I love this store. I had a completely unrelated issue where a package that should have been delivered, was allegedly taken to this location, twice. Long story short, Matthew was phenomenal a my frustration was growing. He took the package details and escalated to a senior UPS contact and Michael assured me my package would be delivered if he had to do it himself. To say this is exceptional customer service is an understatement, please continue to bless this world with your examples. Something so simple can become increasingly frustrating but these two, turned it around and made it a positive experience for me. I truly thank you!

Priscilla, Rob, and Gerald were so helpful. I m out of town and my truck was overheating. I couldn t find the part anywhere or even a temporary fix in any store. After five trips out to my truck with me they were able to get me parts overnight. This is one hell of a team you have here.

The staff was just ok, Last time I was in, There was 1 other person in the store shopping... I only saw 1 staff member at the parts counter and maybe 2 in th back. The staff member was handling some sort of phone or internet order and had to make us wait for about 10-15mins before he could lookup the parts we needed in the computer. All said, its a convenient location for me, just a couple blocks from the Arapahoe lightrail station. It's a smaller store and i have found they are often out of stock on items that are usually in stock at some of the bigger locations.... Check the website/app for parts availability and call store to confirm they have in stock before heading there.

There is a bald cashier that believes the rapture is happening. And he lectures patrons about it. Very unsettling. I didnt go there for a sermon. I wanted auto parts. He should apply to churches in the area. He has missed his calling.

The gentleman that helped me was Johnny on the spot. Helped me get the right size windshield wiper, then checked to make sure I got the right one. After that he offered to install it and got it done real fast. Thanks!

The associate we worked with seemed very disinterested in helping us, he had placed us an order for a part and told us it would be around an hour till the part was read for pick up, but when we got there the part had not arrived in fact the order had been cancelled and he told us it had been reordered but he didn t think to call us and let us know before we made the drive over. When we came back 3 hours later the part still hadn t arrived and the associate that was helping us just told us that all he can do is call us when it s ready Update: Still have not heard back from them about our parts after 2 and a half days.

Called in 10 minutes before showing up to get a new battery. The associate Hugh said ask for him when I got there and he would come out and check/ swap out my battery. Hugh provided great service and now this is my go to auto parts store. Turned what was a stressful experience into a positive one!

I have to commend Aldo for the EXCELLENT job he did on my car battery. I ve had my car for 4 years and never changed the battery because it always worked fine. Today, it wouldn t start so it seemed a new battery was in my future. I stopped first at another well known car parts store and they refused to help install the battery because it would take over 30 minutes. So I came over to Advance Auto Parts. Aldo was friendly and explained the options I had for batteries and said it would be no problem to help with the install. This man was an absolute champ in dealing with my situation. Apparently, the car had never had a new battery in it (I bought it used) so there was battery acid everywhere and the cables were stuck on the terminals. He worked very hard for about an hour to clean everything up and get the new battery installed. I can t tell you how much I appreciated his friendly attitude and his willingness to see the job done right. He could have easily just told me it was too hard and he couldn t complete it due to my negligence, but he didn t. That s how you make a lifelong a customer. I d definitely recommend this location to everyone!

Desperately needed a battery and Advance Auto Parts was great! Gave me 4-5 choices and replaced the battery on the spot. I was back on the road in 20 minutes

The manager was helpful but aggravated for unknown reasons I believe if someone doesn t like their job then find another job it s a free country just like I don t like how I get treated here and I am not going to do any business here again! So that my 2 cent for to day! Stay tune for more reviews! The good the bad and the uglies!

Went here to buy a car battery and the nice manager Jim helped me out. He even installed it for me! We was super busy but still provided fast and friendly service. Thank for a great experience!

Everyone knows how frustrating car repair can be. After a day of emotion and uncertainty about our car, we found ourselves working with Brent whose professionalism and positive attitude turned the entire situation around. He spent literally 20+ minutes with us helping us troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Ultimately, his advice and efforts kept us from having to buy another car. This kind of personal touch has earned our repeat business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went in there to get a few parts and fluids and didn't get helped right away. Heavy set Manager was on his cell phone screening for a new employee and didn't pay me no mind. Another associate stepped in to help, and as we were looking at fluids another lady told him to come here in the middle of him helping me. He then left and never came back. She had him re-stocking something instead of helping a customer? I usually don't post negative reviews and I don't want to be that GUY but I cringe every time I have to go into that store.

