I can always count on quick turnaround at Grease Monkey. They have taken good care of my cars for over 10 years. I appreciate the attention to detail, and honest appraisal of what products actually need replacement - no pushy sales pitches. At my last visit they noticed an aftermarket fog lamp was loose and were kind enough to alert me that they would go ahead and tighten the mount. Such good customer service, coupled with the convinence of inexpensive automotive routine servicing will keep me coming back for years to come.

They were so efficient and helpful. I parked in the wrong lane for tire rotation & the young lady moved my car for me and quickly got the tires rotated and oil and filters changed. She was AWESOME! Highly recommend!

Thank you to all the guys at the shop here in town. I came into get and oil change and ended getting treated so well. Thank you for being so opening to help me out with my oil change, and being reasonable with you're prices. I was also out of the shop in 10min. And the change was done correctly. Amazing job.

Had an issue with my oil pan plug due to Walmart. Went to grease monkey and the figured it out instantly and took care of me. The manager, Joaquin and his staff are freaking amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing! I had a terrible experience with another company that did my oil change, could not get a hold of that company, so I finally called Grease Monkey to see if they could help me. The communication that I needed and what a company should have, they had it! I brought it in and they fixed the issue with professionalism and kindness. I appreciate you guys so much! Keep up the great work! You guys now have my business. :)

Won't be back to this location. Kind of started when they asked me how they open the hood on my 2002 Ford Focus. Like really?Came in for an oil change and I asked if they could also top off the transmission fluid and they said maybe they'll have to look at it, they looked at it and came to tell me that they can't do it due to the vehicle not having a dipstick. That's fine but then they handed me the keys and said the car is good to go so then I head in to pay and they were like there's no charge. I was like really no charge for an oil change? And then he said oh I didn't know you were getting an oil change. So they pulled it back into the shop and performed the oil change.When I got home I noticed the utter mess of oil they had all over the front of my vehicle! Looks like they didn't even bother to use a rag and they could have offered a car wash or something! It's all over my hood, front bumper, and a bunch of stuff under the hood. Definitely won't be back here because there are better Grease Monkey locations.

Love the people here and the service. I am def one that procrastinates getting my oil changed for more ways then one but every-time I go here I m pleased. Easy simple in and out and friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience here came to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Was told I could buy the parts myself to save a good chunk of money so I did. Unfortunately I bought the wrong brake pads. My ride wasn t able to take me to the auto parts until over an hour later. These guys were incredibly understanding and didn t give me any hassle about waiting. In fact every employee I ran into seemed happy to be there. My brakes look and work wonderfully and I had a discount code for 15% off they made work, even though he ran into some issues getting it to work at first. I ve also came here for oil changes before and even when they are busy it s speedy service. I would recommend going here for a fair price for any automotive work!

Very satisfied, came here for a break service and they had my truck ready within an hour, man what a blessing, looking forward to bringing my truck again for a simple oil change, and tune ups that are requires.I highly recommend thus place, you won't regret it. Blessing to you all, Shalom

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Joaquin the service manager did an awesome job. I ve been to other grease monkeys, but this one was the best yet. Joaquin and his team went the extra mile and found out there was a cut line around my brake pad sensor. The customer service was very friendly and professional. I ll definitely be back and recommend my entire company to come home for more services. Great job and keep up the great work!!!

Every time I come here I feel so taken care of and like my vehicle is in great hands. The team here has gone above and beyond and have explain things to me in a helpful way as if they re truly looking out for my best interest without trying to sell me additional or unnecessary services like some places do. They re great and I highly recommend!

Juaquin and his team that was there today were so beyond helpful!! I've been through some crap the last few weeks with other mechanics and all the above, and he was able to help me out with understanding an issue included in a diagnostic from elsewhere. They definitely took care of me and I will definitely go to this location for services!!

I came in to this grease monkey, as I do regularly, for an oil change. When they were finished, the car would not start. They checked the battery and discovered it was very corroded and needed to be replaced.The manager was incredibly helpful . he went the extra mile literally because they had to go to a local store and get a part they needed. I am extremely satisfied with their service and care.You can be sure I will share this experience with family and friends.

I stopped by yesterday to replace my headlights. I was told by the auto store before to go to a mechanic for this because they are difficult to replace on my pickup. I have never had a poor experience with the staff. They were willing to help me and even filled up my windshield washer fluid. I have gotten my brakes fixed here before and have had my pickup serviced here, I always have great customer service at this location. 100% recommend

I have gone to other locations of Grease Monkey and honestly I ve never had a good experience. This location has always gone above and beyond. They have the best customer service and really take pride in their work. Very friendly and personable staff, very highly recommended going to see them. If not you are missing out.

Quick and efficient. They checked everything out recommend new air filters. Showed me how bad the current ones were. Polite and friendly as well. They did a great job

Stopped in for a way over due oil change on Saturday morning. Was a little stressed since I was on my way out of town for the weekend and was running way behind schedule. Super happy that my car was ready to go within 20 minutes!

This is the best Grease Monkey location in Northern Colorado. Excellent customer service from the manager Juquin (spelling?) to all of the technicians. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Joaquin and his employees are always very courteous and very knowledgeable about their work. We have always gone to this grease monkey with all our vehicles. We will not go to any other grease monkey. We tell all our family and friends to go to this grease monkey.

These guys are the best! Quick service and best quality care! I will forever turn to them, they take care of me each time and don t mind last minute changes or work like other businesses!!! I can t thank y all enough !!! I was done getting ready to pay when I made a comment that my car was acting up - he hollered at the team to leave my car so they could check something - sure enough my battery was hit , no hassle did they turn my car back around - then my battery was in my truck filled with my things from a current move I m in and they asked if I wanted them to continue and they would move my stuff to get the job done- shocked I said please do - great team great service !

I got there 10 mins early and was happy to wait until 8am when they opened. They came rightnout opened early and were very welcoming. I was out of there in 13 minutes and everyone was next level friendly.

The service is great and fast. But need improvement. The bathroom had no soap paper , and the office needs painting from ceiling to walls, more light. Remember that the presentation es indication of the service

Techs are very polite, lets you know if any filters need to be replaced. Didn't air up all the tires like they said and they only washed the windshield, not all.
