They are indeed helpful or try to be but I would suggest calling at least 3 dealers when looking for parts. I called recently looking for a part that I can literally see listed on the GreeleyNissanParts website and the person on the phone kept telling me it does not exist and that it isn't in their system. It is literally right in front of me on their website. Good way to lose customers, now I have to drive to Denver to a dealer that understands how to use the parts system.
