First time I ve had to repair hail damage on a car and working with these guys was great! They were all very helpful by having great communication and a quick turn around on my repairs. (It was the slow season). I would definitely recommend them to my own clients and go back with my personal vehicles.

Excellent work and incredible care. I've not had such a pleasant experience in regards to my vehicle, ever! super friendly and caring family and my car looks great! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier! 10/10 will come back and recommend to friends and family in the future!

I took my car here because I had extreme hail damage and my car looked horrible. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Everyone here was so polite including the 3 dogs I encountered and I do not even like dogs. They kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle and the insurance company. Made this a very pleasant experience. And I would recommend them to anyone.

I am OCD when it comes to my truck. I was very worried with this 'paintless' dent repair, however, this is what the insurance suggested for repairs. Like most folks, I Googled this process to get a better understanding. After research, I decided to go and talk to Automotive Appearance Specialists. I am so happy I did.Bill and his team had me feeling like I was an old friend by the time I left from setting up the appointment. Dropped my truck off, they were right on schedule as discussed and the outcome....WOW! This is a bit of an understatement as my truck looked NEW. Flawless.I am extremely happy with the outcome and would/have recommended them to my friends. Simply put, you will not be disappointed and Bill and I have already discussed another truck I need to get some work done on as well.

Awesome job on the car. Got it done in a matter of hours and waived most of the deductible! If you're sitting there wondering if you should go here or some other shop. Just give Bill a call and go here.

Returned for some work. They did another outstanding job!! The guys did a great job on my truck that had a few dents here and there. They were fast and reasonably priced! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bill, the owner had my car shining like a new car after the front fender was hit. He was half the cost of a major competitors estimate I had used before and I would have had to wait a month to get in. They wanted to replace the whole fender and Bill was able to pull the big dent out and restore it which saved a lot of money. He took my vehicle in the same day and a week later my car was done. The shop lives up to the appearance specialist name as my car is a shining ruby. I would recommend this business to anyone who is as OCD about their car as I am and wants perfection. Thank you so much Bill.

They repaired a stainless steel refrigerator door for me. I looked everywhere for a new door, but it appears Samsung did not make one. So this was my last ditch effort. I was not optimistic. The dance would be able to come out of stainless steel, but they made it perfect. Unbelievable.

Bill and staff are amazing! They have fixed several of our vehicles with hail damage and fixed a scratch from someone hitting me. Every time they do an outstanding job and our vehicles look like the damage never happened! This business is ran with integrity, honesty and high quality! Simply the best!!!!

From Denver and was visiting family when I got the referral to go here from my dad when they fixed his car. Talked to the owner Bill and he was so nice and easy to talk to! I said I was only in town for the day and would need to schedule when he was free in the next few weeks. He said he could get it done in 3 hours that day and at a very reasonable price!! So down to earth and not out there to take your money. This is a local business I stand by to get your bad dents fixed from your vehicle. Job well done!

They did a fantastic job, went in and talked to Bill, showed him my dent and he gave me a very reasonable and fair estimate. Dropped my van off and they had it done in 3 hours. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

Outstanding job and customer service. My Kia had over $9000.00 worth of hail damage and after these fine people were done, it looks brand new. Troy and the staff were excellent communicators and treated us with respect. Nothing about our experience was bad and I would recommend them with confidence. Nice job and thank you.

These guys are awesome!! My wife s car was beat up by two hail storms and they made it look brand new. It look so good I had them do the same to my pick up. They are up front honest about how long it s going to take and they give you updates on progress. Best advice I can give is just give it to them and be patient, it s worth it, their work is immaculate.

Bill and his crew at Automotive Appearance Specialist know their business. I deal a lot with auto hail damage in the business I own and I refer all my clients to them. Very professional and easy to work with both insurance and your budget. If you want your car looking new again, this is definitely the place to go!

Asked these guys if they could paint to match some mirror caps for my Jeep. Not only was the quote super competitive, but the turnaround was super quick. Picked them up today and they look great. Perfectly matched my Jeep. Great work from what I can tell so far, thanks guys!

I had my 2014 Chevy Silverado in for hail damage and they took great care of me. The whole crew from Kelly and Lindsey in the office to Bill and the boys in the shop.....they were all great. Had a wonderful experience with Auto Appearance Specialists to fix my hail damage. They were done well in advance of estimated time frame and the repairs are flawless! Billy and his guys are the best. If you're looking for PDR repair these are the best in town by far. There no permanent location not in the tent tents for clowns. They guarantee their work and they back it up

Looks brand new! Just had a medium sized ding in my door from someone hitting it with their car door and these gentlemen did an amazing job getting it back to original condition for a very competitive price and they completed the job very promptly.
