Went here to test drive a vehicle that my boyfriend and I were very interested in buying. The lot is crammed so you can't really get in and out of the lot very easily. Also, the expensive BMW was dirty and being driven by an employee, covered with cigarette ash and when I looked in the trunk, he has dirty/worn boxers and pants in there. Not at all professional. Also I asked about a dodge truck there, the pricing was outrageous and the truck had a lot of body damage.Edit: lol they gave themselves a 5 star review

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. We were in agreement of a price discussed for a vehicle purchase and without contact decided to get the project started and put a price tag on it thousands above where we had discussed... Really Poor communication skills and business ethic. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE

Sold me a vehicle that didn't pass emissions, took three days to fix it, then I had to return to dealership two more times to redo paperwork. One of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had

We didn't buy a car here but we did bring my wife's Journey in for a oil change they got right on it and the price was cheaper than what I could of done at home this place has our business for sure thank you guys!

Not Proffesional at all.The Woman that works there was Very Rude.Disrespecful.and had no idea of any of the cars.Some of these cars are not worth the Price to Buy.

I left telephone messages, online message on Sunset website, and no one contacted me. There is no Sunset in Greeley. Go to Carhop or Advantage in Loveland.
