The guys were awesome. Didn't try to upsell me, listened to what I wanted and called me multiple times throughout the install to keep me updated on everything that was happening. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I will definitely go back in the future and send more people their way

They were great! They were able to look at my car despite having a busy day and fixed my radio, which was not turning off when my car did. In addition, whatever fix they did also fixed the more minor problem of my radio always starting at a high volume rather than staying at the volume it was turned off at. They were also able to return my car much quicker than they originally predicted. All in all a great experience!

It had a great experience and the representative that helped me was very knowledgeable! He walked me though each best fitted speaker and helped me make the best choice for my budget. I ll definitely be going back!

I would only recommend coming here if you want to waste your time.The guys in there provide terrible customer service. Constantly having to return to be told it s your fault that your fob doesn t work for your auto start system. Assuming you washed it or pressed on the fob too much, anything but their product or install is the problem. Took a car to Car Toys to get the same system in another car we own and never once had issues. The product is 3 years old and within weeks I started returning due the system failure. Either security alarm would go off just by closing the door, or having to unplug the alarm system to get it to stop ringing even with the car unlocked, broke my rear view mirror adjuster, would leave wires hanging every time they take apart the car. Provided videos and photos of product failure but still couldnt find the problem. Venting my frustration to my coworker, she asked where it was purchased, after telling her she had the same problem. Continuous issues with the system they installed. Again, if you want to waste your time and get the turn around every time you go in to get the issue fixed, this is the place for you.

Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Job was done quickly and had no issues. Would recommend. Ask for Dave he was great to work with. Love that he included photos of the job being done on my car.

I am impressed. They were helpful and informative. Got me right in for speaker and sub install. Bit pricey. But not excessive . Get what you pay for. Fast and good . No drama .

If you want to buy a gift for yourself or someone else this holiday, save your money and DONT GO HERE. These people are horrible! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING! Call after call to get a system fixed that after a few weeks of purchasing kept having issues. Not only do they not fix it. They want a purchase to fix it but will waive the installation fee so they still make money. But still won t fix it. They need to be reported and will do so because not only do they not fix the issue after 3 years of reports, call logs, videos, pictures that it doesn t work they won t fix it. Save yourself the trouble and find better service somewhere else especially if you want a working system. Will not recommend and will be filing a report with the BBB and will not let s this go. This is unacceptable and needs to be reported. I would give them negative 10 zeros if possible.

I bought and had new radio, speakers and rear view camera system installed here. No high pressuer sales, just a discussion and product demonstration that lead to the best solution for me. Installation is guaranteed. These guys know what they're doing. Very happy with the results.

When I came into the store yesterday afternoon, I was greeted by Josh, who was very helpful and professional. He obviously knew what he was talking about and and made my job very easy. I got a great deal on everything, and was able to get a better system for a lower price than if I were to go to Car Toys. He helped me to get approved for financing and I was out the door in 30 minutes. The Bluetooth radio, front and rear speakers, and sub woofer were installed in just one afternoon. They showed me pictures of where they installed the hushmat which was very nice. Everyone was very helpful, the pricing was great, the sound in my car is now amazing. I will definitely be coming back again and referring anyone I know.I hit up the store for a speaker in my Audi and damn these highs are great!

Good place to get your stereo done at. Zero pressure sale. Told them what I was thinking they gave there opinion to me and we made a decision on what to do. Install was extremely clean and sounds great. Will be back I m sure to do more systems.

The store is well kept, and the staff are quite friendly. There was a miscommunication on the install pricing, but these guys did the job at no extra cost. Highly recommend this store, it's hard to find a place that isn't out to scam you.

Josh and his team Micah and Chris were awesome. I had a mess of a system that came with the car I bought they used what was good and fixed the bad job that was done form someone else. I was able to trust them with my car and say I want it to sound good and the results are blowing my mind. I was able to call every day to check on the process and Josh let me come in to the shop to see what they were doing Josh showed me the things that were broken and needed to be fixed or replaced. They know their stuff. He recommended products that would sound the best, Josh did not try to sale me things that I didn't need. Thanks guys. Awesome work. I am beyond satisfied.

5 years ago quality sounds put in a remote start in my ram 2500 and I moved out of state and came back to visit my daughter and had problems with it and the guys were really busy but got me in cause only had a few days before heading south for the winter and fixed the broken wire that was not their fault and would not charge me anything which was amazing stating we keep our customers for life U GUYS Rock!

Coming from Cali I always had a hook up with sounds. Not knowing if I trusted anyone about good quality sounds clean and clear. But quality auto sound hooked it up.Shot out,thanks

I have been to this place several times, and they have always been very helpful and ready to answer any questions one might have. I have also had them redo my vehicle sound system about 8 years ago, and it still works very well. Good service and friendly staff.

The staff there are not very friendly or inviting! The guy that just helped me get an lc2i was a complete jerk! I use to love this place when Josh ran it but I don t think I will buy another thing from there again unless it my last option.

Been going here for years when we want to upgrade some things on our vehicles... great place. Great people... Our recent visit was definitely an amazing one. They didn't have a wait time so we were able to get the truck in. And the guys did an amazing job. They took their time and worked on things to make everything functional. And them stayin longer after their time off is very much appreciated. We definitely will continue to come here for upgrade needs.

I highly recommend Quality Auto Sound in Greeley, CO! Josh and his team were amazing to work with and they fixed my stereo issue to make it sound absolutely terrific! Josh was upfront, honest, conservative (didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need) and professional from start to finish! He made the process easy! While there may be many car audio businesses out there to choose from, you only need to shop at one name: Quality Auto Sound! Askfor Josh, you won't be disappointed!
