What a great family owned mechanic shop! I have been taking my cars here for about 2 months and each time I am met with the friendliest, concerned and Patient Mechanics I have ever met. They are able to add you to the schedule, and provide an understanding of what is wrong with the vehicle as well. If something is not fixed correctly they will correct their work!! I am going to return for services on my vehicles here from now on. Thank you Munson's! You all rock! I just want to say this shop is still my favorite.

(Response to owners reply at bottom) This is honestly the first review I have ever written about a business . But they left such a bad taste in my mouth I feel compelled to write this and hopefully keep you from trusting this place like I did . So I brought my car in and said my water pump is leaking I need it replaced. They said okay and called me back with a price . It was higher then what they originally quoted me but they said it took a more expensive water pump so I bit the bullet and paid 685. Once I got the bill I saw a 100.00 charge for a diagnostic so that pissed me off because I literally walked in and told them what the problem was . So they basically charged me 100.00 bucks for a pressure test . But that s whatever I moved on and didn t say anything. But the real problem was that when I got my car back the serpentine belt was squeaking and started to get extremely bad with the AC on so I called them and they said it s just a greasy belt from the coolant leaking on it. So I popped the hood to clean my serpentine belt and within five minutes of standing there, I realized that they had installed the belt completely wrong I was amazed it ran and didn t overheat but at the same time super angry because I just paid 700 dollars for this . It s very easy to tell because there is a diagram of how the belt is supposed to be on the inside of the hood. So I brought the car back and they put the belt back on how it is supposed to go and offered a free oil change . If you can t install a serpentine belt right with a diagram in your face what in the world makes think I trust you to change my oil?!?!? No apology s or anything. Made me pay 700 bucks to drive my car around squealing like a pig and then act like they did nothing wrong and offer a pathetic free oil change for your massive mistake . Just baffled they didn t feel any remorse or bad at all . If I was a mechanic and just gave someone their car back squealing and installed the part wrong id at least apologize or offer a discount but nothing like that from these guys . They couldn t even install my serpentine belt right with the diagram right in front of their face. I wouldn t trust then to do anything on your car.!!! Stay away!!! AND TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: first of all why are you charging a diagnostic fee in the first place if I tell you exactly what the part is I need replaced . And you offered a free oil change you did not give me one , but why would I want you to touch my oil if you couldn t install a belt with a diagram right it front of your face ! And sure you inspected my belt after you installed it wrong and let me drive all around town with it squealing telling me it was only coolant on the belt . And I had JUST replaced that serpentine belt that s why it looked okay to you .but thanks for probably taking half the life off it by installing it wrong and you said you d replace it but never did and so what if I said ive almost routed a belt wrong in the past ? I m not a professional mechanic charging people 700 for a water pump and not offering any discount when I screw up the entire repair . So yeah That s what s really funny . STAY AWAY from these crooks . Bunch of idiots

I ve been going here for years and they ve always been upfront and honest with what work is needed. Never any surprise costs. Wouldn t trust anyone else in the area to do work on my car.

Very good shop to go to. Your estimates are right on point and the work is done timely and in a very complete manner. If you have an emergency situation call them. They will try to get you in ASAP

These guys are great over at munsons. I was referred to them from a jeep forum that im on and had to drive to Greeley to grt the work done which was well worth it because they fixed my alignment issue, now it's running perfect thank you guys. Noah is the guy that worked on my jeep and hes very knowledgeable when it comes to jeeps. Would highly recommend Munsons.

I bought a truck from a Lady who got the clutch redone here, and after awhile there was a weird noise in the bell housing where the clutch is, so I called them and they put it under warranty, which was good. But I would call days in a row to check on the progress of the truck and they would tell me they would call me before the end of the day to update me, they never would call me back and would close. Then I got the truck home, looked at the bell housing and my seal to the housing was missing, and my shifter was not tightened so it would move all the way to my steering wheel.

