Excellent quality and customer service. Thad and his team kept me informed and were very friendly and informative. They even found more damage that was not visible and could have easily hid it and never said anything but instead called me and explained what they found and how they were going to repair it. They had a very reasonable turn around as well, and used Ford parts on my F150. If you find yourself needing vehicle repairs I definitely recommend Ken Garff collision. Hope I don't find my self needing a repair shop again but if I do I will definitely go to this shop. Have not taken pictures of the repairs done but these a pictures of some of the damage. You would never know this damage happened, after they worked on it. It looks perfect!

I recently had the experience of filing an insurance claim and taking my car to Ken Garff Collision Repair. Initially, I found the process a bit slow from the customer standpoint, and it took longer than expected to get my car back, which was frustrating. However, I now understand that the delays were not solely within the control of the Ken Garff shop. They act as intermediaries between the insurance company and other shops, which can impact the speed of repairs.After speaking with Brian French, I was impressed by his dedication to ensuring my repairs were completed satisfactorily. He went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. Overall, I am very pleased with the job they have done on my car and would definitely return to the shop in the future.

I had used this business numerous times in the past when it was Spradley Barr with excellent results. This time I drive 30 minutes one way across town to get someone to look at a fender molding that needed replaced and was told everyone was in a meeting. I asked if they were open during lunch and was told they were having a meeting at the dealership then and to come back around 3:00 pm Then was told oh and an estimate is also $50 Called another shop in Fort Collins and explained the issue, sent a few pictures and said they would order the molding have it on Monday and then set up appointment to replace it. I guess meetings to discuss why business is slow is more important than having at least one person to field requests when customers show up.

When I dropped my vehicle off. I gave them a time frame, Brian met that time frame and my vehicle was cleaner than when i dropped it off, and full tank of gas that was unexpected. Great jobThank you

Brought my 23 rouge in to get hail damage fixed, they did a fabulous job. I will be going back with my other vehicles in the near future. Before I brought it to them I asked approximately how long it would take they estimated 5 weeks and completed it within that time. Waiting for parts took 2 of those 5 weeks. As impatient as I was to get it back they didn't rush the process and made sure every detail was perfect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bad experience my son was In auto accident and they gave him estimate he had to buy parts he spent over 2k and when one part came the manager who is rude said no we can't do it but they tore the front apart without doing the job. It's sad because they just tore things without needing to. I have brought the truck there before along with other trucks to get fixed and this manager didn't want to do the truck. I won't refer anyone there again I used to talk high of them and now I had to get my truck towed out of there plus they charged me of taking parts off without talking to us. Mistake

I took my car in after my accident where my front bumper and hood were damaged in mid July. The manager has been awful about communication and just keeps texting me that it ll take longer through an automated text. I have to call them any time I need an update on what s going on, otherwise they won t talk to me. I ve been told numerous times It s almost done! We just have to paint your part and put it on! Only to call the next day and hear that they were shorted a part (mind you if they had properly checked the parts when they received them there would have been no delay as they had the parts for weeks before they started the repair process) or that the part was sent broken or that they found frame damage that was somehow missed when doing their original estimate. It is now September 13th almost two months later and they still aren t done with my repairs and keep telling me it ll be another week every time I call.Not only will they not communicate but when they do they will lie to your face. For example: I called this morning and their mechanic swore to me that my car would be done today and that it was being finished up now. Well guess what?An hour later they call and tell me a part needs to be painted and that it hasn t been worked on yet today. Straight up lied to me.Ultimately they re just dishonest and that s what I m really upset about. I understand there are setbacks with repairs and I have been extremely patient but they re just not interested in telling the truth and being respectful to their customers. Horrible service. My screen on my Expedition has not been working at all for 2 years and we have been trying to get them to fix it. They keep pushing us around. This week they told us to bring it in to look at it again. So after 3 days of having it with no word, we called. The lady was super rude and told us we didn t have an appointment and she has 26 vehicles sitting out there. She told us that if we wanted an appointment, we can get one in July! We told her we did have an appointment and she hung up on us!We have been trying to get this fixed for 2 years. 2 years! Why would we bring our car in there if we didn t have an appointment?! I realize everyone is short handed. But that is no excuse for bad customer service and rudeness! There are signs on business s doors stating this but yet, it goes both ways!We have always bought Fords. We now are looking into different brands. I would NOT recommend buying, or having a vehicle fixed through Ken Garff. It has been such a headache.

