First off, Kevin the manager has completely turned the place around. Service and Sales are top notch now. Huge inventory of all tires, especially AG and OTR. Great communication and very transparent. I highly recommend this location for tires and service! I will definitely be back .

Amazing customer service. I was in a time crunch and they got my repair right in and fixed in under 10 minutes. I will gladly use Purcell in the future for my personal and work vehicles. It feels good to know that there are still shops out there that emphasize customer service first and foremost.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! I thought I had a flat tire and it was just a tire valve. They were honest with me and quick to fix it, sending me on my way. I was truly blessed to find this place and I ll definitely be back! Highly recommended

We have purchased commercial truck tires from them in the past. Don't know what's going on now, but the outside salesman, Tim, picked up 15 Michelin casings from us over 2 months ago after delivering 10 brand new Michelins, and as of yet we have not been credited/paid for them. After numerous phone calls, and being ignored, excuse after excuse, then being hung up on by Tim McMurray. I had to go a different route and dispute charges on the credit card. Also had a semi alignment done there, it was done incorrectly, took it elsewhere and found out the rear axle was set improperly. Now it drives fine. I would not recommend them for alignment either. They still have not resolved our issue as of 11-2-21.

This place and the people here are beyond wonderful humans! My partner and I ended up with a flat tire out of the random and were barely able to make it to the nearest shop (this one) before seeing the tire as a lost cause. But they looked to see what they could do, helped get us to another shop for a tire in the size we needed as we are not a semi like their normal customers and helped us get the tired back to change it out and got us all set to get home safely. You guys really helped us out of the goodness of your hearts and we just wanted to let you know how appreciative we are of you guys!!
