I enjoyed my experience with this company very much. Very very friendly and very informative took the time to explain things to me and actually took pictures of my car and it's problem. I've never had any auto company give me a pamphlet booklet of what was going on with my car and never had a company that took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions and be very polite about it. I will be back if I have any other issues I'm not going anywhere else after this good experience that I had. I've already told other people that I know about this company and how they treated me it was great.

Good place to do business, I was very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle and it didn't take very long, they also picked up and then delivered my vehicle due to health problems. I really appreciate it that. I've done business with them in the past and was also satisfied and I will continue to keep them as my certified mechanic and once again thank you

My vehicle was not fixed, it is still has a MAJOR oil leak. They charged a couple hundred to tell me what I already knew. Had to take my car to a less expensive mechanic shop

From the first initial phone call with questions about pricing, diagnostic work, repair time, car credit options, and rentals all was answered with professionalism and enthusiasm from both the manager Sky, and another worker Mikey. Im thankful to have brought my vehicle to Advanced Auto Pros as the name truly implies their integrity and grit they bear when handling mechanical malfunctions that happens occasionally and often with automobiles. I recently purchased my used vehicle from 5280 Motor Company and within the week had to gather a few thousand for funds for vehicle repair I wasn't expecting and was disappointed by the lack of communication and care from the dealerships end in Longmont. The whole process with Sky went so smoothly, I could tackle all the other obstacles that were being deflected at me. I have a warranty from Advanced Auto Pros work which makes me feel more confident and safe with trusting them in the future for any other problems that may arise ! Came in with many strange noises under the hood. The folks at Advanced Auto Pros diagnosed the problems and presented me with a list of repairs and a firm price. They drove me home after I accepted the price. My car was fixed the next day. They picked me up at my home and I drove my perfectly operating car back home . Am glad I took my truck to this guy's they did such a great job. Sky explained what it would be best to work on my truck to pass the emissions test . So they took only 1 day and n get the truck done take it to the emissions test b pass they did such a great job. Thank you guys at auto pros and thank you sky for all your help . Advanced Auto Pros in Greeley, CO, replaced the broken radiator on my Subaru Forester and got the car back on the road the same day I called them. That type of response is rare in the car repair business. I was very impressed with the courteousness of the customer service rep named Sky who helped get it done and the speed and quality of work by the repair technicians. Based on this great experience, I would strongly recommend Advanced Auto Pros to anyone needing car repairs in or near Greeley.

I called about my car issue and they scheduled me for the next day. They promptly gave me a thorough diagnosis of the issue with my car (the 4th cylinder was misfiring) and the parts that needed replacing. I swapped them out and now my car is working like a charm. I have been here a few times and the customer service is excellent as well as the service. I had an exhaust problem and I took my car in and they were able to fix it in one day. I would highly recommend.

Just WOW. I am floored with their customer service and being in communication with me is where I feel valued and not just another dollar sign. Joel was upfront with everything including price and much to my satisfaction I paid about $100 less than initially thought. If you want great service and like quality work, bring your car here. These guys have always been good to me. Last time in I had to drop the car off and I actually got a call the next morning saying it was being worked on. Heater core went well so far? Inescapable work putting components back together. Firewall insulation not put back right, passenger carpet was also not put back correctly, broken radio parts. The car seems to be operating fine. Just way to expensive for the work completed. Couldn't fine a battery or one that cost $386 for the one they found for me. The cost I found were about $199-$216. And $160 labor for battery switch out and oil change was way overboard. I will take off work next time for that. It was my call not their fault, I should have said hell no.Lesson learned. I hope my college students car doesn't have issues again. If so she will not take it here! Took advantage of a situation and way over charged. Be careful!!

I will strongly recommend this Auto place for any car repairs!!! They are very friendly, not too pricey, and don't waste any time they do their work very well!! I had to have the rear main seal replaced on my Pontiac Torrent. I took it into Advanced Auto Pro's and they did the job for a really fair price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A few months later I noticed that my car was leaking oil again. I took it in and they assured me they would take care of it under warranty. Joel went the extra mile to do some things that weren't absolutely necessary, but he told me he wanted to be sure it wouldn't happen again. I really trust them and they take great care of their customers. They also provide a shuttle to take you home which is very helpful. The shuttle driver even made an extra trip to return my cell phone that I head left in my car!

My dad and new mechanic worked here They told me this company scams people. I have brought my car in here four times and they still have not fixed the issue. I have spent about $1,500 here and they want to charge me more to fix the issue that they never fixed. I do not recommend coming here. They take advantage of people that don't know much about cars. When I politely asked the mechanic if he could work with me and help me fix this issue he argued with me and raised his voice. Please don't go here if you don't want to get scammed.

These guys were amazing. The day I broke down, they stayed late for a few minutes when they didn't have to. They moved some appointments around to get me diagnosed and fixed the next day. Their advice and recommendations are thorough and provide opportunity for us to make a sound, well informed and reasonable decision about which repairs, if any, we should move forward on. In addition, the staff is friendly and accommodating to our personal needs.

My first visit to Advanced Auto Pros was last year when I was referred to them buy M & O Tires, from whom I purchase all of my tires. While I was waiting for my wheel alignment, which came at a very reasonable cost, I was speaking with the front office attendant and great customer relations Pro named Brooke, I purchased for $100 a discount coupon for a variety of services totalling about $600 in discounts.One of the discounts which came at no cost was a 105 point inspection. This inspection revealed the three problems I brought my car in to have attended to plus two more that I was not aware of. Without any pressure whatsoever, Joel and Brooke handed me a detailed estimate of the five items that needed to be attended to along with the cost of each. I decided to have one of those issues attended to immediately while making an appointment to have the others attended to in the next 3 weeks. I dropped my car off yesterday and by the end of the day all of the items were completed. When I was picked up by their van and returned to AAP, I was presented with my bill, which came at exactly the quote made three weeks earlier, and then Joel went through the items and applied all of the discounts which came off of the discount coupon I bought earlier in the year. This was an amazing shock, so professionally handled. I just can't believe how excellent this shop is and I just couldn't say enough good things about them.
