Called them up for a road side trailer tire repair. One hour later I'm all fixed up and there prices aren't bad either.Thanks for a great job.

Best tires shop I've ever been to. The other places have been to to get tires have taken 4, 5, 6 hours or longer to replace my work truck tires. I got in line this morning fully expecting to be there that long today with 6 other trucks in front of me. I was out of there in less than 2 hours!!! Excellent service!!! I never had any tire shop experience with such great customer service and excellent work done so quickly. I immediately called my boss and told him to have all our trucks brought here for now on. I can not recommend them enough.

Did not have my tires for the appointment and then lied to me saying only Mercedes could align my Sprinter. Go to main store in Commerce City where they had the 6 tires and did alignment. Worst customer service experience of my 73 years.!

Always 5 stars with these guys. Had an issue with a steer tire. They got me in right away and took care of the issue. Best prices in town for tires in my opinion. You can't go wrong with GCR.

GCR now Pomps Tires. I'm giving Pomps the benefit of the doubt that they will service us just like gcr always has. The team at the Greeley yard is fantastic..... at least they will be sticking around to continue to give great service

I've been here a few times and they have always been very helpful and always had great service. I will never hesitate to go here for all my heavy duty tires. They definitely have worked very hard for my business.

My truck needed an alignment and tires. It took them a total of four tries and three days to finally get the alignment correct. It also cost me a $40 flashlight because one of the mechanics decided to steal it from inside the cab of my truck. I lost time from work for the repeated visits to this place also.Prior to this I tried to open an account with this place because they will not except cash, credit cards or checks for Roadside Assistance after hours. I spoke to their corporate office about this. They explained to me that the reason for this was because their own mechanics have found ways to steal money from the company. According to their corporate office, they have done this by answering your roadside assistance phone call, going out to you for your tire repair, collecting your money and never invoicing the job to GCR, their employer.They refused to open an account for me claiming that my credit was not good enough. This is difficult for me to understand since I have bigger accounts with other similar companies. No problem at all opening those accounts.The front office staff seems nice, they just don't have any control over what goes on in the garage. The fact that their mechanics are smart enough to pull this type of scam off but not diligent enough to get an alignment right the first or second time, along with the fact that at least one of them steals personal belongings out of customer vehicles says it all.If you bring a vehicle here for service, add a few extra hours of inconveniencing yourself with completely emptying all of your belongings out of your vehicle before you bring it to this place. Then, when they have finally fixed your vehicle, put all of your belongings back in your vehicle, then repeat the whole process because you will probably be back because they didn't fix it right the first time. Better yet, find another shop like I did.

I took my 2005 Class C Lazy Daze 30' TB RV in, and they were kind enough to install all six new tires that I had purchased prior. And to get an alignment. (more on that later)All this all took place just after COVID restrictions came into effect. Their service was outstanding.They were not able to do an alignment on my RV because of how the tires on the E450 Ford chassis configured.I am hoping one day. They will have the right equipment so they can be my one-stop-shop for my RV and all the components that keep her cruising safely down the highways.Service: Tires

My go to place for my Greeley fleet. I have 60 trucks and 45 trailers to maintain in safe operating condition from 2 fleet branches and this place is fast and dependable for my Branch in Greeley, CO.

Expensive. Paid double what I would have anywhere else and waited forever. Tires weren't balanced properly to boot. Lousy actually.

Fair and honest folks! Took my trailer to be aligned because "I knew that's what it needed" and they told me it didn't need it and saved me the money for the cost of an alignment.

Came in on a Saturday with a skid steer tire that came off the rim and they had me in and out in 20 minutes for a good price.

Always take my water trucks here, they go way above and beyond to help us out . Wouldn't go anywhere else for tires. Why the short hours on Saturday, and closed Sunday!
