Excellent customer service. Buying a car here was a breeze and at a fair price! I felt like everyone cared about me and I wasn t just a number walking through the door. I felt great supporting a small business and not a corporate corporation. It was so refreshing finding a dealership that has its customers interests at heart. I will be buying my next car with them for sure. Highly recommend.

Bought a beautiful 2013 Dodge Ram Sport from Ramsey Auto Group in December, The experience was fun and easy! They have a great crew. I worked with Oscar, Colby and last but not least Rambo Ramsey . Overall, I do recommend this dealership which always has a great inventory.

I highly recommend Ramsey Automotive. I drove 2 hours to pick up my truck and was treated with the best customer service a person can ask for. When I had an issue with the truck, Colby sent me a tow truck, and had me back on the road the same day. If you like big trucks and reliable, honest people, come to Ramsey. They will take care of you. Check out the picture of my new ride! My truck is definitely worth bragging about considering the steal of a price they gave me.

Dropping my review down to one-star now that some time has passed since purchasing my car through Ramsey Auto Group.Once they have your payment you can expect them to ghost you - they won't return your calls, and I have since found out that the workmanship per our pre-purchase agreement was done as cheaply as humanly possible.If they offer free tires as part of your purchase - Buyer Beware - you will not receive a warranty, free tire rotations etc. Just take the money and purchase the tires/battery/catalytic convertor shield yourself.======UPDATED=====I love Ramsey Auto Group and here s why!From the moment I stepped inside, I was treated with kindness, respect, and attentiveness. My needs were their top priority while treating me like a good neighbor and friend, not a number.Moreover, I came to understand how important it is to Ramsey Auto Group to develop healthy relationships with their customers and other Greeley businesses, large and small. Their involvement with their local and regional communities speaks highly as to who they are and what is important to them. Additionally, this helps them resolve various issues quickly while delivering skilled workmanship.Here are four examples highlighting who the Ramsey Auto Group are:I noticed a dime sized hole in the driver s seat to which they immediately said they would contact a local, independent upholsterer. The very next morning, the hole was repaired free of charge with such skill, I couldn t see it and, after searching, I could barely feel it. I was impressed that this small issue was resolved overnight!Secondly, I won t buy any used car without my trusted mechanic looking it over. Most car dealerships I visited would only allow me to take their car out for a mere 15-minute test drive so a visit to my mechanic s shop and time for him to investigate was out of the question. On the other hand, Ramsey Auto Group readily agreed. Their trust in me kick started my trust in them.Additionally, when my mechanic brought my attention to the car s history, I notified Ramsey Auto Group that the 12-volt battery was Original and Replace. The next morning when I returned to continue discussions and potentially begin negotiations, a Ramsey employee was proactively replacing the battery free of charge without me having to ask. Again, I was genuinely impressed!Lastly, the multiple commutes between my home and Ramsey s began to wear on me, which I jokingly shared at each arrival. To my surprise, at the tail end of negotiations, the owner voluntarily offered to have his staff deliver the car to my home. What a delightful and welcome surprise!Time and time again, Ramsey Auto Group demonstrated their friendliness, honesty, integrity, openness, trustworthiness, and willingness to be generous, fair, and create great relationships.Every step of the way from finding my ideal car through negotiations to purchase flowed smoothly, efficiently, and without any pressure, making the purchase of a car from them exceptionally enjoyable.I am a big fan of the Ramsey Auto Group and, when I need another car, I will contact them promptly.Please visit them and see for yourself!Sincerely,Sukey

Felt discriminated, only after we denied there $4,300 extended warranty then gave us the run around about certain banks that they worked with. Not letting us choose our own bank to finance with, seemed like this business is very prejudice. They have an uneasy feel as soon as it comes down to the paperwork.

Steve sells known to be broken vehicles and lies about the work he has had done on them. He will put some head gasket sealer in as a temp fix and ignore a cracked head then quickly sell to military members knowing they are in a bind for a vehicle to drive across the country on orders. Piece of trash human and piece of trash company.

