I commute 3-4 days a week between Greeley and Westminster. My car was consistently having problems, and it was overwhelming to think about buying a replacement vehicle. Auto sales consultant Frank Brewster helped me, meeting with me on an ongoing basis, and keeping me updated via email and even text on new vehicles coming into stock within my price range. The Mike Shaw staff gave me a fair trade-in value on my old car, and I'm now commuting with the peace of mind of having a reliable--and affordable--vehicle. This was the absolute best vehicle buying experience I've had. The whole Mike Shaw staff was excellent, from sales to finance to detailing. Can't recommend these guys any more highly. Thank you Frank and the Mike Shaw staff!

2014 Subaru WRX. Had it for a week, car runs well so far. Bad review because the following were not disclosed and I had to ask specifically about them or find out after taking delivery of the car: aftermarket exhaust (was told multiple times it was stock), aftermarket shift knob, aftermarket car play unit (disconnected speed sensor and glitchy connection), leaking oil drain plug, unacceptably low transmission oil, aftermarket boost gauge (was told it was OEM), and replacement rear bumper. Car seems fine but I m not confident that there aren t other aftermarket modifications done or undisclosed accidents and repairs. Car runs fine and Dylan was nice. Won t be going back though.Edit: just discovered that the wiper fluid doesn t spray even though there is liquid in there. So add wiper pump to the list.Edit: Was told the valve cover gasket was replaced. It is already leaking oil.

Frank is great to work with! Dealership is two and a half hours from my home, Frank helped me do most of the paperwork over the phone. When we arrived the next morning the car was detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas. The paperwork was ready for signature no high pressure for additional stuff and we were on our way in less than an hour. There is a lot of junk for sale in the Denver area for the price we paid for this low mileage car. Definitely use them again! Thanks Frank.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel pickup from Blaine. I told him everything I wanted from the color to the make, model and style. Blaine got me exactly what I requested. It was a great experience. The managers are also very good to deal with at Mike Shaw Subaru. I will definitely buy from them again, in fact, my wife purchased a brand new outback about a month later. Request Blaine if you want someone that is knowledgeable and fair.

Had the pleasure of working with Frank B. I m super introverted, hate the whole idea of having to go and hear the dreaded sales pitch. I gotta admit I respect the way he just kept working to bring the wall down he was super cool had a lot of interesting information. Answered all questions and concerns. He even offered to come pick up the new car and have it serviced. Overall a good experience and was really surprised to be able to meet and work with a really good group of respectable individuals. Good for you Mike Shaw Subaru and the team you have put together!

I went to mike shaw subaru with low expectations due to bad experiences with other dealerships and in the end my experience with them was a thousand times better than I thought.First of all Frank Brewster was an excellent salesman; kind, patient, understanding, honest and gave us our space as buyers; Helping at all times and answering all our questions, if anyone needs to buy a car, do not hesitate to seek Frank's help. You will not regret it at any time. The way he helps you is excellent, a 5-star service without a doubt. Frank if you see this Thank you very much man!Todd White, the general sales manager, an excellent salesperson who is flexible when negotiating, fast and understanding; He listened to all my points. In the end, thanks to him, we were able to close an excellent deal for the car I wanted. I can say that it was a satisfying, fun and enjoyable experience.Jhonatan Camacho, the finance manager, helped us get the best interest rate possible! He was extremely honest and transparent when we signed the contract, he did not secretly give us extended guarantees like other people do at other dealers and in the end the extended guarantees were only the ones we wanted, he was very kind and helped us understand the contract that we were signing. An excellent financier!Steve Wolf, upon receiving the car, took his time to explain to us all the advantages and operation of all the accessories of our car in order to obtain the greatest performance and knowledge about our car and everything in a very friendly way and very well explained after Knowing all this, we were even happier with our new vehicle.Thanks to the Mike Shaw Subaru team, now my wife and daughter have a very, very safe car, you are definitely the best dealer in Greeley, it is totally worth buying with you! Frank B. helped me buy my 2023 Subaru WRX. The experience was pleasurable! He made me feel welcomed! Frank was very helpful, friendly, and kind. He answered all the questions I had and was very informative on what I needed to know about the Subaru I was purchasing. He made the time being at the dealership quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Frank as a wonderful sales representative for Mike Shaw Subaru. He had went above and beyond expectations and even showed me around the dealership as to where the service & parts department was, where I can get drinks or use the restroom. As a visual learner, he was kind enough to show me the different tire options I could get for my Subaru. Furthermore, he showed me every detail I needed to know on how to function all the different technologies inside the car that I would have never known before. I had my 11 year old son with me and Frank was very interacting with him making him feel not left out. I would totally ask Frank if I had any further questions or if we decided to purchase another vehicle in the future! My name is Judy and I bought my 2024 Subaru from another dealership in Aug. 2023. I was never shown how to set up my car. On Thursday, Mar. 21st I was getting my oil change at the Greeley dealership and asked Chuck, my service expert, if there was anyone who could help me set up my car. They made an appt for me with Steve Wolf for the next day. I met Steve and he spent the next hour going over my car from rear gate to front dashboard. ALL that I learned from Steve I would never have been able to get clearly from the manual!! Steve was AWESOME and very enjoyable to learn from. After my lesson from Steve I feel like I m finally able to operate my car as it s supposed to be and have FUN driving it!! THANK YOU STEVE so much!!

