Rating 0!!!!Car Toys suck! Because there rude and don t care about customer service!I came in for a calibration twice and they screwed my car up. Wouldn t start afterwards and had to leave it until the next day.Didn t offer me a ride anywhere, didn t apologize for my inconvenience. They just don t care.I strongly recommend, Josh at Noco mobile service. He will come out to your location. He rocks!

The rudest people I ve ever dealt with. At least once they get you to hire them. I owe them a couple hundred bucks because covid cost me my job and ability to afford the device. It took me 2 months to get it removed and I was charged the whole time hence the debt. I told them for the time being there is nothing I can do yet I continue to get threatening messages saying they could take legal action against me. I call to try and come to a resolution and the guy on the phone is disrespectful and in the end insulted me and then hung up on me. I don t know what I expected from an industry that profits off of life altering and painful mistakes in other people s lives. A disgusting company.

Been on hold for an hour with intoxalock. Worst customer service. Even as i am writing this i am still on hold.