My son was working in Colorado and we decided to buy him a truck from Ramsey's. From the moment we stepped in the shop, I had a comfortable feeling that getting a reliable vehicle. My son had a major issue with the truck just 3 weeks after we got it. One call was all it took. They towed the truck for us back to their shop, made the repair at no cost to us and even gave my son a loaner vehicle while they had his fixed. Top notch service! We would definitely recommend Ramsey's to anyone! You don't find many good guys like this these days! Thank you so much! Gina and Jason

I recently bought my dream car from Ramsey Auto Group! Their friendly service and genuine hospitality is why I choose to buy from them. I would highly recommend! They offer a personal warranty and so when I found out my car needed something (nothing major) Ramsey auto Group had my car fixed for me and lent me a loner car! No hassle, no questions asked. I have never been so happy with my car buying experience, thank you so much for everything!!

My wife and I recently bought a truck from Ramsey Auto Group, and I wish I was able to give more stars. From the second we pulled up on the lot, we received VIP treatment. We are both young and covered in tattoos, so that is not something we are used to when buying new vehicles. They gave us a great price on our new truck, and we were in and out in record time! Even after the sale they have treated us exactly as they did before we wrote them a check! We are customers for life and would encourage anyone else in the market to go see them!

I would like to give them no stars, but that is not an option! They ripped us off, we paid alot of money and got stuck with lemon! We bought a diesel truck from them, that had a emission delete on it, we did not know that until we started the paper work. Mike the president, told us he would fix it and get it to pass emissions, he said he would make it right!. We have had the truck a few months. We had to keep taking it back up there for the check gauge engine light kept coming on. It didn't pass emissions the first time. There shop fixed something, they gave us a passed emissions. Drove it for a day, engine light came back on, took back to them, they had there shop work on it for another few weeks, says it was fixed. Got it back, drove it for a few days, same problems. Went back to there shop, got it back a few weeks later, they say they fixed it. Drove it for a couple days, engine light came on again, same problem, it is throwing Def system codes! Meaning there is still a problem with the diesel exhaust on it! Called and talk to Mike again. He said take it to another shop and file warranty on it, they were not doing anything else with it. We put a large down payment on this truck and have made 2 payments on the loan, barely been able to drive it. The repairs for the problems are starting to cost alot for us now. We have to turn around and eat our costs on this truck and go get another one at a different dealership. Mike told us the first day we were in his dealership, he would make it right! He did not! This dealership is just out to make money, they do not care if they screw you over! I will never go back there and nobody else should either!

We have bought several vehicles over the years and this is by far the worst experience ever. They are not pushy and but they say one thing and when doing the paperwork word it so that they don't stand behind their word. There is a reason their vehicles are cheaper, we just found out after the fact why. I know some places cost a little more but it will be cheaper in the long run compared to expenses they will cost you. I do not recommend this company

Be super cautious if using one of their lenders. I got my truck from them in April. The first lender fell through over a month into having the truck. The second lender is now pulling funding and I ve had the truck about 5 months. The first time it happened was because I moved back to NC for a family emergency with my mothers health failing. Their reasoning now is that I didn t get a permission permit from them for working in South Carolina. Said I would need to get permission from them each time the truck leaves the state. Mind you they have a gps installed on the truck and every payment has been EARLY not on time but early. I m not sure what sort of agreement Ramsey has with these lenders but it s very risky for buyers. Ramsey is now taking the truck from me over 5 months in. Just be careful. I never signed any agreement stating I couldn t leave state in the vehicle while it s being financed. I have an attorney as of today but it s still the headache I m dealing with and now had to pay this attorney to help me.

The guys are great but there's not really a sense of urgency when it come to getting you in a vehicle, they will sit and do the paperwork with you say yourapproved then call a week later and say your not approved. First day of owning the car and it breaks down because the mechanics don't know how to properly check cars, the car I was getting needed a oil pressure sensor which isn't hard to change out and they kept saying it wasn't in stock. It's more than likely that they didn't know how to replace it. Either way my next car isn't coming from this place