We have purchased two Subaru's now with Frank Brewster. We purchased a Crosstrek in 2022, and just purchased an Ascent this month.Frank is wonderful to work with. He's prompt in his replies, his communication is clear and helpful, and he met us where we are at with our incredibly busy schedule.We loved our Crosstrek so much, that when it was time for another AWD vehicle that performs in the snow and ice we didn't hesitate to choose Subaru and knew immediately we would be going back to Frank at Mike Shaw Subaru Greeley.Our time was respected and both times we've purchased with Frank, we weren't forced to spend the whole day at the Dealership. The finance manager is also great and isn't aggressive like so many others. We appreciate that!We were able to talk numbers, and even test drive around our busy schedule, and arrange a time to come in and sign the paperwork and were in and out in less than 2 hours- but that includes time in the incredibly through delivery process with their amazing Delivery Specialist. And they have you come back in a couple weeks after going home with your vehicle to cover any questions that come up! What a great team, and twice now this is the best buying experience we've had. Thank you to Frank, and the Greeley Subaru team.

Was very happy working with my salesperson Jeremiah. Called in the AM to check inventory. Car was still wrapped in plastic. He got the car ready for me to test drive. Purchased that evening. Finance is always challenging and confusing. Wanting to sell you an extended warranty and windshield warranty. That part of my purchase was not fun, almost left. Declined extended warranty a few times and windshield policy. Overall a good experience.

Just had another great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru Greeley. Dylan always says hello to me when he sees me, he always asks me how I'm doing. We have bought two cars from him, and when we are ready to buy another we will go through Dylan. Everyone at the dealership is super kind & friendly. Dylan introduced us to Steve Wolf who has been excellent at showing me the ends & out of my new Forester. Oil changes are quick & easy, plus my car always comes back clean thanks to Stephanie in the back!

I live in Fort Collins. There are two Subaru dealerships within 15 miles of my house, but I will always choose to bring my car to Mike Shaw Subaru in Greeley. They ve taken care of me and my car for almost 10 years, and I ve always been treated fairly and with respect. Noe is especially great at going the extra mile for customers, and I appreciate how he patiently walks me through repair suggestions without being condescending. Awful experience every single time. I went in for an oil change and they didn't put oil in my car or change the filter. Luckily I checked the dipstick and added more oil myself. The manager Nathan is always "out of office" when you call. So sloppy and dishonest. They also tried to charge me $7000 for an issue that the Subaru in Longmont fixed for $300. Go to Longmont they are awesome there!

I enjoyed shopping there and josh clapper was great to work. He delivered the cars I bought. I just got my car today. I would highly recommend them.. I just hope my feelings don't change has I learn about my car. My son loves his car and Josh helped pick it out because he is about my son's age. Will add more pics as soon as I can.
