Ask for Kevin Kennedy! You wont be disappointed! And Brandon, at the financing desk was awesome as well. I had a fantastic experience at Weld County Garage this last week buying my new truck.I had been researching for a while, and trying to track down the exact truck I was looking for. I went to multiple dealers, and got the same experience every time. "We don't have it with the V8 you want, or this seating setup, or this color, or this trim level."........ it got exhausting and frustrating, real quick. PLUS, every version I was looking at, was almost 10k over what I paid at Weld County Garage.I walked in to Weld County Garage with all the specs on what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, financing terms.......the works. Kevin pulled that exact truck around within 15 minutes of meeting him. I reconfirmed what I wanted to pay, and he started getting everything ready while we took it on a test drive. I was signing paperwork within an hour to take that truck home. I got everything I asked for, and STILL paid way less than every other dealer I went to. It was a quick, painless, and great experience buying a new vehicle! Can't recommend these folks enough.

I recently purchased a truck through Weld County Garage and once again I had an extremely positive experience with them. The staff was helpful and easy to work with throughout the process especially Erik in sales. He is a great down to earth individual and was great having conversations with him. They treated me well and always nice to work with a well grounded local business that you can count on. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend to give them a try.

From the time we bought it till now, horrible squeak in brakes when backing up. First 2x they heard it but couldn't find anything wrong. They sprayed anti squeak and called it good. Second time same result. Last time they couldn't hear, so did nothing. We have recorded it but guess no good enough. I spent lots of money on a car that wakes the neighborhood when we backup. The car is a Buick Envision. Steer clear of car and Dealership.

Jon took great care of me through the buying process. He got all the info I needed and was patient with me as I decided the best route.He even put a bow on the truck when I picked it up, very nice touch to the purchase!

Everyone was so helpful and nice! Made getting our family car an enjoyable and smooth experience. Sebastian was awesome even from returning my calls since we came from 250 miles away. The finance guy was also so helpful and nice. Both were so personable and great with our kids! Thank you guys for a great experience!!

Great service and amazing people! Had never use the shuttle service, but Dod this time. Mike Kelley was so awesome, very kind and personable. A breath of fresh air to get to visit with someone so down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your day. Thanks so much guys! Recommend 10 out of 10 every time I have service done there

Tried to take my car to The world county garage services and they told me they couldn t get my car in for over a week. They re so booked. They transferred me to their sister company called Truck City. They got my car in same day and got it back to me two days later. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were extremely nice and helpful when I ended up going to pick my car up the atmosphere was friendly. Everybody was laughing they had just saying happy birthday to someone and I am just very pleased with my experience!!!!

Truck City Weld county garage really did a great job for us!!! Corbett made our experience even better!!! The price was right and very fast!!!The last time we utilized this company we contemplated not using them due to the experience we hadAfter giving them one more shot Corbett and the team definitely made the difference and we will continue to use this company!!! Can t recommend truck city enough! Everyone was extremely kind and professional. David Evans went above and beyond to explain things to me, show me issues on my car, and get me back on the road safely. I appreciate the extra courtesy s they take like having coloring sheets for kiddos in their lobby area, water, coffee and even some little chocolates. This goes a long way when you re waiting with littles.Thank you so much! I will tell all my friends and family to go to truck city

We had a great experience at Weld County Garage. Everyone was so friendly and no one was pushy or rushed us into making a decision. We found an awesome car that fits out needs for a great price. Kevin was so great and helped us out a ton! He was there with us every step of the buying process and did everything he could to make sure we found the perfect car for our family. Took 1 Ton Diesel in for recall, annual maintenance (I supplied my own oil)mand repair on am suspension airbag. My oil was not used and most disappointing the AirLift airbags lose pressure at a much faster rate (1 Day) than before (3-4 days) I just spent $500 to fix an Issue that is worse than before. Very disappointed. Will see if they can diagnose and fix the issue when I bring it back (1 hour drive each way).

Was able to do everything online so that when I showed up, it was quick and easy to get papers signed. I was dealing with Roman, Gerry, and Adam. All three were very helpful and were able to work together and answer any questions that I had.

WCG is a fantastic shop. I purchased a 2022 forest metallic 2500 HD. You wouldn't know that this truck had 36000 miles on it.. gave me a fair price for my trade in. Can't wait to go camping with the Duramax power!!! Thanks Gary for the wonderful experience! You guys are really laid back!!!

If I could I would give them ZERO stars. Charged me for a diagnostic that I didn't approve which I stated on my overnight drop off envelope. I stated call me prior to making any repairs. They went ahead and ran diagnostic without checking my warranty to ensure that it was suitable for their dealership. They never notified me of the diagnostic nor did they mention it prior to my pick up. I went to pick up my vehicle then they tried to charge me $450 diagnostic. This was not approved through me as I had written on the envelope which they had in their possession. I have been going to this dealership for years and the best they could do is still make me pay half. Ron with the service department has yet to text or call me back about this. Very disappointed in how they dropped the ball. If you go to this dealership for warranty work make sure your warranty is good there before you even go. If they want to rectify this they have my number and can call me.

The service was completed as requested. As has been my experience on the past with WCG they over promise and under deliver on expectations. I was told they could drop my vehicle off. An hour after I was told they would have my vehicle to me I had to call and the vehicle was still sitting there. I understand things do not always go as planned. If that is the case be honest and upfront and I could have made arrangements to pick up the vehicle after service. Unfortunately this has been my experience with WCG multiple times. No accountability and I have to continually babysit them when I need something. Love the vehicles I have purchased from them. Their ability to provide customer service after the purchase continues to fall short

WCG did a great job! They listened to my needs in a vehicle and my budget and they came through with something that fit all the requirements. Financing was fast and simple, and they went the extra mile to get me a better interest rate and got me under 10%. (All interest rates are horrible right now) Once I decided on the vehicle we signed paperwork, temp tag and registration and drove off in under an hour.I highly recommend giving Weld County Garage a chance at helping to find your next vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Alfonso! Kevin helped me get set up with a special order vehicle! It took a few months and then GMC went on hold so Kevin and Alfonso found me an identical vehicle that was available at another place and brought it in for me! I cannot say enough about the work these men put in for me! Once my vehicle arrived they made sure all my accessories were put on and helped make the finance process a breeze! Kevin walked me through my new vehicle and all the bells and whistles it provided. Their communication and hard work on making my experience perfect was exceptional!

Gerry G. and Brandon were great to work with especially since I was the last client of the day. I didn t feel rushed or like an imposition. Both took time to answer my many questions and clarify the things I didn t understand. I never felt pressured or less than. And they weren t put out by the presence of my 8 month old dog. I prepared by researching before I came in, so I knew what vehicle I wanted to buy, & what my trade-in was worth. They gave me a fair price for my jeep. I also knew what to look for in the final contract, and had no difficulties asking them to remove what I knew what was not necessary. Lastly, they allow you a 3 day return policy, which allows you to receive a full refund if the car doesn t work out.

Helped my daughter buy her first car here. Mr. Kennedy was so respectful and informative, that I would have been comfortable having her go in without dad. That is rare for any dealer. WCGs community work brought us here, and the purchase process earned our loyalty and will keep us coming back.

They were awesome, I was not there at all long (I spent 8 hours the last time I bought a vehicle) and they were like a miracle. I ve got horrendous credit, no trade in, and little down and they still got me into a vehicle the same day. I m shocked and grateful. They were awesome!

Getting an appointment was really easy and timely. The Service Personnel were friendly and helpful. The courtesy vehicle drivers were pleasant and good conversationalists. Will highly recommend this operation.