I brought my daughter's SUV in, and Spradley Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. The ladies in the office are very informative, and so helpful. They called me with updates several times letting me know where they were in the process. They did an amazing job on the vehicle. They also thoroughly cleaned our vehicle before we picked it up. I can in with a 2017 Mazda they told me ya I ll get it done in 3 weeks max turned out to be 3 months. Something didn t seem right they kept changing the days which wasn t professional I would definitely not recommend them to anybody truly and honestly worst service as far as customer communication skills. I didn t receive any communication updates about my vehicle, and had to call to get information every time.When I did call, I was recently told it would be ready in a few days but it never was.I was unhappy with some of the repair work and very unhappy with the detailing work.It was a stolen/recovery and for example when I picked up the car most of the cupholders had potato chip crumbs and pieces and trash in them there was trash under the seats.

I went to the Spradley Barr collision center in Greeley after my car experienced hail damage. Great customer service from start to finish! I worked with Jordan who kept me up to date every step of the way and made sure I had an understanding of how the damage was assessed and the repair process. I picked up my car today, and it looked great! When I got in the vehicle to leave I found a hand written thank you note from them as well which I thought was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommed them!

5 Star DealershipTo say that Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley is "customer friendly" or "goes above and beyond" would be understatements. In late September of 2013 they delivered our F-250 fifty miles from the dealership in the aftermath of the worst flooding in 250 years in Northern Colorado. Knowing we had been stranded at our home in the mountains and only had one day to get out to pick up our trailer and our truck, they met us at the trailer dealer in Lakewood and delivered the truck to us, saving us 6 hours of drive time. I will never forget how well we were treated, and how Todd and Rachel took such a personal interest in our predicament and did whatever was necessary for our benefit. I wouldn't just recommend Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley to friends, I would drive them there myself and I have. These folks deserve Ford's highest dealership honors. A few months ago a close friend was looking for a used truck. I immediately told him of my experience with Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley. I then called Todd at the dealership and told him what my friend was looking for and what he would be trading in. He called my friend back within 15 minutes and the two of them pretty much worked out a deal on the phone. Needless to say, my friend bought the truck Todd had for him, and his experience was as positive as mine was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Todd or Rachel to anyone. 5 Stars all around.

Wonderful people to work with! My car was fixed very quickly and the job was done correct. The entire time my car was in their hands, I was updated frequently on its progress. Car body repair is generally not something any person looks forward to but, management and the team at Spradley Barr Collision Center minimized the negative affects accident repair can cause.

Spradley Barr Collision truly exceeded my expectations from first contact to final delivery of my vehicle. After my vehicle was rear ended the gentleman checked it over to make sure it was safe to drive, booked appointment, handled everything insurance related, kept me informed throughout the process and had vehicle ready before estimated time. Being new to the area I was hesitant to try a new body shop, but Spradley Barr Collision gained my trust! I will definitely recommend them!

We recently had our vehicle repaired at Spradley Barr Collision/Greeley due to hail damage. Their staff was extremely professional and kept us up to date the entire time. We had a issue with our insurance company not wanting to pay for some of the damage/repairs and Roscoe had them on the phone immediately to persuade them the damage was part of the claim.Great service, polite/friendly environment Thanks

They are horrible at communicating with you about your car. They took forever and did not do a great job. The microphone in my car wasnt connected after they put it back together and some of the inside door panel isnt put back to gather correctly. I had both my cars here for hail repair and they charged for storage for the first car because it was written off as a total loss and the second the repaired with both pdr and some new panels. They had the first car for about 3 weeks and my second car for over a month. Overall it was mostly poor customer service and a lil bit of attitude from the people I dealt with.

