Absolutely avoid their service department. We brought in our Ram for work on the rear air suspension. After waiting 3 days we got a quote for $12,000 worth of work including an entirely new front end. The rear air suspension work was quoted at $4,300. Why would they be taking apart our front end when we brought the truck in for rear air suspension work? We denied all services and when we picked up our truck they drove it out to us looking like a low rider in the front (again why were they even working on the front??) and expected us to drive off like that. We then took our truck to another mechanic who is able to fix the rear air suspension for $1,300 parts and labor included. He also looked at the 4 other problems mike shaw quoted us for and found no other problems. Interesting. Very thankful we got a second option! It saved us $11,000!

Bryan, Victoria, and Chris were amazing! I had an issue with my transmission, and was worried I would be stranded without a vehicle. They worked hard to squeeze me in, and fixed it while I was at work. Other dealerships in the area told me it would be a week before they could look at it! Thank you so much!

I had one of the best experiences in buying a car with Josh! He worked so hard in making sure I walked away getting into something not only that I wanted but also something that worked within my budget! He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer, that goes a long way in my book. He wasn t interested in just making the sell or tried to upsell me something, he was very straightforward about everything along the way! If you re looking for a new vehicle he is definitely someone I recommend going to! Thank you so much for an amazing experience and I LOVE my new car!!

Our jeep is in the shop. The dealership was not our first choice for the repairs but it had to be serviced through the dealership, and the FoCo dealership has a really long wait time for appointments.Today is our second day without the vehicle. When my husband called for an update, he was out on hold and transferred to three different people and none of them knew what was going on.Someone finally told him they were going to take it for a road test and call back in 15 minutes. That was an hour ago. They didn t even bother to call him, so he called back and the car is ready.This is the worst customer service, as they don t even care.Families need their vehicles , or at least get updates so we can plan around them.This place is a joke.

Our experience with Mike Shaw was great!! Our salesman Josh Whitworth was very diligent with helping us get the vehicle we wanted and at a fair price!! We had a very nice experience buying our pickup. Max Rode was very patient. My husband and I came in and out of the dealership numerous times and looked at several vehicles before deciding. The actual buying of the pickup was quick and easy. This is the 2nd pick up we have bought from Mike Shaw and will most likely keep buying from here. I would definitely recommend buying from Max at Mike Shaw!

We went through the process of leasing a vehicle through Mike Shaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Greeley. The entire process was completed online other than signing the paperwork and picking up our vehicle. (They did offer to drive to us in the Denver Metro area to complete this.)All interactions with the staff were pleasant and not once did we fell like they were trying to see us on anything. I would highly reccomend stopping in and checking this place out if you are looking for a vehicle.

We bought a car with Mike Shaw this is our first experience with them. We have purchased with John Elway prior and loved the experience that's why we kept coming back. We had Suzy as our sales person as she was good. Everything was going great until we got to financing. Financing didn't pay off our trade in properly. They received the pay off but didn't pay it off on time. So we didn't know that there was a balance until the bank started calling us. We started calling Suzy first to find out what was going on and she said she would check with financing. We never heard back from her. Tried calling financing and we didn't hear back from them. We ended up having to pay the balance so there were no issues on our credit. But there was for some reason. We paid the excess within a month after going to Mike Shaw and the bank hit me with a 30 day late. So because of Mike Shaw incompetence, I have to fight to get the 30 day off of my credit. I will not continue to buy from Mike Shaw after this.

We have bought 2 cars here - they have no respect for your time whatsoever. Expect to be there for well over 4 hours even if you did everything online and had an appointment. Seriously if I didn t need cars I d skip this place but here we are stuck well after closing..10/24/2023 - editing - the dealership reached out and there was a training issue with the online process and yes, we did have a very LONG experience, they recognized, apologized, and are using this as help to move forward in their business. I truly felt they cared about what our experience was and are doing their best to correct so instead of 2 stars from original review - with the level or response I received, I will now go 4.

I bought a used truck here a month ago. Max was the salesmen and he was great to work with. Sales manger and finance people were all great to work with also, the transaction went very smooth. I will start by saying I know a used vehicle has no warranty and I bought an extended warranty for that reason. I did expect that when I purchased my truck that they would have checked it and corrected any major issues with the vehicle. This was not my experience. The day after I purchased the truck I noticed that the radio and all the technology associated with it was not working correctly. I reached out to Max he gave me a few suggestion to try which did not fix the issues. I also had an issue when I first drove the truck each morning the transmission would feel like it goes into neutral for a short time before shifting going into the next gear. The last issue was a noise/rattle that the engine made when I started the truck after it has sat for a long period of time. I had to go back to the dealership to pick up a key that was made for me so I stopped into talk to the service department to discuss the issues. I told them that I bought a warranty through them and was having issues with the truck after explaining the issues they told me to take it to Ford to have them look at it. I dropped off at the Ford dealership and they diagnosed the few problems and contacted the warranty company to place a claim. The claim was rejected because I needed to take the truck to the dealership I bought the warranty from (which I tried 1st). I reached out to Max and he was able to get me a quick resolution. Ford called me and said they spoke with the service manager at Mike Shaw and he was going to put in a claim so my truck can be repair. this was either 9-8 or 11. I got a call from Ford yesterday 9-14 that they have not heard anything about my claim. I called the warranty company and was told the last person they spoke to about my vehicle was the Ford dealer.At this point I have called several times and the service manager is never available, left messages the assistant service manger and another sales manager yesterday and have not heard anything back from anyone.To say this has been a frustrating experience to be without my truck as long as I have and have such major problems as some as I got the truck home is an understatement.Purchase process was a 5 star experience. After the purchase process started out pretty good but now it just sucks.

