They are unrespectfull except one lady specially for the color people I went in the shop to buy paint for my vehicle then the keep ignoring me for while then a white man told me to come back tomorrow without asking what I wanted

I went in with my neighbor recently to pick up some paint and it s been a long time sense I received customer service like that everyone one in the store is friendly knowledgeable and professional!

For Sure these guys can match car paint....something I accomplished myself.....last summer ...2 different auto parts kept selling my the wrong colored paint but CarQuest has an on hand system to match paint codes and it was on point

I expect to be treated with a level of good customer service when at part shops. There were 3 workers and 1 other customer yet they chose to answer the phone before addressing us. We received an attitude while making the purchase (in the form of sarcasm). When it came to leaving, the cashier dropped then flicked the recipe to us and chose not to hand me the money in my hand (even though my hand was out to receive it).I do not know if all customers are treated this way but I have received better customer service at McDonald s.

This particular store is awesome! They treat you like family and if they don't have the part you're looking for, they have it by the next morning. Very awesome store.

Had a great experience here with Luke initially, and ultimately Keith really helped me out a lot. He has a great understanding of auto paint etc... and I really appreciated his help with a recent project. Highly recommend Steven's. Great customer service!!!

I haven't bought anything here yet, but I needed a battery that would get an old car through the winter. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful. She could have sold me a new battery but very generously told me where I could find a reconditioned battery down the road that would cost much less. That's integrity and generosity. I will shop here from now on, no question.

Get your product online it's waaaaay cheaper! I like supporting local businesses but I can't see being ripped off. Great people otherwise just waaaaay overpriced on paint products.
