Hands down the best experience I've had purchasing a car. Got into contact with Suzy Lugo the day prior to coming into the dealership, who was wonderful to work with. Super responsive and answered every question I had. The hospitality continued the next day when I came into the dealership and met Suzy in person. She made the process fast and easy. So happy I had her as my sales contact. Would gladly purchase here again.

I would like to thank Suzy and David for making my purchase of a 2022 ram so easy. Suzy answered all my questions and set up transport from Colorado to Michigan over the Holidays WOW, Everything went GREAT. Susy made sure my new truck was clean when I received it. Paperwork went like a breeze between Suzy and David, the follow up was prompt and better than my dealership here in Michigan. Wish they were here. As a matter of fact, I would buy another car from Suzy because of her great work ethics. Thanks again Guys I love my used truck and was everything you said it was!Ron from MI

The service department is not customer service friendly. I guess when you tell them you will pick up your car later means they can take all day to do a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment, went to do a little shopping, and two hours later they still had not touched my vehicle. This is not customer focused! I will not take my car there for service ever again. Loved the sales team but the their service department needs to be managed with competence, obviously it s not.

Jesse is awful he doesn't know what he is doing. He waste so much time telling you go sit in the lobby instead of just checking you out. He is polite but needs more training in the Service Department!

Called the service department to have a caravan checked out for fluid leaking. They said they're scheduling 4-5 WEEKS out. LOL. Sorry but I can see a few days, but a month?! GO ELSEWHERE! I what they're really saying.

They charged me 1400 for a key and 2 batteries. And didn't even fix my truck. The wrost service department i have dealt with

Mikalyn was great. Took my vehicle in and discovered a purge valve issue. She provided us with expectations on how long our vehicle would be in the shop and how much the diagnostic fee would be upon drop off. She kept us informed on the status of our vehicle and delivered exceptional customer service. My check engine light popped on two days after picking up the vehicle and I contacted her. She advised me to bring the vehicle back in and the tech determined a defective purge valve was likely installed. I will be bringing my vehicle back to replace the faulty purge valve. I can't recommend Mikalyn and the techs enough for quickly identifying the issue and willing to make it right after the part failed.

We have always loved the service department at Mike Shaw, however, the professionalism and thorough work we used to experience is no longer there. I took my Jeep in a couple weeks ago for a service and was expecting to be told I needed filters replaced because at my last visit I was told I needed them. Never heard a thing. When I asked about them when I picked my car up, I was just told they didn t know. The sticker they placed on the windshield had nothing on it but the date they changed my oil. The gal that checked me out did a nice job but everything else was sub par. My husband took his Jeep in today for a service and was told he had an oil leak. He asked where it was coming from and the lady said, I don t know . She went to find out and came back and said that the mechanic didn t know because it was dirty under there. . So where do I start. Long story short, they've had my truck for 6 weeks and never fixed or figured anything out. They called me 3 weeks ago and had me "put miles on it" hoping that the code I brought it in with would clear itself, it broke down on me and had to be towed back. I called everyday for updates, was constantly lied to, at one point I was told they had it in the previous day but when I drove by it was in the same parking spot the tow truck put it in. Not only that it was covered in snow and there wasn't a single footprint around it, keep in mind it snowed 3 days earlier. Fast forward to yesterday, they said they had a tow truck scheduled to put it in a bay this morning to begin work, I drove around noon and there it was, still in the same parking spot it had been for 3 weeks.Needless to say we took it to another Dodge dealer. This was hands down the worst customer service I have seen.I'd also like to add I spoke with 5-6 other people that have dealt with this dealership over the years, and its basically the same story with the service department. The service department couldn answer a simple question for me so I wouldn trust them to do actual work. I simply wanted to verify the torque specs on my 2024 dodge challenger rt lug nuts and the service department said they didn know but parts would and parts said they don t know but service would know once transferred back to service department my call was ignored.

Gabriel was probably the best sales guys we've purchased a car from - and we've purchased many vehicles. He had a great attitude during the whole process and made sure we were happy with our purchase. He cared about us as people and was very professional. Needing to purchase a vehicle is stressful for us but Gabriel made it easy. Everyone at Mike Shaw was great and we appreciate you all.

Very disappointed on this company. They were unable to figure out what was wrong with my jeep when I I know that there s something wrong, due to the fact that I Drive it every day , and this was confirmed by Carmax dealer. We just picked up our 2002 WJ that was in for some recall work. Upon picking it up we noticed that there was no seatbelt insert available to us anymore for the driver. When we got home I called and there was nothing they could do about it because it was Friday night and they could call back on Monday. I know things are tough for everyone right now, but you re still open for two hours and I have a non functioning car after being called to pick it up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought in a car to be looked took 4 days to tell what the problem was then the following week on a Monday I received 2nd quote for additional work that needs to be done to fix it for 6 time more then the first quote and told it will fix the problem and should take 2 more days to complete. Friday I ask for a update and was told that transmission needs to be replaced and now will cost 6k but the employee told me over the phone that the check engine light is off now and isn't coming back on after the car starts from the repair they did in the first place. Soni did not replace the transmission or do most of the work from the second quote because i just needed the engine light off to pass emissions. But come to find out none of the work did anything the car operates exactly the same but cost me 750.00 because they couldn't look at the entire car and give me a real quote to begin with and strung me along just not to fix my car. I would have gladly paid the diagnosis fee and took the car to the dump if they told me inthe beginning it wold be 6k. I could sell the car for that. Look up the information on 07,08 Dodge Caliber There is nothing good about them and the whole reason I took my car to them was because I knew it had transmission problems and most mechanics dont touch this type of transmission so i took it to Dodge Because its a Dodge. Bad experience would not recommend!!

I bought a truck back last summer in 2021 and my dad had recommended me to go here because of the service he received. I told them and they told me they would give him a referral check of 300 dollars, made him fill out a w4 to get the check and he turned it in. And guess what no check still!! I have called multiple and multiple times and was told it would get taken care of... haha nothing!!! It was all a gimmic!!!

Very discussed with this dealership told me I was approved for a car and I drove two hours to get the car then was told they messed up the paperwork and now with it being fixed was in need of a hefty down payment. I wasted 2 hours of my time to be turned away with nothing to compensate being told I was good to come pick the car up.

This place is In serious need of customer service training. Service shop will literally walk by you 5 times and eat there snacks in front of you with not a hello or we will be right with you. Second time I've been there, second time it happened. Unbelievable it is

My husband took a car get it fix and they had it for almost 3 week and then got charged for work that had nothing to do with the problem he told them about. Then they said this was the way diagnosis works and now we have paid over $500.00 and the car is working exactly the same and still will not pass emissions

I didn't visit this place, but I called in regards to a part needed on a truck. I had to call 2 times because I needed some numbers, and both times, the guys who answered were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the part I was looking for!!