Recently, I had a problem with my 2014 RAM 1500. Based on my past experiences with the service department at not only this RAM, but ALL the RAM service departments (with the exception of Boulder RAM), I was extremely hesitant to even try ANY RAM service department again. However, this experience was quite a bit different. My great experience started with Bryan Durfee, a Service Advisor at Mike Shaw of Greeley. Bryan was professional, polite, and knowledgeable...and Bryan listened. When I explained the noise the truck was making, Bryan suggested a technician take a ride with me so that they would know exactly what it sounded like. The technician was Joe (sorry, didn't get the last name). Joe was great. Joe listened to what I had to say, then listened to the noise and his thinking was exactly what mine was. Joe was also extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. To keep this short, the problem was diagnosed correctly, the appointment was handled properly, and the service was performed properly.So, kudos to Bryan Durfee and Joe. And thanks to both of those gentlemen, my perception is that Mike Shaw Chrysler in Greeley is working to improve the service process at that facility. Mostly due to my experience with Bryan and Joe, I will now go back to Mike Shaw Chrysler to work on my RAM. Thanks to BOTH of you, you ARE appreciated!!!

I will start with saying the sales team at Mike Shaw is good to work with. Gabe has been responsive and professional. The service department is sub par at best. I have purchased several vehicles from Mike Shaw in the past and are currently pricing another at the cost of 210k. We are strongly considering canceling our next purchase due to the lack of communication, care and professionalism from the service department. I have left messages for both the GM and Service Manager with no response. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere, I most likely will be both for my personal vehicles and commercial account.

The service department here is terrible! Took my car in for service the end of May 2023. They finished the repair in September 2023. They never offered any discounts for having the car so long and sent it back to us with a dead battery. Now here we are January 2024 and my car is at different mechanic shop due to a broken control arm because Mike Shaw service tech neglected to reassemble it correctly. It could've been a very serious accident. I feel like sending the repair bill to them.

Been a customer here for over 4 years, MOPAR customer in general for over 14 years. Customer service at this location has turned awful in that time. No one answers the phone or calls you back.During last appointment, they lost my wheel lock key and LIED to me about it.With an appointment, took over 2 weeks to get alternator replaced.With an appointment, took OVER 4 WEEKS to get AC repaired.There are better options. Don't trust these people with your vehicle. I won't any longer.Update: I see your reply. I would be happy to discuss this with you. You have my cell number on file. No one ever answers when I call yours.

Having an unpleasant customer experience with the service department at Mike Shaw in Greeley. My expensive part, which should have been here last week, has been lost in the mail without a tracking number, and the service department will not order another part. They won t let me have my vehicle back temporarily unless I prepay for the part that is lost in the mail (and cancelling my service order would require a restocking fee of around $300 for a part that is lost in the mail, which is not really an option since I need my vehicle fixed). They are not willing to offer any kind of discount or loaner car, and they admit that the part may be permanently lost in the mail. Brad, who has been my service coordinator, says that this is all standard procedure, and I have to call the out-of-state corporate location if I want to request any discount. I will not be returning to Mike Shaw after this is resolved.

We got a great vehicle and the whole process was quick and efficient. Jason and Justin were both great to deal with. Jason reviewed all the details and info on our Willys Jeep. Extremely happy and we highly recommend them. We drove all the way from Colorado Springs, it was worth it.

I am so happy with my experience at Mike Shaw!! Susie really listened to me and worked to get me the right vehicle and I am in love with my new Jeep! Steve worked to find every way to make this deal happen and even got me the warranty I so desperately needed! Lioneil the manager is making it easy to get the one little thing with the Jeep fixed and even got me a loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop!! I drove 2 hours to find this amazing dealership and ill never try to buy in my home town again! I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!I have to add to my review! False advertising, bait and switch tactics. List a low price and after you get approved to finance they claim the car was already sold but you are welcome to buy something else. Car gets relisted days later with a new higher price. Don't waste your time.

Brought my truck in for an oil pan gasket and they took over a month. Understandable that you guys could've been backed up but I made an appointment. None the less with how long you guys had the truck, you still forgot to put something back on! And now things are leaking and broken that weren't before I came In.

I purchased my Jeep here and they have been a mess. It is very difficult to get a hold of them to schedule your complimentary oil changes/tire rotations. When I did have my first tire rotation they needed my Jeep s lug nut key, which I was not provided when I purchased the Jeep. They were very annoyed with me when I didn t know what they were talking about, and then proceeded to tell me that my husband would know where it is. I don t have a husband. This was not provided, and they didn t believe me and they did not provide me with one since. Since communication has not been good, and they do not answer their phone (service or sales) I will continue to take my Jeep to Fort Collins for servicing.
