Theron and the entire John Elway Harley dealership were awesome. Had exactly what I was looking for and made the trade in and purchase experience easy without the high pressure like most Harley dealers. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding service. I spoke with a few dealers related to buying a Polaris side by side. My salesperson,( Joey), at John Elway HD was polite, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. Jacob the sales manager was the same. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a vehicle they sell. We are very happy!

The staff here is amazing and they make you feel like part of the family. Purchased my first bike last week and Grace was amazing she even put tabs on my manual of the things that I might want to know. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

John, you stayed two hours past closing to make this deal happen on Halloween night. I even offered to come back the next day to finish the paperwork and you said don t worry about it. That s good service no matter how you look at it; don t let anyone tell you otherwise. Thank you so much.

I would describe my experience as the best I have ever had buying a vehicle. All of the employees at John Elway Harley Davidson of Greeley were very friendly and welcoming the finance team went out of the way to get me the best deal possible the parts department really knew what they are talking about when I was talking about up grades for my bike.. They treated my so well that 2 days after buying my bike I took my son down to buy his first bike.. The employees at this store really living up to the name and history of the bikes they sell.. They treat you like your family and most importantly they make sure you are on the bike that fits you..Thanks guys for making my experience amazing..

I brought my 2004 Honda VTX 1800 into the Greeley John Elway Harley-Davidson , I refuse to take my bike anywhere else and once again it paid off. I wanted to have a fairing installed. I went and had it custom painted , but I didn't realize it was going to give them such a difficult time . But like always they're always up for the challenge, when I received my bike it was far more than what I had expected. They went above and beyond fighting the battle because it's a metric bike but a lot of custom parts on this metric bike made the install very difficult. When I walk through the door and saw my bike today I felt like I was a child at Christmas time again.

Dillon was the perfect parts guy! Knowledgeable, fun to chat with and efficient. I walked out with a much better idea of where my project is heading and have parts on the way, including the most important shop manual. Get you butt in here get your parts and start wrenchin to get back on the road!The ladies were very helpful in merchandising but they don t carry Arai, Shoei, or Schuberth which would be nice to have more options. Thanks for a great visit anyhow.

Theron at John Elway Harley truly went above and in helping me purchase my third motorcycle. Despite the difficult circumstances surrounding my previous motorcycle accident and the passing of my oldest son Orion, Theron showed immense compassion and understanding. He made the entire process easy and comfortable, allowing me to take my time and make the right decision. His empathy and support during such a challenging time meant the world to me. I highly recommend Theron for his exceptional customer service and genuine care for his customers.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up some oil for my bike. Being a newer Harley owner I was not sure what oil to get. Nice to have an organized shop that looked up my service records by using my phone number. Nice to see Carl, Jacob, John and Caleb, Kyle, Jeremy and the gang. The store looks great. Updated and really clean.

AWESOME!! I bought some bars over Christmas and finally stopped in and talked with Jesse about the install and he got me in right away. We also talked about lifters and oil change while it was in getting the new bars. They were able to do it all the same day. The knowledge, service and the service work on my bike was excellent!! Thanks Jesse and Alex!!

I recently purchased a bike and was so pleased with the service and staff. I'm a first-time rider who's been drawn to wanting to learn to ride for years. So, being new, I was nervous about the whole experience. However, the sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease. I was able to find an amazing bike 2012 Dyna Superglide. Can't say enough thanks to everyone, especially Theron, who helped me start my motorcycle journey.

Jaylynne was absolutely amazing in handling my questions and extremely patient with me. I rarely have good customer service like I did when I came in. I only bought a set of cups but I felt special and like I was the only person in the dealership that mattered. Thank you guys so much

My experience at Harley Davidson was great as usual. I arrive one hour before closing time, but we re welcoming, very hospitable, very courteous, and not hurting me, or nor did they see her. When I arrived to pick up my bike, Sean knew my name, my face, and even went to retrieve my bike. I think this is very significant because it looked as though she was about to leave or was off already. She had a backpack on and a jacket as a maybe, going to lunch or getting off. Just got some major motorwork done at John elway harley in greeley! The service writer was Jesse, he was very enthusiastic and helpful with my questions and parts I needed to complete my build, he was also very patient with me when I was impatient with getting my bike back!Hobart was my mechanic and he did a fantastic job, he was very knowledgeable on this 124 s&s build and he even upsold me on a couple things I hadn't even thought of. I ended up having an absolute power monster once it left the shop! I am very pleased with how knowledgeable they were compared to other shops in the area who overpriced rhe build and didn't even offer things that could add more power. They will be getting my business from now on!

My bike is an animal thanks to Hobert and Jesse at John elway Harley. It has completely passed my expectations and blew me away. Communication through the whole process and amazing service as well. There is no one else will ever work on my bike but Hobert and I will always deal with Jesse in service. Those two made the whole experience amazing.

Drove from Wyoming to John-Elway Harley in Greeley for an ATV battery - they were the nearest to have what I needed in stock. Dillon held it up front for me. Perfect service, grateful they have a good parts stock! Recommend!

Bikes repaired but requested the rear foot gear shift be removed and it was not done. The reflectors are missing in one area but have been promised to be put on next summer when the part is available. Overall it's done well but I was given the time of late June early July for completion ...... it's Nov 7th and still not fully done. That and did you guys go for a couple test rides my gas tank is down to 1/4. And final gripe no communication was given on progress or anything is was up to me to continuously call. It's done and done right but the service just was not good.

I really enjoy John Elway Harley. It s a smaller shop and the team there is amazing. I was worried when the Elway group took over that the small-town-big-service focus would change but I m happy to see that same focus on service still exists.

First off, I ride a 2021 Heritage Softail 114. I purchased the motorcycle new in 2021 with 4 factory miles on it. The two names I want to mention specifically are Jesse and Hobert. Jesse has gone out of his way the entire time I have owned my motorcycle to ensure that I have a positive experience riding a Harley Davidson. He has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when talking about maintenance and work done with the service team. If Jesse notices something a little extra off with the bike he will have it addressed free of any additional unknown charges to the bill, acting solely out of great customer service. Since I am from Wyoming and not local, I have driven down to the dealership and arrived just after closing and Jesse has waited for me numerous times to close out my bill and help my brother and I load our HD s.Hobert is the Master Level tech it s who has done the stage 2 build on my motorcycle with amazing results. Hobert tuned it perfectly while maintaining the dependable nature of the motorcycle while making 30+ horsepower on top of factory. Hobert is always very transparent about and questions or concerns I may have on the motorcycle and treats the bikes as his own. Hobert is very knowledgeable and approachable when discussing our motorcycles. There is no doubt that when I go to this dealership they will take care of my bike and patiently answer any questions I may have about it.

Worked with John Carr for about a week to find the perfect deal and a suitable bike. He is a no bs guy, helped tailor a deal that was acceptable in a prompt manner. Kept me informed of the workings and timeline of a dealer transfer to get my bike. He has checked up on me multiple times to ensure everything is smooth and the bike is great. Truly feel like I have joined a family at John Elway Harley. Defiantly recommend them for fair pricing and amazing customer service.
