This Brakes Plus is the best car shop in town! Always very friendly and informative. They explain everything so thoroughly and I feel their prices are unbeatable! Brandon is one of the best !! Definitely will use them for all my car needs

Brandon is a life saver when it comes to my jeep!!. He doesn't ever give me the run around on the issues and price for any and all repairs to my car. The crew at brakes plus are amazing, and I would highly recommend going and getting your car needs taken care of. I would not trust anyone else with my car. If you want hard working and an amazing staff from sales to the mechanics, go see Brakes Plus in Greeley, Colorado.

Why bother with appointments if it takes 1 hour to get my car into the bay? These guys used to be solid but something happened and they are no longer reliable. They even took another customer before me.I'll find a business that doesn't lie to get me in the door and then keep me waiting with NO EXPLANATION.They should treat Veterans better than this.

I took my truck here for a new brakes system and again when my fuel pump went out and I have always had the best experiences! Brandon and his team are attentive to detail and walk you through the entire process. I will always take my cars here!

Made an appointment to get an engine diagnosis because my check engine light was on. They told me to leave it there for the day for something that could easily take two minutes. Said there's one person in front of me and also just in case they have to do anything else on it. Sounds to me like they're running a scam, trying to hold onto my car for as long as possible so I'm more inclined to pay for any alleged repairs without coming in to confirm because I don't have a vehicle

My vehicle was in need of an alignment and I had no clue where to take it. I was looking for quality work at a reasonable price, so I asked around and people were recommending Brakes Plus. I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. I spoke to a gentleman who was dropping off his vehicle the same time I was dropping off mine and he only had great things to say about Brakes Plus. He also said he has been a long time customer, so that eased my mind. Each worker I interacted with was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and they completed the work within the time frame I was given. The prices are amazing. I totally understand why people were recommending them and I am thankful for that. I will definitely go back there and recommend them to other people I know.

My husband took our truck in for some work. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The work was completed quickly. They mentioned some additional items to fix in the future but didn't pressure us into getting them done right away. I highly recommend them!

They were able to replace my car's battery same-day despite me being a walk-in/not calling ahead. They had excellent customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire service was done in just under an hour - exceeding expectations!

Made a 9:00am appointment a week in advance. Got there the morning of the appointment and was met by a clearly upset front desk person. Three the keys in a clear envelope and said we ll give you a call when we get to it. I called them 4 hours later and it hadn t been looked at. Decided after 6 hours of waiting, even though I had an appointment, to go in and see if they had looked at it. Nothing. My vehicle was still parked in the same place I left it. I won t be back.

I had my oil change today. I wont go anywhere else in town. The crew is always so careful with my car. Jess was a total delight to work with. Cant wait to do business again!!

Jes was really nice, helpful and informative. She helped me understand a lot about what car needed to get done. What I really like was that she didn't make me feel stupid and she understood what I was trying to ask and say. Plus she got me out at the time that she said she would because I had an appointment to get too. Jes is a great and wonderful person.

We brought our suburu in for new brakes and got amazing service from Ben and Brandon! Despite being short staffed and very busy everyone we spoke with was well mannered and thorough when explaining the work done and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. 10/10 these guys are the ones to go with.

I was able to easily make an appointment on their website, Got in next day. I dropped my car off at 9 for brake work and an oil change. They called me with their recommendations for what needed to be fixed and I agreed to the work. Just a couple hours later I got the call it was ready to go.Very friendly staff when dropping off/picking up my vehicle. I'm very happy with my experience here.

Brandon was such a HUGE help!!Let's just say I went through heck for nearly a week, I was taken advantage of elsewhere. I called Brakes Plus and they were there for me. They answered every call, answered any questions I had, and got my car back on the road!! I am so thankful for them, and I will definitely be back when I need other things done!

