The car buying experience should be exciting, not scary and full of pressure. The entire process at Hyundai of Greeley with Josh was just excitement for my family and the prospect of a new car with no pressure or that awful stereotypical salesman pushiness. Josh was very patient with us, answered all of our questions honestly, and made sure we were taken care of even after the paperwork was signed. We may not be in the market for a car for a long time but we will definitely be keeping our business with Hyundai of Greeley and recommend them to anyone else! Ask for Josh as well!

Casey Lee at this Hyundai dealership is tops. Helped me by giving me a really good price, a very, very good price very quickly and in writing and was willing to stick by it.Very unusual behavior, unusually good and honest and honorable and considerate and all the things you want. We didn t buy there, but we so appreciated the honesty and the written offer which I used to negotiate with other dealers closer to home. And I had a written offer from this person who is very kind and very generous with their time, I got a really good offer closer to home and went there. Use Casey Lee. Honest honorable person would do business with them again and again.

Really glad I decided to get my Sonata Hybrid serviced at Hyundai of Greeley. I have been looking at the Ioniq 6 and 5 for a while and they had a great selection. They gave me time to look at the offer and made the purchase process a great experience. It was very fast and they covered everything in great detail. Thanks! The service department is awesome as well. It was worth the extra 15 minutes to drive there!

I loved everything about the experience. I d test driven a CRV hybrid, a RAV4 prime and everything in between but, when I walked into Hyundai of Greeley, they had MY car. I will come back to thank the crew, right now I can t stop driving this beauty/beast

Wow, I am in awe with the level of customer service and professionalism that I received from Austin and the team at Greeley Hyundai. This was the 6th new car that I have bought and was by far, the easiest and fastest experience I have had. I did not have to play the "Let me talk to my manager" game over and over.Austin had a great suggestion for me to test drive a new 2024 Tuscon Hybrid and I am glad I did. I fell in love with the styling, handling and the off the line turbo speed. Now I know what you are thinking, and I did the same. I cannot afford an $800.00 dollar car payment.Austin and the finance team were able to keep me UNDER my budgeted payment and lower my APR from my trade in Tuscon.I highly recommend this dealership!!! They are very customer focused and go out of the way to make a sale to retain their customers for life.Thank you, Austin, Wes, Ray and Russ, for an amazingly easy and pleasurable car buying experience. I love my new Car!!!

Great experience! Found a car I was interested in on the internet. Received a text from Josh at Hyundai of Greeley, and set up a test drive appointment. I made an offer on the car and had agreed in a few minutes, did all the financing, and the car is being delivered to me at no charge in two days (I live 66 miles away). Start to finish in about an hour. Was the best car buying experience I have had!

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I stopped at Greeley Hyundai started browsing the Kona s. Josh saw me and asked if I had been helped. He talked with me about the Kona and explained the difference between them. I loved the light gray one. Went inside and I saw the light green one on the show floor and picked that one. Everything went smoothly and it was done in less than two hours. Thanks Josh for helping me out.

My wife saw the Ioniq 6 and had to have it. The sales staff were fast and friendly. They gave a great value for her trade in. When we had an issue the dealership stepped up and resolved it.

Love taking my car to Hyundai of Greeley. I have been getting my car maintenance with them since I bought my car from them. All of the staff is very helpful and communicate well but my car needs and the price that it'll be.This last time I work with Brianna, she worked with my schedule and got me in. Worked with me on my service plan to keep my car running well while keeping it in budget. Very friendly.Will be going back in the future.

I have used Hyundai of Greeley for the purchase of 4 new Hyundai's. Of those 4, I have had the pleasure, twice now, to put together a deal with Austin George . As he walked out to see if I could use his help he recognized me from our last deal and offered help with my new '23 Sonata, I told him how great it was to see him again and I knew since he was still with Hyundai of Greeley, he in fact was established and knew how to be the best sales rep I could possibly work with.He presented me with several financial plans to meet my financial needs. Then we finalized the deal and I waited less than 30 minutes to have the financial manager put together the paperwork to finish the deal. The sale was complete, very timely and I felt complete after I signed. It is why I go back again and again.

Ray gave us exceptional customer service and support. He got my daughter's car in immediately and showed us how unsafe the tires were due to another issue that they fixed under warranty. Ray is a great communicator and kept us in the loop as well as made sure the care was fixed before my daughter started her new job. Thank you Ray and Staff.

Cannot say enough how great of an experience I had here, Josh Shepherd was outstanding! After reaching out to arguably every dealership 2 hours from here, he was by far the fastest to reply and answer any and all questions. Everything about my experiences was exceptional. From the personal contact from Ray to make my appointment to the details given about what would be done before service, what my car needed during service and going over everything when it was done. Ray walked me to my car to ensure that everything was still set up the way I liked it and discussed an issue I am having with my Bluelink. Top notch service.

I never leave reviews. This is my first one ever, I just had to show how much I appreciate this team. Ana helped me soooo much and I know she was genuine. To her it wasn t about the sale and I very much love and respect that. This team helped me when I literally had no hope. They were supportive and helped me problem solve. We had a wonderful Experience. Ours Sales Rep, Josh was very helpful. Even the minor issue we had with our car, was easily fixed. What we loved most was the communication. When you buy a acr you expect everything to be perfect, and when something happens, you're frantic. Josh was easy to reach, and he kept us in the loop as they fixed the issue. We now have our car running smoothly , and we're enjoying it. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I came in for a routine service and mentioned some concerns I had with my Tucson. Russ went out of his way to test drive the car and assure my vehicle was operating properly. I did not have the concern noted or scheduled but he took the time to take care of it and even addressed another issue discovered during the test drive. We always receive excellent service from Russ. Bought a vehicle 4 days ago and it had to be jumped as soon as we signed all the paperwork and were trying to leave. We thought it might ve been because vehicles sit on the lot for a while. Every day from so on we have had to jump it to get it started. I went back to see if they would make things right as I did purchase it only 4 days ago and it happened at the dealership as well so they were aware and all I was told is vehicle was sold as is . I understand that but if you knew of the issues you should try to make this right. Will never be buying a vehicle from there again.
