They wrecked my truck! Backed right into a dodge in there parking lot. So the next day I went to start the van and the battery is now dead and I have a flat tire. The right side of the windshield was not properly installed and leaked.UNACEPPTABLE!Sure give me your name and number and all have some one reach out.

The communication was surprisingly good. Sometimes contractor types like this have an issue but the team in Greeley were great and I really appreciated it. The team that performed the work were quick, on time, and the shower door looks fantastic!

After inquiring with 7 window replacement companies in Greeley, then, meeting, walk through, measurements, Glass Doctor s bid was not the highest or the lowest. But when I took into consideration they are nationally recognized company and they answered every question I had in depth and to my full satisfaction, I chose to work with them. They replaced one very large picture window and 6 other residential windows in my house. The work was quick, efficient and excellent. It as been a month since the work was complete and i cannot believe the change in cooling in my house via air conditioner, and noise reduction from the front street. I cannot doubt that the winter s gas bill will be far reduced in the years to come. They did a superior job.

This company has no warranty on rock chip repairs. I got a chip that was less than the size of a nickel fixed. 6 days later, I have a crack the width of my windshield. When I called to ask about any warranty, I was met with a very flat sorry . When I asked if there was a discount if I got a new windshield through then, I got offered $25 off of a $1000 windshield. Oh, and another equally for sorry . 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I accidentally locked myself out of the house on a snowy day with food cooking on the stove. Neither one of my "spare keys" worked and I had to break the kitchen door window to get back inside. I called Glass Doctor of Greeley and they sent someone to my house during a snow storm to get the window covered until they could send someone else to my house the next day to put in new glass. Everyone I was in contact with was very quick to respond, professional, and did good quality work. Thank you Glass Doctor!

I contacted Glass Doctor of Greeley by email for a quote (along with a few other local companies), and they responded within 24 hours with a quote (they were also the only ones to respond with a quote). When I was able to schedule, the windshield price had decreased, so they passed that savings along to me. The windshield replacement took no more than two hours. I am very happy with the quality of the windshield and its installation. These guys know glass, not just windshields!

I needed my window screen to be repaired back in April, and I thought they looked legit from the reviews online. Boy, was I wrong. After a lot of drama of phone calls back and forth, they took the screen, and it took them about two weeks to repair and bring it back. I went to look at the screen a few weeks ago, and it has totally unraveled and wasn't placed properly in the pane. I called to have them come out and fix it, and she told me she had a busy schedule and would fit me in whenever it was convenient for them. That was October 5th. I have called several times since, and no response. It is now October 25th, and they won't take responsibility for their shoddy work. Don't waste your time and call someone else!!!!

I was recommended to use Glass Doctor of Greeley. My shower doors look amazing and the installers took their time to ensure they were perfect when installed based on being a custom fit. Thank you Glass Doctor for a fantastic job.

Just took my car in to get my power window fixed and they were very efficient and courteous and very reasonably priced. The ladies at the front were very friendly and accommodating and responded to my email inquiry promptly, the were even able to get me an appt the next day.

Used them for a windshield replacement in their shop. Shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The owner Rob makes quality a priority and detailed out everything I should know about the new windshield and the materials they used. They were super quick and even went above and beyond by delivering my car to me to save me time. Great company and would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

We had our front window replaced last week the technician was amazing! He arrived right on time got straight to work and he was extremely nice and answerd all my toddlers 100 questions as to why he was taking our window out. We will definitely use again in the future.

I called a few glass places to have one of the pieces of glass in my sliding glass door replaced well, I got a few different answers and definitely different prices. When I met our glass person, Ben, he was very cordial and he explained that the entire piece would have to be replaced as it comes as a unit since there s a double pane there. Well he did an excellent job and the prices were affordable. I would highly recommend calling Glass Doctor!

I called over the phone to get an estimate for my cracked car windshield. I was quoted at $330.00. They told me they had to order the windshield but that it would be in the following day and they set service up with me for 1:00 pm at my home two days after the initial call. 1:45 came around and no one had showed so I called the office and they said the technician couldn t be there and said he would come the following day. Again a no show. I kid you not, this scheduling service and not showing up happened FIVE times with different excuses ranging from weather to the tech s son having a mental breakdown or something. I should have given up at this point and found a different company; however it was the principle that made me want them to follow through. Finally over two weeks after my first call, the tech came and replaced my windshield. I handed him my credit card and he ran it and handed me his tablet to sign. I saw that he had charged my card $388.00! I asked if he could void the transaction and rerun the card for the price I had been given over the phone but he said he couldn t do anything about it. He did call the owner and the owner called me back asking if I d like a gift card for the over change. I told him I d prefer the money back. He promised a check would be in the mail the next day. A week went by, no check. I called the office and they said they d get a check in the mail the next day. I waited another week. Guess what? NO CHECK! I called again and finally two weeks later a check for $50-not $58-arrived. I m really not sure how a business can operate this way. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away!

First, my online appointment request was not received by the office. After calling the same morning of the requested appointment to verify it had been received, I was told that they can t accept requests done online. Okay. Second, got the appointment scheduled for that day between 12pm-1pm. Nobody showed. I called the office to get an update on where the technician was and was told she will call him to check. No update. Third, called back to the office and asked for an update and was told the technician was supposed to call me. He would be running late and not be available until 4pm. Okay. I had to go back to work and asked the office to have the technician call me prior to arriving at the house so I could ensure I was there when he was so my tenant did not have to worry about being there. She ensured the technician would call prior to arrival. Finally, the next phone call I get is at 3:30pm from the technician stating he has the estimate ready and he can complete the job in 30 minutes. He had arrived prior to calling me, went into the property with my tenant, not myself, and proceeded to do an estimate without contacting me first to ensure I was at the home. He was friendly, he did the work, and left. No apologies for being late, or not following instructions, but friendly. I paid the office over the phone and that was that. It was an aweful experience working with Glass Doctor, and I will not be doing so in the future.

I had a stone break my windshield, I looked at several places and this is the one I went with.I was able to get quick, professional service. They had to recalibrate my sensors and cameras for the front, and it is actually working better now than before. I would highly recommend them.

Instead of trying to sell us a new sliding glass door set, like the other companies that provided estimates, the Glass Doctor representative believed a new set of rollers would fix our issue, which it did. This save us a considerable amount of money. The installers were extremely professional. Glass Doctor will be our go to company for future needs.

I called and scheduled a time to fix a window and took the afternoon off of work which means I don t get paid. No one has showed up a half hour after the scheduled time so I called to check I was still on the schedule which was confirmed. I waiting for two and a half more hours and was called saying that the technician had came at our scheduled time and I wasn t home which was a lie. I double checked if maybe they had gone to the wrong address which they denied. I was sitting next to the front window for a half hour so I would have seen it if someone came and I have a dog who barks and a doorbell so if they didn t come at the time they said I would have heard it. I know these kind of places usually run late but don t lie to me and say you came when you obviously didn tService: Window repair

Lots of issues after getting my windshields replaced. After several attempts to fix the issues they started from the beginning and fixed both windshields. James and Joey (the guys who came out to fix the issues) were a great help, very knowledgable as well as polite and apologetic. Hoping this was just a fluke case.
