Napa has been a long time business supporting automotive industry for years. Product lines and experience go hand in hand. Everyone there is courtesy oriented, exceptional knowledge base, friendly, and passionate about their jobs. Tom has been very helpful in all areas of our company needs. Thank you.

Used to like Napa but now their parts are overpriced and they can't get anything I need when other parts stores can get it no problem.

First time at this auto parts and must say very impressed by the size of the building no doubt very well stocked, I went there on a Saturday and the place was very busy I had to wait my turn for 10 minutes, the employee that waited on me was very knowledgeable and easily found the parts I was looking for and he was courteous and professional.

Everytime I buy a part from napa I have to drive across town 6 times because they tell me it's there after I order it and when I show up it's not there and there people have no clue what I'm talking about. This is not the first time this has happened, this is all the time. Get it together.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I called and told them what I needed and within a few minutes my parts were waiting for me to pick up. Absolutely recommend this place

You have showed me why I am going to stop buying Napa products!! You didn't even check to see if you had the part in stock. Just said I don't have one!! Great customer service!! I would advise everyone to use other part stores before using napa!!!

With so many auto parts merchants in a convenient distance it seems like it would be hard to stand out. This particular NAPA accomplishes this though. The staff is very knowledgeable, very polite, very helpful and very respectful. It is a great auto parts atmosphere. They don't sell clothing, they don't have an energy drink display and they don't let the flashy stuff cloud their vision of what an auto parts store should be. I take all of my auto fixin' business here and will continue to do so. Great place to get help and guidance to get back on the road.

Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. My friend had bought the wrong part at an out-of-town NAPA store, and brought it to me for installation: when it turned out to be the wrong part, this store facilitated a smooth, easy exchange for the right part instead of sending my friend 200 miles out of her way to exchange it at the place of purchase. They proceeded to make sure that we had the appropriate tools and supplies to finish the job, which is much appreciated by an amateur mechanic like myself.

Rude! Completely rude customer service, went in and asked a a couple questions about my battery guy sounded completely annoyed giving me answers I feel sounded more opinionated than factual then when asked if he could test my battery I was treated with him rolling his eyes at me (if it s a big deal then maybe the store shouldn't offer that) I don t care if some of my questions were dumb according to him or if he had a bad day but you don t treat customers like that. Luckily i got my business done elsewhere. Absolutely will never recommend this place possibly just this location to anyone ever, yes they may have the parts you need but so does advance auto parts across the street or auto zone which is up the street!

The obvious lack of knowledge in the area of the companies entire focus is terrifying .Couldn't even find a part without customers needing to get information for them to help us . Probably not a good place to trust with your vehicles needs.

I have been doing business with them for years i have only had one part ever not work when installed due to a factory flaw they replaced it with no issues. I love getting lifetime warranty parts such as starters, I drive for a living and its so nice not worrying how I'm going to pay for it when it goes out just bring it in they give me a new one. They are always willing to help and the prices are always competitive. Napa is where the pros go!

I would give less if I could. The lady employee was rude. I didn't here what the other employee said. She said duhh a credit card. Will be taking my service else where. I'm grown man I don't play those games. She was laughing the whole time. I found myself apologizing for something I didn't do.

Just picked up some new CV axels for my truck from Dan here at the Greeley NAPA and was really surprised how knowledgeable and friendly Dan and the other guy working there were. The part that needed wasn't in the computer as the part it should have been but Dan still was able to find me one that worked!I live in Loveland but will always come to this store because these guys actually care about their job.

NAPA's parts are a little more pricey, but worth it in quality. These guys usually have what I need in stock and they will do the best they can to get what they don't have in stock usually the same day. Very knowledgeable staff and will take the time to explain anything a you tube video didn't show you.

Walked in to inquire about a downpipe. I mentioned the size of the v band, mentioned the v band size again, and yet the customer service employee at the counter thought I was referring to the piping size. Maybe it was early and he was easily confused. They also didn't have what I needed nor could they find a y thing on their database.

Went into this NAPA location to order some shocks the other day. Waited for them to arrive. Woman at the counter said she opened them up and checked them. She made some jokes. Got home and opened both boxes. One was black and the other was silver. Normally, I would think this was an honest mistake, but the day I ordered them one of the guys behind the counter said, "Is this a know your place situation?" Well, for a 'family' business, some of the lessons you hand out will not be worth the business you lose.

Went in to pick up my parts, they told me they d be there later that day at 4. So I leave and make the 30 minute drive back to the store to get there after 4. I go in to pick up my parts, they re not there. The nice guy helping me was super helpful by getting my number to call me when they came in. However the guy who had told me they d be there at four was super rude and very unhelpful. I asked when they d be in and he said maybe next week, I don t know .

They carry items the other parts stores don't. And have people that know what they're talking about. I'll always go there first.

I am not one to normally write bad reviews but I find myself writing this one anyway. I went over looking to purchase an oil filter and oil. I usually buy everything from their Eaton branch or O'Reilly Auto Parts in Garden City. When asked if they had any 5W-20 Valvoline Premium Conventional Motor Oil in a 5 quart container, they acted and treated me as if I was ignorant. I told them that I had purchased it from another one of their locations and that I had also gotten it from one of their competitors. They proceeded to pull out an older NAPA book that had part numbers in it. Two employees stood there with a smirk on their face, pointing to the worn catalog, telling me that there is no such thing. I told them once again that they sell them at other stores and I was cutoff mid sentence by an employee who wasn't even helping me. He said you are mistaken and you don't know what you are talking about. I bought the filter I needed and left. I drove straight over to O'Reilly and they had & knew exactly what I was looking for. NAPA Know How? More like NAPA Don't Know How...Never going back. Poor customer service.

The customer service was actually great and helpful, just the place itself didn't have the part on time and hadn't even processed payment. They failed to deliver which sucks.

Convenient, friendly staff. Quick service. Only complaint is they dont offer to bring in parts from other nearby stores if they dont have enough of something.

Small and personal. They remember you here, but have infinite inventory. Every place sends us to NAPA for hard to find parts. If these folks cant find it.....good luck.serious

Allowing unmasked people especially the man next to me at checkout, I believe led to my testing positive for covid a few days later.
