Randy is the best! We came in looking for help to see if we needed a new battery in our truck and he was so helpful throughout the whole process. We were greeted right away and he even swapped it out for us so we weren't stranded with the whole process taking about only 15 minutes. Thanks Randy!

Came here 1/26/24 in the evening. Emilio was great. Greeted me right away, helped me find which wipers I needed then went to get them for me right away as I waited up front. Appreciated his customer service!

Excellent service Bob and his coworkers I'm sorry I forgot her name. I went in last Wednesday to get my battery checked and they did an amazing job on helping me with getting the best battery and did an amazing work installing it to. Thank you guy so much.

The experience I had just encountered was very rude. I had simply was trying to get my core charge back for the battery that they disposed of. I was getting talk down to like if I was a child. The female manager said we don t give 10% homie discounts was being rude to me as well as her fellow workers. Very unprofessional was not treated like a valued customer more of assuming I m trying to steal or get a better up on them? You should not be a manager if you can t control your attitude. I was watching another Hispanic customer get told they couldn t help him also due to the fact they have no translators in. Was being rude to them as well poor people.

I had the most amazing experience. The last few weeks I've gotten the run around with trying to get the parts for my vehicle and as I understand it happens but customer service is what makes the experience and Ben R. Gave nothing but the best customer service I've ever had. This location will be my first go to from now on!

Asked for a relay with specific part number. Parts manager (older gentleman with long white hair) was extremely rude and told me the part did not exist. This man had no idea how to do his job or find the part I needed. Went to the other auto zone location and was told it indeed was at the store where I was told the part did not exist or fit my vehicle. Was helped by a younger lady (at the same store where I was told it didn t exist) who found the part immediately and I was able to resolve the no start issue for my customer. Parts manager is clueless! Has no idea what he s talking about and is extremely rude!

I was assisted by an older gentleman who was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He offered to install my battery. The manager, Camie, came over and started telling the employee he would not be able to install it in under the 15 minute guideline, and proceed to be very rude to him in front of customers. Not appropriate behavior anyway, but especially for a manager. The employee installed my battery in about 9 minutes, as he was finishing up, Camie, THE MANAGER, came out and started trying to reprimand him in front of me and another customer. Again, not appropriate, but even more so for a manager. She waited inside the door for him to go inside as she again began to get onto him about a made up issue as he was well writhing the 15 minute guideline. Horrible manager. I would rather have someone go above and beyond rather than the bare minimum. Even more embarrassing, the bare minimum is being done by a manager who is clearly not management material.

Needed help but was told the guy that does battery checks wasn't in so the guys behind the counter would not help not real friendly so I will be going to another one somewhere else so I went to the auto zone next to Lowes and John and the manager did an excellent job at helping me do a test on my car very helpful and friendly my friend and I told them about how the auto zone on 23rd and 10th wouldn't help us but my favorite autozone is in same parking lot as Lowes they are awesome there.

Not the greatest experience. I returned to do an exchange of an item that should have fit. The new part was the same but just a bit different and less money. Started the exchange and found out they have to return the item and then sell you the new item. I used a debt card and the funds took 4 days to get back on my card. It was an expensive Item so I couldn't purchase it again and had to wait. I talked and argued with the clerk and store manager. They would not do anything. Rather, It could have been very easy to do an exchange and put the $10 difference back on my card. It was quite upsetting because I need a vehicle for work.

Some of this is the fault of thier computer system, but it is their computer system, no one else's. Went in for brake pads, took my old ones gave them the vin, guy brought out a set, compared them he said there were differences but they would work. Turned out they didn't. Had to reassemble the system, and return them. Not a big issue for them but it cost me a bunch of time. I wouldn't take thier advice on anything above wiper blades, but you might get lucky and maybe get the right part. Best of luck to anyone heading in for a basic part.

What a great experience today at this Auto Zone. Nate was SO helpful with the items I needed for our two cars. He went above and beyond by even replacing my windshield wiper blade for me before I left. Thanks Nate Dogg for your excellent customer service!!

The customer service here was horrendous. I was put on hold 5 separate times over the phone just to ask if they had a common part in stock before I made my travel. After 30 mins on hold for a 30sec conversation they told me they had some in stock. When I got there they did not have my parts that I asked them to pull and told me they had them in stock at a different facility instead maybe. So I went to orileys where they treat their customers with respect instead

First time at this location, and it was consistent with the store on 10th St. The staff was friendly and helpful. They held a hose I needed up to closing time, which was the correct part. I was also shown a variety of different clamps. The prices were fair, but when you need something important, you need it NOW, and the price becomes secondary. Highly recommended.

Worst service I've had since I've been dealing with Autozone. Part was ordered and paid for and was let know part would be in the next business day and would receive a call when it arrived and that never happened. Contacted twice 2 days later lasting over 30mins on hold thanks to Austin there sales rep til someone else had to answer since he completely ignored me. I had to drive to there store to be able to get my part after finding out they did not enter all info needed for my part.