Jesse and the team at Munsons Automotive helped me in a timely manner to replace my stolen catalytic converter on my 2001 Honda Accord. There is a secure drop off for keys that I used when I dropped my car off overnight, and after a day of work my car was available for pickup.My car looked phenomenal when I picked it up, I honestly though I received new headlights because they were so clean. My car runs and sounds great. These guys helped me with a unconventional problem, and the repair/replacement was done professionally.Great service, great price, this auto shop is one I'll be using in the future.Thanks Munsons!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto detailing

Came in to check my ac unit everything was fine till I tried to pull away bcuz my shifter was busted I couldn t even put my truck in park, they claim it was fine when they pulled it out of the shop which they manage to shift holding the handle at the right angle making look like everything was ok. Justin the manager didn t came out to discuss the matter when I request him to talk about the situation. Seems everyone was sticking to there story saying they had nothing to do with it blaming me. It would be nice for mechanics to man up and take full responsibility for your actions, the part was only 160.00$ Do not recommend this shop!Service: A/C installation & repair

Did not have such a great experience here at all . . Diagnostics costed $100 told it wasn't going to cost anything since i was getting fuel pump done you need to pay for parts upfront before any work is done. Took in to have checked 3 bolts put on fan and to have fuel pump done and to see what was leaking underneath i pick up my vehicle and my brakes are not working then my brake light comes on when I'm on my way back home and my brakes no longer were stopping properly then I need to pay out of pocket for something that I didn't have an issue with to begin with . I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My 1969 Chevelle needed some front end work. These guys took care of me. New ball joints and bushings in the upper and lower control arms and an alignment. My car rides so smooth now it's amazing! Justin and his crew know what they're doing. They are extremely professional, honest and very knowledgeable about cars new or old.They put in a lot of hard work getting my car done in a timely manner. They not only test drove it once they did it twice because they heard something else going on. I went on the second drive with Noah, one of the mechanics because he heard a noise that sounded like a knock.We got back to the shop and did a "stall test." They popped the hood open and stepped on the break and revved up engine with me right there. We saw the engine kind of jumped and discovered the drivers side motor mount was shot. They're going to be fixing that next week. Had Noah not been so detailed and concerned about what he had heard, who knows what would've happened. Thanks guys for all that you did for me today!!!

I worked there, and from an inside view these guys are not customer related. I've seen them misdiagnose conditions and cost the customer a lot of money. And with a golden tongue turn their mistake back on the customer. Be very cautious. I recommend a second opinion if your issue is a technical one.

I had a good experience taking my car (2015 Camaro SS) in and having some pretty specificly technical things done to it. The technitions were helpful as well as knowledgeable, front desk help was friendly and attentive and on par for any other busy automotive repair shop I have been to. The shop provided towing and completed the tasks to specs as I requested. I am very particular as to who has access to my car and felt comfortable leaving it with them for the period of time it was there. I would recommend them as well as I will do business with them again.As far as the reviews from the 2 people prior to mine, that obviously thought they were at the county club and not at a busy automotive repair shop. I wasn't upset when they didn't roll out the red carpet and have crumpets and tea served to me on fine silver. By the way you both speak about lack professionalism and the way people look without even having any work done. It's sounds like your prejudice was already formulated prior to walking in the door. I could see if your vehicle was not properly taken care of or your tea wasn't hot enough. In my business I know that on many occasions I have had to work late hours and then do paperwork till the sun comes up only to have to work well into the next day. I am positive that I didn't look like I just got out of the beauty salon. One thing I know is that I always had my customers best interests in mind. The response to the unfounded (unfounded because I believe you thought you were at the county club) review was very proper and apologetic was better then you deserve.

They are great mechanics, in a gear head town like Greeley, that's saying something. Honest, hardworking staff, reasonable prices.

A new business of 1 yr but my mechanic now .. had a filthy engine from pwr strg fluid every where .. got new parts for my 1985 olds & she runs great. They also did diagnostics & let me know what I need to do .. lots of orig parts still .. great place .. I trust them

Not impressed, qoate one price and almost doubles it when it's done. There no sense in making appointment, they take twice as long as you would just walk in. Not going there again .
