Went in for an oil change, came out with my new favorite mechanic shop! Called to see if they had any space for an oil change and was immediately impressed with the phone etiquette and professionalism! Just my luck, they had time for me that same day. When I came in I was met with a friendly smile and explanation of services and prices before agreeing to anything. My estimated waiting time was roughly an hour, I planned to walk around the neighborhood to kill time but when I sat at the lobby for a minute I realized there was no need to. The lobby had plenty of seating, good music playing, lots of reading material, wifi, a phone charging station, coffee/water available and even cookies and popcorn- all complimentary! All I had to do was relax while the pros worked on my car. After the service was done I was met with a comprehensive review of my vehicle and possible service needs (with photos of my car), I did not feel pressured to act right away and the estimated prices were included. I had never felt so appreciated as a customer and I knew right away my car was in good hands at this shop. I d recommend this place all day, every day and will be returning for all my maintenance needs.

Always honest with their work and prices, and they stay on top of current technology trends. They can send approval links directly to your phone via text. There's a reason why this shop has been around so long.They also have some great loaner vehicles!Never going anywhere else! Don't go to a dealership, go to Phil's Pro Auto.

I will never take any of my vehicles to any other shop. The overall experience here is fantastic. I dealt mostly with Mike, who is wonderful! What I thought was going to be a small repair turned into a complete engine replacement and the amount of detail and education given was refreshing, especially since I know plenty of other shops that would never educate you to the point of overall savings. 100% recommend! Honest, fair, efficient and such kind, understanding employees.

Phil s Pro Auto has been reliable the last couple times we have come in. Though we ended up having to spend far more than we anticipated due to what was found, Mike and other employees were kind and explained everything very well. We were shown pictures and all our questions were answered. They shuttled us home after we waited for a couple hours when we found out the repairs were going to take longer than expected. Jonie was personable and funny and made the ride breezy. Thank you to everyone.

New to the area and was very lucky to have found this close by (literally--live in apartments behind shop). The service was great and very informative. Mike was the tech who worked on my car. I needed an oil change and he found a host of other issues that needed to be addressed. He explained everything in great detail and heard me when I had questions, and he answered them. Very patient. They have a service that drives you back to work or wherever if your vehicle needs to be worked on for an extended period and you can't wait. Jody is awesome!!! After Mike explained what was needed and how long they needed to work on it, Jody was able to bring me home and pick me back up. I've got mobility issues and she helped me all the way in to my apartment building elevator. Excellent service and trustworthy. This will be my mechanic!

I was a customer of Phil's for many years veggie moving away from Greeley and always was happy with their communication and level of service. They always fixed the issue to its full extent and explained what needed doing clearly after a diagnosis.

I found Phil s to be very competent very honest and did a timely repair for a very fair price. At no time did they try to upsell me, but did suggestions based on what they found. I have already suggested the shop to others that were looking for someplace they could trust for their own cars.I will be using them in the future for my own car and for others that I might buy. I feel very fortunate to live close by and be able to use them whenever needed. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer.

Honest Quick Service, needed an alignment after a rack and pinion and steering pump were replaced by me.Fully inspected my vehicle and provided proof of what was causing wear on the tires after one day of driving without alignment on the steering, told me I needed a tire rotation and it should wear evenly after that. I trust them with my next alignment if and when I d need it.

Phill s is a trustworthy honest shop. For everything they say is wrong with your vehicle they show a photo to back it up. Phill s went above and beyond for my husband and I. We needed a lot of work on our truck to insure a safe drive to AZ for our big move. Not only did they get everything done in outstanding time but they were able to look and check my other vehicle as well. Needless to say we made it safely. Our truck runs like a brand new truck thanks to Phill s. Mike and Jon are amazing. Thank you and thanks to the mechanic that did all the hard work.

So far all of my repairs have been Timely, Very Very well explained, and Industry expected costs. I waited about 6 months to write this, so it will be said that their repairs did what they were supposed to do. Thank You so much!!!

Perfect! We bought our daughter a used car and within a couple of weeks it was overheating and issuing warning lights. They quickly determined it was a cracked radiator, ordered a replacement, and got it promptly installed. She was back on the road the next day in time to make it to her job. Thanks again!

Phil s Pro Auto is honest, fair and they have the experience to diagnose a vehicle. And in my case, when to stop that process. Every employee is nice, courteous and helpful.Can t say enough great things. They give it their all for each customer.

Phil s Pro Auto Service provides excellent service every time. They take care of your vehicle like it is their own. They are honest and will tell you what truly needs to be repaired and what can wait. While we were in Greeley they were my go to. You won t be disappointed when you bring your car here!!

I've written this before in describing Phil's Pro Auto Service's staff and philosophy and it still rings true: Phil's gives the best customer and vehicle care and expertise. I was happy with work but I did ask for tires to be rotated since tires would be taken off and was told tires would be rotated..but when I got home noticed tires were not rotated..just a little disappointed with that

Excellent service! They don t try to talk you into repairs you don t need, but make recommendations for future service and provide the cost ahead of time. We appreciate how they provided a courtesy shuttle. The driver was very friendly.

We have a child who is a student at UNC who has a car. We are a long way distance wise from Greeley and knew at some point the car would need to be worked on in Greeley. You always worry about finding a reputable shop and one that won't take advantage of you or your children. I found Phil's through an internet search, read the reviews, and decided to try them. I found them to be very honest and trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and just a great group of people. We have used them several times and I couldn't be more pleased.

I've scheduled my car a couple times here and they don't miss a step they even diagnose your car the first time you go so they can have a clear picture of what they are working with and other jobs your car might need that you had no idea that you even needed repaired. Mike is the gentleman I always talk to he's direct,friendly,informative, and helpful. I will always take my car here. I trust them 100%. They do great work I'm always a satisfied customer.

VERY happy with the service we recently recieved at Phil's. They have a great service platform and their front desk guy is wonderful! So helpful and friendly. I don't feel like I was overcharged, pressured to do more than I needed to, etc. The car was in and out in less than a week (weekend caused most of the delay). We will take all of our vehicles to Phil's!

They use software that creates extra charges. Every repair had to be done 2 or 3 times before getting it right. Then they charged 3 x75 for undisclosed charges for just looking at repairs they didn't even fix. Very untrustworthy. Would not recommend anyone go here.
