John took excellent care of us and our Toyota RAV-4. He was very communicative, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the repair process. He made sure we got quality parts and gave us realistic expectations for the timeframe in which the car would be at the shop. I highly recommended using John for your repair needs, he ll do the job right the first time. He treats his customers, and their vehicles, like they re his own. A+, 10/10.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Greenwood Village and I was so impressed! From the very beginning, John, Madison and their team provided excellent customer service and explained each step of the repair process to ensure we had a mutual understanding of the work to be done. They were able to provide a very timely estimate and get my car into the shop in the following week. Not only did they assist me with the rental car process, which was the best experience I've had thus far, John checked in twice a week with progress updates and communicated with me each step of the way. I had my vehicle back within a week and they even finished the work ahead of schedule! They did an outstanding job with the repairs and admittedly, my car looks a lot better than it did before the accident.I don't know a lot of auto body shops that go above and beyond for their customers like Caliber - Greenwood Village did. I would highly recommend this shop, specifically Greenwood Village location, to all my friends and family and will definitely use their service moving forward.Thank you, John, Madison, and team, for all you do!

I am not one to write reviews often, but this review was well-deserved. I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience and service I received from Billy and his team at Caliber Collision in Greenwood Village. From the moment I stepped in, the woman who handles the administrative portion of their services was extremely friendly, welcoming, informative, and helpful. Billy was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to break everything down with me. In addition, he went out of his way to ensure that my car was well taken care of in every way! John kept me apprised of the progress throughout the time it took to complete the repairs (which was remarkably fast, to be honest), assured that the repairs were done well, and made sure that I had everything I needed to live my life as normal (i.e., helped me with Enterprise). This company worked with my insurance throughout the process and helped me obtain and provide whatever information was needed. I truly cannot recommend this company, site, and their team enough!!!

After reading the stellar reviews, we decided to hire Caliber to repair my mother s car due to an insurance claim. Their customer service is first class. They went over and beyond to make sure our experience was outstanding. After the repairs were made, my mother s car looked brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repair.

I recently had work done to my vehicle at this location. John and Madison went above and beyond any other service providers I have ever experienced in this field. From start to finish they treated me with friendly professionalism and great attitudes. I would not hesitate to recommend this Caliber location to anybody in need of this service.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Caliber Collision location at the intersection of Arapahoe & Clinton in Greenwood Village. The Caliber Team that included Billy, John and Madison were Amazing! They did a phenomenal job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle. They communicated efficiently with text messaging and phone calls. Furthermore, the work they completed was exceptional. When I came to pick up my vehicle, a team member even followed me to the rental car return so I wouldn t have to incur the expense of using a ride share. In addition, they were fantastic in regards to engaging with my insurance company to ensure that all parties clearly understood each aspect of the repair. We had some front end damage due to a chair that fell off someone s vehicle. Caliber was the first place we could find that wasn t at least a month out. They got us in quickly, and once the assessment was done they gave us an estimated completion date of December 28. On the 21st, they called me up and told me that parts had arrived early and they would have it done before the weekend. It was a Christmas miracle! John and Madison give the front office a great, personable feel. The shop is attached to a dealership, so it was a bit hard to find. Just go to the east side and through the work bay to the window-wall offices in the middle. Madison will be there to greet you!

Dropped my car off December 26th and it was done on December 29th! Extremely fast work done by their team and excellent repairs on my 2023 Acura. Madison has an extremely patient and kind personality, she was extremely helpful with the whole situation of my car. Madison also made sure that they stayed open late so I could even pick my car up as well too so I had it for the weekend!100% recommend you taking your car here for any repairs

My poor Subaru Outback has been hit five times in the 13 years I've owned it. Every time I take it to Caliber it is returned in like-new condition! They even clean it when they are finished. The service is great, friendly, and professional. They are speedy and usually get the work done faster than quoted. They work seamlessly with my insurance company and take the stress out of the unsettling event of any time-consuming car crash aftermath. It's always the victim of a crash that takes the brunt of the results, never the at-fault driver. I am thankful for my insurance and their relationship with Caliber. I could get on with my life and let them do what they are professional at--helping me!

Kept me informed on the progress. Although completion took 2 days longer than estimated, they said parts was the reason for the delay. They delivered the car to me at home which was very nice.

I dropped in late, without an appointment to get an estimate on a fender-bender. Even though it was late and near closing, John Riley went out of his way to come outside, in the cold and complete my estimate. Within 30 minutes, John emailed me the estimate. Thank you, John and Caliber Collision for your exemplary customer service.

