Greeley Nissan Service center ALWAYS goes above and beyond! I live in Nebraska and they're the closest dealership to me (still about 3 hours away), and I can't always get here in a timely manner, but even if I show up 10 minutes before closing (I HATE being "that" person, but sometimes I have no choice... I do call if I know I'll be pushing it though.) Caleb and his team will still make sure that I am taken care of, and treated with respect and kindness. I will always be grateful for the hard work and commitment that not only the service center shows, but the entire Greeley Nissan dealership as a whole. I have heard horror stories about so many different dealerships, but I have never heard of, nor experienced a single negative situation with Greeley Nissan. I am 100% a customer for life!

Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit astronomical but in an emergency what is one going to do?? Shop was very clean and tidy. Good place with good people but pricey.

Kudos to Daniel ! He is very professional and great with customers. I've had my Nissan 3500 serviced here for over a year and now they are taking care of my Toyota ! I took a frontier to reprogram my transmission control module here, i was told that it was going to cost me $189 after a couple hours got a call from the service guy telling me that for some reason they couldn t connect with the engine control module because of a fuse, relay or wiring harness so that they needed to go further on a diagnostic but it will raise the price $100 dollars over the original price. Long story short is that by the end of the day I ended up paying $392 dls and they couldn t explain what they did besides the reprogramming that i asked for. They raise the price just because they want your money. Definitely not coming back to this place. They steal your money. Be careful!!!!!!!!

A very professional staff who cares about customers. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, how they can assist you, how long the work may require.The workplace is very clean. Customers waiting room is very well equipped with a TV, and all kind newspapers that make you feel at home. A free cup of tea or coffee may also relax you in that customer waiting room. Greeley Nissan has customer s oriented staff. These are exceptional people!

Had my 15k service done today. I spoke to the same guy 3 times and had the same conversation 3 times. This doesn t even include the question of price I had that could have been easily handled. Long story short, customer service sucked. Honestly, I was so annoyed/angry by the end of it all, nothing was solved. Felt like I was on a merry go round from hell! Bottom line, I left feeling like I was a dollar sign even tho the guy kept telling me I m here to make it right. Advise to fellow customers take that with a fine grain of salt! Wish I could go elsewhere and have my service agreement honored at this point. Not looking forward to my next oil change!

These guys are professional, nice, and actually finally took the time to ride along with me and pull me under the truck to show me that things were good for a warranty issue I've been having for awhile. While the issue is still present, and I believe there is an issue with the truck if it is causing tire scalloping from the factory, I can't recommend this shop enough!!

Greeley Nissan service center was very helpful in addressing my concerns. I would have no problem taking my vehicle to them for any future needs.

Went here to get my Nissan Rogue's AC Compressor changed out. The price is pretty expensive if you don't have insurance to cover the repair. However, the service that you get here is 5 stars, no doubt. If you need a ride somewhere while your car gets repaired, they'll take you there and pick you up once its done. Their lounge/waiting area is nice too if you are just getting the car serviced. Super friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about them.

Everytime I need to take my Frontier in for service it's a wonderful experience.The service people are always so friendly and helpful.

Friendly, courteous folks. Got us in, took care of our Recall issue and had us on our way within an hour. Couldn't ask for anything more. Our new Nissan go to!

Jessie Ramos is very knowledgeable, professional courteous, and respectful. He always answers all my questions and if he isn't sure he will defer to Scott Greenlet an older experienced tech. He always does repairs as I would being a retired tech.

They were very nice and the waiting room is adequate but, when I got home I noticed they didn't top my fluids or notify me they were low.. my coolant was nearly empty!!

There service is very poor quality, I was changed my 4 tires couple months ago over $600 , it was have 50-60 thousand miles warranty, after 15 thousand miles I drive my car tires was damage, I took the car in the shop today, they told me my tires 4 it s not match and it s not my tires problem, I never changed my tires somewhere else, they are liars, I recommend nobody take car for repair this shop,
