Honestly this was the best mechanic experience I ve ever had. The team was very respectful and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and diagnose my car; order the parts and fix it, all within 1 and 1/2 hours!! Plus, I was a walk-in and he was servicing over customers all the while. You can t beat the quality service. My car is driving like it s new, with over 100,000 miles at that. They are super inexpensive on top of it all!!! 10/10 recommend stopping by. In and out in 1 hour! My muffler had snapped and been repaired 4 times before finally just deciding to get rid of it. They brought it back to have a look and showed me immediately why the original kept breaking and how to repair it properly to not continue having the issue. They respected my decision to delete the muffler and keep the repair affordable. Just a really nice shop, really. Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in for an estimate. All I wanted was dual true dual exhaust, I was supplying my own mufflers. And asked if they could lay out the exhaust how I wanted. They told me they would not use my parts or do a dual exhaust because they couldn't guarantee it would pass emissions. My car is 55 years old and has collector plates, no emissions test required, and I told them so. The owner then belittled and talked down to me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I should stick to newer cars if I wanted less problems. I have never been treated so rudely before. I absolutely would not recommend. I miss the bold owners, they treated everyone with respect and actually cared about retaining customers. The new owner knows nothing about customer service.

In September 2022, someone stole my catalytic converter from my truck while it was parked in front of my house. I was left without a functioning vehicle to transport my family.Nate at Collins Muffler told me he would find the right replacement part and get the repair done right away. And that's exactly what he did. Communication was excellent. The staff's attitude was great. And the work was done right, and for a great price. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with auto service. Highly recommend!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Stopped in last Saturday to get a quote on exhaust for the wife's jeep srt. After a short visit and a hand shake the deal was made. Later that night the boys stayed late to get our vehicle done. We are definitely pleased with the end result. Complete custom 3in from cats back and it sounds mean. Thank you Nate for delivering what we asked for. I highly recommend them for your custom needs.

Collins Muffler and Service is beyond exceptional! The owner, Nate took my car in and seen the exhaust needed to be replaced. He fixed my car and let me pay him the next day when I was paid. My exhaust sounds amazing and his crew did a great job. When you travel for work it s hard to find good reliable people to do good work when you re not familiar with the area. Nate and his crew will take care of you and any problems you may have. 110% recommend Collins muffler and service!!!!Service: Exhaust

I called on a Saturday and Nate told me to bring it in so they could check it out. They had me in and out and all patched up in 20 minutes.. on a Saturday with no appointment. Old school service with a smile. I highly recommend Collins Muffler. Nate will treat you and your wallet right.

I needed help getting my muffler and exhaust on and Nate was extremely helpful and informative. My muffler is now installed and my truck is running smoothly. I strongly recommend this shop. They were super nice and very reasonable.

Nothing but good things to say here. The guys were quick, they got me right in on my appointment time and did a nice job welding up my aftermarket muffler even with a tight clearance to weld it in. Fantastic work.

We spent $3,000 on 2 "BRAND NEW" catalytic converters, specifically "California code". After 4-6 months of use the same code on the dashboard comes back on and the car losses power so that it won't get above 40 mph. I have had another mechanic look at it, and it seems that one of the catalytic converts is clogged. One that Collins Mufflers had replaced. We had brought the car in once to see if they could find and fix the issue that was the clogged catalytic converter, but we where met with another charge for an entirely different issue, they claimed that it didn't look like their work, and a ridiculous amount of time and money wasted. Because of this we've had to purchase a new vehicle just so that we can get around town like normal. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

We had a muffler delete done under the old management at a great price. We took another vehicle to get a muffler installed, under the new management, and the price was way too high. Got the same work done for literally half the price.

I went here to get my muffler repaired as it had fallen off and all I wanted was it reattached. Simple enough but they managed to make the repair last a lot longer than it should have. This was after I was told to come back when it was not so busy. I would've appreciated if they did a little more than the bare minimum but they reattached my muffler (not sure how long it will last or what they did exactly), and sent me on my way. Anyways, when it falls off again I guess I'll be going somewhere else in order to find a permanent solution. Also, I wish the shop took on more services. I can't imagine that they can make a profit with such a short list of services. Maybe that's why they overcharge for everything that they can do. I do not recommend.

I went in for an exhaust repair, told me they could get it done in 45 minutes and they were not wrong. Clayton and Jonny were professional and knowledgeable. The exhaust work was very clean, definitely satisfied with the work done on my Civic Si. Will definitely return and recommend. Brought my vehicle in for the ac to be recharged ,they performed the service I paid went home blowing cold. The next it was blowing hot freon leaked out of hi side charge port. They said not there fault even though they put there machine on the line and told me checked for leaks ..Would not recommend this shop just like the previous owners they take your money and forget about you terrible businessServices: Auto A/C recharge, Auto maintenance

On Tuesday I took our pickup in for a new tail pipe. Joe offered great customer service by explaining that they found out the muffler was also compromised. The price offered was a good value. Joe and his boss actually worked together to make the job quicker to help me keep the appointments I had previously made. We are thrilled with the work, the value and the service!Cristi

My little Honda blew the the exhaust pipe off and they were able to fix it easy peasy. They were very nice to me and got me back on my way quickly that morning. If I ever need exhaust work I m going back to them. Thanks again!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The guys at Collins Muffler & Service were very helpful in identifying and fixing a rattle that had been haunting me for months. Their staff rallied around my vehicle and worked together to get me back on the road in much less time and at a much lower cost than I had expected. I really appreciate the great experience and look forward to working with them again.

Found out my struts were leaking and the place that originally found the leak wanted 800 for everything. I dad recommend Collins muffler and they did amazing work. I spent less at Collins muffler than what the other place wanted and Collins muffler made sure I got the best price and that I knew everything was going on. I will be going back for further work on my truck and I know my family will be back as well. Very knowledgeable and very caring place. They take a lot pride into the work they do and very reasonable prices!!

Quick service and very friendly shop. Went above and beyond explaining the options and what repairs needed to be done. My truck passed emissions after the new muffler and my wife's suv actually stops when you step on the brakes! Shop is kind of hidden around the corner so look where you least expect to find it!

After reading all the reviews on here I was a little worried about taking my jeep to Collins. I saw that the new manager was trying to better his quality of service so decided to give them a try. Ive waited three weeks to write this review and im still extremely happy with the work and service I was given. They were extremely professional with me, extremely affordable and I had an overall great experience. I look forward to taking my jeep back to them here in the near future for some more work.