Was very happy with this dealer, as we had been to others that thought we where stupid or something. Called this dealer and talked to Ricky he was so nice told me everything I need to know about a car I was driving over an hour to see. We where at the dealer about 20 minutes be fore they closed and still got the best service ever. I was not happy that we should up that late, as I would not want to deal with people at close in my job, but these people where great. We where able to make a deal on a car and was on our way back home in about an hour. Ricky was great if you are looking to buy a car from here ask for him. He will do everything he can for you to get into a car you love, and not force you into a car you dont really want. A big THANK YOU to Ricky and all the Spradley Barr people. We love our SUV.

I had been looking for a specific model/year car for months when I finally found what I was looking for at Spradley Barr Greeley Ford. The problem was the dealership was over 400 miles from my home. I decided to inquire anyway and was contacted immediately by internet sales manager Amy. From that phone call my experience was amazing. She worked with me and gave me the confidence to place a deposit on the vehicle sight unseen. The salesman Lucas picked me up from the airport which is over 40 miles from the dealership and the finance person Rick zipped me in and out Bottom line is they made me feel like I was family. I can't say enough good things about these people from Amy to Lucas to Rick simply outstanding. Thank you!!!

Very disappointed, took my vehicle in for repairs after been rear ended (damages were two front and rear bumpers from been slammed into the vehicle in front of me, a new skit plate, and a trailer connector repair, plus the vibration) , they worked great with my insurance, despite that USAA isn t on network with them. I decided for Spradly Barr Collision center because the Jeep dealership in Greeley recommended them. When I left my vehicle with them I told them to please check under the hood to try to figure out why it was vibrating so much, because it wasn t making any sort of noises before, after all is a 2017 Wrangler and this was its first collision.When they told me that my vehicle was fixed, and that they did not find any vibration coming from my engine they did explain to me that if there was something that still seem off they would look into it. I drove off and when I got to my destination and backed up my vehicle into a parking spot I noticed there was a loud noise coming from under the front of my vehicle, my tires were rubbing against my skit plate on my wrangler, and my engine was still shaking badly, for example every time I came to a stop at a red light. My wrangler is 2inches lifted, with big tires, if they would of done a test drive, they would of noticed that my tires were rubbing against my skit plate, and that the engine strong vibration was present. I had to bring my vehicle back in order for them to trim the skit plate.I called Matt Johnson, who was in charge of my vehicle at the shop, and he was very apologetic and told me that I had to schedule an appt with my Jeep dealership so they could do an inspection for the engine because they didn t have a mechanic in their body shop.I am not sure why they couldn t tell me this since the initial inspection, when I told him I was very concern about that vibration. The type of stress, and arrangements I had to make for rides and work, could of all been prevented if they would of informed me they wouldn t be able to look into the engine vibration.I got rear ended on Dec. 21st, my car went in to get fixed the 2nd week of January, and my car engines issue is finally getting fixed at the Jeep dealership in Greeley, because there were broken engine mounts after the accident.It s February 14th, and my car is finally getting the most important issue after the accident taken care off, I had to do Matt Johnson s job, I had to call around and see who could get my vehicle in the soonest, I had to take off work hours to do all this, thankfully the Jeep dealership is getting the broken engine mounts replaced, imagine the damaged that would of caused to my vehicle if I would of listen to Spradly Barr Collision Center, and believed there was nothing wrong w my engine area.Also very thankful for USAA insurance for coming thru and still paying this repair after my claim with Spradly Barr Collision center was done. I will never recommend or use Spradly Barr Collision Center simply because they lack communication and professionalism. Be aware that this place currently doesn t have a mechanic tech so if your vehicle has an engine issue after a collision, they may tell you they did a test drive and your vehicle is fine.
