Randy was able to squeeze us in, and did an awesome job at swapping tires and fixing our exhaust on my husband's Gmc 3500 dually. Will definitely use him again. Customer service oriented and affordable.

Thank you Randy for a wonderful experience. Randy did exactly what I requested at a fair price. Honest work at a fair price is hard to find. Randy delivered on every aspect from communication to completing the job. He even took the time to educate me on what he did and how to service it myself.

Exceptional customer service with a vast knowledge of automobile repair. Our daughter had a series of problems with her cars and Randy was able to diagnose and offer guidance to resolve the issues. Cannot stress enough how good of an experience I had. Check engine light came on, Randy quickly diagnosed it, fixed it, and got me on my way. Set up a appointment 3 weeks before the date for my boat I called to verify the date for the week of the appointment, Randy the owner answered the phone and said that he didn t know if he could have my size boat there and said he would call me back. Being that it was close to 4th of July I have to get the boat fixed thats why I had set up the appointment.. I gave him 3 hours to call me and he never did, So I called him and he was very very rude and said if I need to know now for me to move on.. THATS WAY I SET THE APPOINTMENT 3 weeks ahead.. Called in advance (their worth the wait) to make an appointment on my Land Rover. As soon as I dropped off my vehicle, the gentleman that helped me today said to be expecting my car by the end of the day. Ending results are beyond 5 star,and definitely resolved my problem. I will furthermore be a loyal customer and will appoint any of my associates with car issues to this great establishment!Service: Steering & suspension repair

He did exactly what we asked, he gave us an estimate to repair a "part" we assumed was rendering the car undrivable. We are not auto technicians and we were basically troubleshooting from research available to the consumer online and two other personal opinions from family and friends. The estimate was high and we felt we needed a second opinion. Thankful we did! The problem was found and it was not what we thought. Unfortunately, we will not return. Sorry.

Love this place! They gave me a quote but when I went to get my car the price was lower! He could of kept the original quote but he did not. He charged me the lower price. Thank you! I will be back!!

Took my 1985 Chrysler Town and Country in for a high idle speed about 2-3 months ago. No one else in Greeley could find the problem. Randy and his Service Manager resolved the the issue at a fair price. I highly recommend him!

Randy was the only mechanic i could find in my area that worked on Honda outboards. Even though it was the height of boating season, I made an appointment. I had to wait nearly 30 days to get my boat in for repair, but it was worth the wait. Randy even called me the Friday before my appointment, to see if I still needed it. When I dropped my boat off, he called me within the hour, to keep me updated. He had my boat fixed, and ready for pick up within a few hours! I picked it up same day! Thanks again Randy for fair, fast service! I will will use you for future boat service!

I thought Randy was a upfront honest guy when I first met and delt with. Thought his prices were reasonable... I know now he's all for the money as well like he says, I'm not like all the other mechanics where I throw in w surprises pricing and I'm the cheapest mechanic you'll fine he said.Well he ended fixing my water pump at first gave me a straight up price with no surprises at the end so I'm like oh cool. Then my heater went out apparently has says nothing to do with the water pump. so I end up getting that fix, but first he started now throwing different prices at me and kept changing and changing I ended up paying for it to get fixed. Though cuz my kids were cold. well finding out my water pump wasn't fixed I had to keep filling my coolant up which that means it was still leaking which cost me 310.. my heater wasn't blowing out strong enough which cost me $416 and getting my car to him was a joke he would take forever just to get looked at which it should have been the first issue because I paid for those two things to be fixed and it should have been fixed but here I am having to wait for them to get fix again. while he just gets paid for a job that wasn't done right. he would keep my car for the whole day just to tell me oh, I never got to looking at it. So here I am having to bring it again. Which wasn't easy I have four kids that I have to get to school, appointments, places . ......anyways he was supposed to fix the issues but he didn't Even care and he still hasn't bother calling to say is everything okay with the car or why did you miss your appointment.WELL RANDY THANKS i no longer have the car but thanks reaching out and asking what the problem was for me missing the appt 2 months ago! Enjoy the free money from me!!

If you drive a car made before 2000, bring it to this guy. Repair guides and manuals (which look like has been there for decades) and tons of other stuff line the walls and shelves throughout the office, compared to most shops today with bare walls and maybe a certificate or 2. I just know this guy has some real experience. Will be back. 10/10.

Went there for boat parts, first visit talked to Randy he knew what I needed had the part called let me know when he had it in hand. Ended up not needing that part because he was helpful letting me know what else to check very greatful thanks Randy. I went back little while later same day and showed them what I needed Randy was not there they said yes we have the o ring you need but we won t sell it to you we keep them for ourselves. Be sure Randy is there!!!!

Mr Premier is a craftsmen in his trade. A Craftsman and a professional. Craftsmen was a title my grandfather taught me not to use lightly.His lieutenants are honest pros as well. I can't say enough about these folks! Thanks Randy! And thanks Able!

I love, appreciate and respect Randy's no nonsense no hassle approach. Not for the delicate types for sure but if you're not trying to get screwed or swindled then this is the place to come for your repair/s

Honest, fair, straightforward auto service. Good price. He can be a bit grumpy, but do not mind him, does good work and it is hard to own a small business these days His service is valuable to me. Have other work in process with him and more likely after that. Thank you

Quite literally the only mechanic shop I have/will use in the Greeley area. They are honest, provide spot on estimates with no surprise charges after the repair is complete and won't sell you something you don't need. This is why there's an almost 2 week wait for an appointment to get your car in and looked at!

Randy was a real wizard mechanic plus he had a 52 Cadillac I went crazy over because my Grandfather had plus we had a green Chevy that looked just like the Caddie minus all the chrome. It was a major flashback!!

Randy's guys got my car running, but it wouldn't pass an emissions test so I had to take it to another fixer place, Ugh!! This shop has very high labor costs so buyer beware!!

Only place in town I could find a ignition coil for my 90hp johnson. Owner is a cool dude and also sold me a good condition trolling motor for a fair price.
