Tony s expertise in picking out a new motorcycle.

Tony King is the guy you wanna ask for. He helped me get my first bike. And when things looked like they weren t gonna work with financing he stuck with me over the course of a few weeks and made sure I got the bike I was looking at. Great easy going guy if you re getting your first bike.And thanks Kyle for helping attach the phone holder I got the day I picked the bike up. Super nice and super informative.

I went to get a new dirtbike because my old one was too small for me. They had excellent service. The guy who helped me Austin was amazing. He took me to my dream bike before I even knew what it was. Great salesman. He hooked me up with a decent deal. He doesn t try to nickel and dime. The finance, lady Anastasia did our paperwork so fast we were in and out of there within 30 minutes. Thank you to everyone who works there for the amazing help. All I can say is it was amazing.

Wow ..Bryan Penney really is the consummate KTM professional! He helped me get the right bike for the riding we like to do the KTM 890 Adv R Rally edition. Too bad it s January and cold, icey out in the woods but soon as possible BigHawk will be out riding the new whip. Thanks BP you re the best!

As a customer who has purchased a few bikes from Fay, I wanted to leave a review. I have always had a very professional and pleasant experience with the sales team and service team. Particularly the people I have worked with have been great and they are: Teren, Justin, Brianna, Andrew. Always answered my questions and were able to provide quick service and usually went a bit beyond expectations. I love being able to interact with people who help me even if I needed to wait or people who go to bat for me with service contracts. Justin recently worked hard in service to assist with a 3rd party service contract company and managed to get it sorted out after 3 days of effort when he didn't have to. Brianna is always responsive and very helpful with sales. Teren, Andrew and Brianna were very good help with my most recent purchase of a new zx10r and I couldn't be happier overall.

Their special on tires can not be beat. Been twice now and was in and out in about an hour. They had my tires in stock and I didn't need an appointment. Really low install cost and they cleaned my chain. Plus you can check out the huge selection of bikes while you wait. Caution you may end up buying a new bike like I did lol.