I took my 2015 Subaru Forester to Caliber Collision on Arapahoe road. Unlike Travelers Insurance, John Riley at Caliber Collision kept me updated via text AND email. Working with Woodie and team at this Caliber Collision made getting out car fixed so easy! We were rear-ended (the results are shown in photo #1) while stopped at a stoplight. Working through our insurance who pointed us to Caliber Collision, we decided to get the repairs done there. Woodie and team made it so easy and they delivered a perfectly repaired car earlier than expected (photo #2). They proactively communicated with us throughout the process, and I appreciated that. Bottom line: My car looks great, take your car to a different Caliber Collision so you don t have to deal with Woody.Worst customer service. Woody was very rude from the very beginning, even before dropping my car off. He had the worst attitude every time we spoke. Before dropping off my car I had an appointment, when I came in he told me with a bad attitude I didn t have an appointment because my insurance didn t approve it yet. I called my insurance and they said it has been approved. I called back and spoke to someone else (very nice man) and told me he sees my appointment, there was just some miscommunication with the name on the appointment and the name of the policy holder (I completely understand the confusion, that could ve been misunderstanding on both parts). During the process Woody called me back saying there was a wait on the repair because the supplement had not been approved for six days. I had called my insurance and they said that it was approved the day before, which I know is true because I received a copy of the supplement repair. I had called Woody back to tell him that the insurance already approved it and they will send you another email in case you didn t get it. With an attitude he told me that he didn t receive anything. On November 18 they told me my car will be done in nine days, on November 19 they told me my car was done and I told him that I couldn t pick up my car the same day (it was 4pm and I was at work so I couldn t make it before they closed) and I will try my best to pick it up the next day (Friday) I had work and nothing arranged because I was expecting the car to be done next week. He told me I had to pick it up Friday because they re closed Saturday and Sunday and they aren t storage . After picking up my car Woody asks for us to leave a good review however I decided not to leave a review because I have nothing nice to say. I have now had my car back for two weeks and I had a missed call from Woody, I called him back and the first thing says is I m gonna need that $1000 . I m confused because I had already paid my deductible when I picked up my car, he told me my insurance sent me a check for $1141 and he needs that because it shows that I cashed it out. When I had picked up my car he told me he would keep that check because he didn t want another check floating around , he then starts to remember taking the check from me so he loses the attitude and said he will call me back. He definitely could ve approached every situation in a different way. The last call I got from him he could ve asked if I know what happened to the check, or if I did cash it out. Instead the first thing he says to me is I m going to need that thousand dollars .Definitely not how you should talk to your customers before OR after asking them to leave you a good review.

Shop took my car in a couple of days earlier than scheduled and had the work complete days before the estimated completion date. Great work on all the hail damage, my car no longer looks like the surface of the moon.

This may be more of a corporate policy than a local shop issue. They do not accept out of pocket repairs at this time. They will only repair your car if it's reimbursed through insurance. Frustrating for keeping your insurance rates low by paying out of pocket for minor accident repairs.

I wish that all the people in the service industry were as exemplary as John! His communication was detailed and frequent. He had consultation from the Mini-Cooper dealership so that the car was done beautifully and accurately! I am so pleased to have my car back looking as gorgeous as the day we bought it! First time here and I'm already so impressed with the service! I got the time of my appointment wrong and showed up early and they still helped me! Great team and wonderful service.Update: My vehicle was repaired in such a timely manner! The team estimated a repair timing of about 4 days and had it done overnight! The service was excellent and the team very professional. Definitely coming her for any future repairs.

If I had to describe the repair process I experienced with Caliber in one phrase it would be this: This is exactly the way it should be done, and everything I hoped for. This was my first time getting an auto body repair done, and I was more than impressed with the entire process. I was skeptical at first because I figured the dealership would be the best place for a repair, but opted to use an insurance approved vendor - and Caliber came recommended from a colleague at my office. I quickly realized that by choosing Caliber I had made the right choice. Woodie & team was able to get me scheduled almost immediately for an inspection and estimate. Woodie estimated that it could be a few weeks for parts to arrive and a spot to open up in the scheduling for me to come in. The entire time, I was kept up to date on vehicle status and when all was said and done, Woodie finished my truck 5 days ahead of schedule. Despite a large amount of damage repaired, the truck looked like new. My biggest concern by far was quality of repairs in terms of paint work, correct vehicle badging placement, and functionality of my door (where damage was caused). Woodie & the team did an outstanding job on the quality with each of these items. I'd recommend Caliber, Woodie & team to anyone who has a desire for their vehicle to be repaired by true professionals. Thank you!Service: Painting

Shop provided excellent service, vehicle was completed EARLY and we received it back even before promised. We have had 2 vehicles repaired at this shop and both experiences were excellent! Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE I've ever had! Got me in for an estimate on my damage same day, worked with my out of state insurance company, and finished all the work days ahead of schedule. All the while their service guy Woodie kept me upto date every step of the way. And they stayed late the day I got to pick up my truck just to accommodate my work schedule.