I went in for an oil change, and they were done in a little over 30 minutes. My only complaint is that they gave me someone else's invoice. I was charged the right amount, just got the wrong bill. Other than that minor thing I'm very happy with them

I came to this Brakes plus location after trying to get my 2020 Subaru s brakes replaced at Firestone. Firestone was unable to do my brakes due to a technology issue and this brakes plus was able to get them replaced and with a cheaper price of at least $160 from what I was originally quoted at Firestone. Brandon who checked me out was amazing with his service and it s one of the first few times I felt welcome in a mechanic setting.

I have been going here for years now and Brandon Wright has always helped me. He has been very nice and responsive to any issues I have had. This is a great place for oil changes, brakes, air filters, ect. I have done it all and they provide excellent work each time.

My alternator went out on my car. I had it towed to Brakes plus where they installed a new one while I waited.The antifreeze started leaking after I left. I drove right back to Brakes plus and they found a corroded hose. They cleaned that up and filled it with antifreeze. My car is running fine now.The mechanics and staff are so helpful. Shout out to Fernando.

Brandon helped me out tons, and showed me exactly what was up with my alignment and was super nice to me! As a college student who knows nothing about cars except that I need mine for work, it was a great experience and my car is in great shape!!

Some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced! I was having a hard time finding someone to install my car battery and not only did Brakes Plus squeeze me in last minute, they were able to solve my problem quickly. The General Manager Jes made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and gave me her business card and told me to call her with ANY questions I had regarding my car. I will absolutely bring my husband and I s cars here again and will recommend them to friends! Thank you Jes and Brakes Plus!

Was greeted right away by Jess at the front desk and she was very patient and kind when listen to me describe my problem with my Jeep. The mechanic Elezar was able t find the problem quickly and explain it to me on the most efficient way to fix the problem. Amazing service!

Started with a warranty, I was in a grey area and Jess really went to bat for me in obtaining an engine for the car. She kept me updated while we waited for the engine and one it arrived, her Tech had it installed and were rolling much quicker than expected!Within a week there was a leak in a li e for the transmission and her team got me in immediately and driving again shortly. I am very thankful that she has helped me out as she has, her technicians been right on the ball and very patient with my questions. I've been sharing the word and sent my best friend over and he has been very happy with the results. Looking forward to working with them going onwards!

I am incredibly disapointed and perturbed with my experience here. I have been struggling on how to word my review so that my emotions don't come through and just let it be a factual review based on nothing except the facts. I don't believe that I can do that without my emotions being front and center.I cannot in good conscience recommend your location to anyone at this time.My vehicle was misdiagnosed, costing me over $1500 in a repair that was not necessary. That unnecessary repair was not even completed properly to boot resulting in my getting stranded and having to bring it back the next day.... and now my vehicle was again broken today, with the same problem I was charged $1500 for.....Today at 8am, your techs located the actual problem and resolved it, something that should have taken place 2 weeks ago before you charged me $1500 to fix something that wasn't actually broken to begin with.

I was really happy and surprised that Jes Shern ( General Manager ) was able to get my vehicle in the day after I called them. She was friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the year, make and model of my vehicle. They were all friendly and attentive the minute you walk in the door. They also give a free inspection before working on your vehicle. Although, I felt I needed new brakes, they were honest and told me my brakes were fine and that maybe 6 or 8 months down the road I might need them replaced. That immediately gave me confidence and trust in them. Although, I did not need brakes, they were Johnny on the spot when I asked them if they could do a front end alignment, brake flush and coolant exchange service. They didn t hesitate and their prices are more than fair. My biggest compliment is to a service employee named, Fernando. I didn t have the time to wait at the shop for my vehicle to be serviced and they amazed me when they offered to give me a ride back to my home to wait. Then, Fernando picked me up and brought me back to the shop to pick up my car and pay them for their services. In my experience this was the best customer service I ve had in years. I'm bitterly disappointed. I made an appointment a week ago, dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning, and the technician(s) didn't even begin to work on it until 5� hours later. I just wanted my spark plugs changed. There were other customers who came in after me, got their vehicles seviced, and left before I did. My whole day was wasted. I felt liked I had been blown off because I wasn't a high priority. I've never had issues with these guys before, but now I have my doubts. I think next time, I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