Thank you to the staff at Advanced Auto. I came in recently to buy some BG44K for my gas tank hoping to increase my mileage after I tuned my car. I was in such a rush I put it in my tank, and lost a lot. I also thought the price was too high. Jim the Assistant Store Manager was super nice, matched my price, and refunded my product, and money.I will be back.Thank you so much.Meredith H.

I have observed the most disgusting behavior coming from the manager of this advanced auto part It happened on 8. 16. 22 Tuesday at around 12:30 in afternoon, That man was cursing out a lady ( Probably in her sixties) That I presume works in massage envy Which is right next to the store, because she was parked too close to his store, He was telling her to get the F out of there And so on, I believe she has the right to park anywhere in the parking lot because those are public parking spaces.On top of that he kept telling her that his customers don't have anywhere to park because of her Which is not true because that area gets very busy during lunch time.This was just Such a disgusting behaviorFrom someone that supposedly a manager of an establishment Shame on you and I hope corporate will will read this message as well.

Chris is the manager at this location. He replaced my wiper blades for free because I was not happy with my previous purchase there. Larry was the other employee that helped me. Above and beyond for customer service at this location. Highly recommend they will take care of you! 5 star plus!!

Just did a bunch of work on my car, and the battery died while it was up on stands. Recharged it, but it died again so decided to head straight to Advance to get a battery replacement.Staff inside was friendly, asked me if I wanted them to replace the battery, was in a hurry, and wasn't sure I had all the tools in my car still to do it myself.They send out a guy who not only didn't wear his mask properly the whole time (and complained about wearing it) - but even though he's the one who took the battery out, couldn't figure out how the heck to put it back in.I'm already running late, so at the nearly-45-minute mark (FOR A BATTERY CHANGE?) I walk up front and just look at this mess he's got going on and I'm like "Yeah, that's not right man" take the positive off, flip the battery around - he then is like "WELL I'VE NEVER DONE ONE OF THESE BEFORE" (???) okay, take the battery out and just flip it so the positive is on the other side. He takes the battery out and just stands there. "My guy, just flip the battery and put it back in"He then yells at me about "raising my voice" (again ???) - puts the battery back in and I'm like "Alright, I'm doing it myself"Less than 2 minutes and I have it back in and installed. He's just like "Well I've never done one of these!"Neither have I my guy, it took me two seconds to figure out.Nearly an hour late to everything. Good god.

Great experience and friendly service! My wife's car was indicating that it probably needed a new battery. We decided to swing by Advance Auto Parts to take advantage of their free battery rest and installation. We were able to get in and out in around 20 minutes which included the replace of the battery. Even though batteries are easy to handle on your own, this was a totally worthwhile option.

Just went and picked up a new battery. Devin promptly greeted me, found me the battery I needed, and offered to install it before I could ask. Good to know I can count on good customer service at this location.

I need a caliper bracket bolt, called ahead and an associate looked it up right away, confirmed it was in stock, and let me know their closing time for Columbus Day. I got there in time. An associate greeted me right away. She let my son use the restroom in the back of the store. My whole transaction was quick, easy, friendly, and the bolt did fit as the website's exact fit filter indicated beforehand. It's closer to work than another store where I have a rewards membership but I'm starring this store and will make this where I pick up parts after work.

I just bought a new battery here yesterday. I want to say moto was very helpful. He swapped out my battery and got me some new shims. He was friendly and had a good attitude.

Came in 5 minutes before close in the rain with a completely dead battery that had been jumped. Annalise and Kenney sold me a new battery and had it installed in 10 minutes and I was on my way. Excellent experience and customer service!

A guy named Darius stole 10 bucks from my car while he was checking codes for my car. Upon inspecting my oil and him checking the codes, I looked at my wallet, spotted in the side pocket of my door and noticed my cash missing when leaving.Advanced Auto Parts has a very knowledgeable staff on vehicles; I have shopped there many times to purchase parts and repair my timing belt/car, but do not trust their associate Darius.Advance Auto Parts, I do appreciate your company, the parts you sell and your staff. I find that the code checking system you have is very useful especially for people who enjoy repairing their own vehicles. But after this encounter I will not shop with your company as I do not trust your staff personnel.

Very knowledgeable staff and in my neighborhood the only place that knows me on a first name basis. Great group of guys and gals working there can help you find whatever you need even if they don't have what you need they always find a way for you to get it. Really like that place.
