Amazing! I had a new (for me) vehicle that I bought and came with a few problems. Josh explained what needed to be done, a text of the procedures and the costs were sent to me. and the work was excellent.I have a truck that we just took in, and again excellent customer service from Josh. I wish I got the automotive technicians name because after having to replace the water pump and radiator, the truck is running great again.As for cost, I have nothing to compare to but I wouldn't think they are unreasonable, especially with the quality of work.You will not be disappointed, give them a call, and talk to Josh.

We were able to schedule an appointment easily. Josh was very informative about our requested service and provided an estimate upon request. During the repair, some suggested maintenance issues were explained. There was no pressure to agree to optional services. A very pleasant experience with Bullet in Greeley!

I have been taking all my cars to Bullet in Brighton for years! I was so excited when I found out they were opening a shop up north, closer to me. As a woman it can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust and feel safe with. Josh and the whole crew has always had my safety and best interest in mind. So thankful for all of them! Highly recommend taking your car to any of their locations!

I will never come back to this shop ever again. They kept my truck for 2 months for a intake manifold and heater core they they installed that went bad. They scratched my grill on my truck and broke my radio and my engine cover they broke and didn't event make sure everything was tightly screwed. My intake cover wasn't even tightened to my throttle body I had too!! 4 thousand dollars for nothing they didn't even bother to fix or replace it. I'm moving my business to Berthoud at b-town automotive . Oh and over charging people. Yall charge me a diagnostic test 180 everythims!! BTC DOESNT!! AND YALL SAID AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME 2HRS !!! TO REPLACE A BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE!!! YALL OVERCHARGE AND YALL KNOW IT..

Josh, at Bullet Automotive in Greeley, CO really went above and beyond to help me out of an unfortunate hiccup on my road trip. Not only did he look at my car right away, but he also kept my car safe (as well as all my camping gear and my kayak) and secured for a few days while I figured out my rental options. He is kind, polite, empathetic, genuine, and honest. I would definitely do business with Josh or anyone at Bullet Automotive again in a heartbeat. Because of his genuine nature, it was apparent that he treats everyone respectfully and always tries to helpful. 10 stars: Strongly Recommend!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I flew in to Denver from CA to check out a Sprinter that checked all the boxes, but I wanted a neutral 3rd party opinion. Not only did Josh and Tanner do a f'n thorough inspection, they handled the delicate challenges of delivering bad news to both buyer and seller. If these guys were in CA, they would be my only go-to.

I was travelling through Colorado pulling a big fifth wheel with my GMC truck. The truck went into reduced engine power mode due to a diesel emissions system problem. I found Bullet Auto and Diesel repair and gave them a call. They diagnosed the problem, and explained the issue to me. Their prices were reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and were transparent. Competent, friendly, and worked hard to get me back on the road as fast as possible. What more could you ask for in an auto repair shop. Sean and his team at Bullet are the most caring and pleasant team to work with. I took my car into their Brighton location many times and cannot express how ecstatic I am to have them in the Greeley area. They are fair, honest and completely trustworthy (something that unfortunately has not been common in my experience with other mechanics). I found Bullet Automotive (Brighton location) several years ago after my son's car broke down about a half an hour away from home. I didn't want to tow it back to our town since it was so far. And so I googled and found Bullet on Jessup. The first thing I realized that was the shop I'd gone to previously had "misdiagnosed" an axle about to break with a tire that needed to be replaced. Kind of a big deal. Bullet fixed the axle on the vehicle, and we were back on the road.To say that I was impressed was an understatement. The lobby at the Jessup location in Brighton is tidy and full of fun memorabilia, comfy seating, hilarious signs, and generally welcoming.But none of that would matter if they didn't do good quality work. And they do.It's now been more than three years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always know that when they diagnose something, it's legit and it'll be handled. Let me go into detail.First of all, no they don't apply the diagnostic flat rate to repairs. This is not Christian Brothers, Firestone, or any other national chain where they can spread the cost out amongst hundreds of shops. This is a shop that is owned by one couple. They are a true, local, mom and pop place and I 100% support that. If you want cheap, you can find it. I love supporting a place that I know makes a difference, not a large corporation.Unlike the turnover in large shops, you'll get to know your front-line guys here. I've known Brandon and Josh for as long as I've been coming to Bullet. I like the feeling of calling, introducing myself, and having a voice I recognize, recognize me.We're a larger family with diverse automotive needs. Bullet works on our various cars, both maintenance and repairs, regularly. They've looked at several cars that we've wanted to buy. On one of those vehicles, they spent over two hours going over it meticulously. There was nothing on that car that I didn't know what needed done and what it would cost to do it. That's a feeling that I just don't get anywhere else.They may not be the cheapest; I can't really say that I've gone looking for cheaper places. It's not my first priority. I want to know that what I have done on my vehicles will be done with quality parts and quality labor. I want to know that the guys that work for my shop find value in that employment (did I mention the lack of turnover). Many a time, I've seen Sean, the owner, just hanging out in the shop with the guys. He was there during our marathon used-car check...had a very honest conversation about whether or not I should buy it. It's like having a friend, brother, nephew, in the business. How much do you pay for that?Just recently, they've opened a shop in Greeley and while it's no closer from where I live, I've started going to the new location. While I love the Jessup location, the Greeley one is just spectacular. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Because they're a new shop in town, they're not as busy so it's easier to get in.I am a huge fan of small and personal. I like knowing on a first-name basis, those with whom I have business dealings. I like knowing that when they tell me something, they're not making it up. And that it's being done in a way that won't break the bank. Cheapest? Maybe not. But peace of mind is more important to me than "cheap." I paid for cheap once...they told me the clunking in our passenger-side, front end was a bad tire. A month later, my kids were stranded at midnight half an hour away with a broken axle. Thankfully no one was injured and we hadn't paid needlessly for a new set of tires.

I've been very impressed with their service. They make sure they are aware of recommended service intervals and are very knowledgeable about a particular vehicle's potential issues and how to take preventive measures.

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection of an F150 pick up truck. The staff were knowledgeable about my vehicle and did a detailed assessment. Also helped with some advice about the vehicle it s replacing. It was easy to get in and work with them all.

My daughters car overheated and the AC went out on a Thursday afternoon and Bullet got it fixed by Friday night. My daughter lives in Nebraska and had to be home by Sunday so their efforts were greatly appreciated.
